Each person brings a unique set of experiences and challenges. I partner with you to meet you where you are and help you achieve the personal or professional goals that matter most. Whether you’re managing stress and anxiety, feelings of depression, ADHD, or navigating life transitions, I combine empathic listening with practical strategies and a touch of humor to make growth both meaningful and manageable. Many of my clients are ambitious professionals and individuals who are accustomed to striving for excellence while privately carrying stress, self-doubt, or a relentless pressure to do more. I help clients understand and work with their inner rebel, the part that resists rigid expectations, pushes back against perfectionism, and longs for greater autonomy and authenticity. Together, we can harness this part of you as a source of resilience, creativity, and lasting growth rather than viewing it as something to overcome. I’m skilled at helping you identify both clear goals and the strengths you may overlook in yourself. Even when you feel stuck, overwhelmed, or discouraged, there are always strengths and insights we can build from, and I help bring those into focus. Together, we will clarify goals, strengthen coping skills, and develop strategies that support decision-making, confidence, and emotional balance.

"Unconditional positive regard with a side of personal responsibility." These two concepts are driving force in the work, I get the privilege to do with individuals who chose to allow me to join their journey. My first charge is to always create a safe space to say the hard things out loud, secondly its to charge the individual to define how they wish their life to look--that's the building block for creating change. This process can be messy, a bit scary, sometimes exhilarating and hopefully fulfilling. I have been working with individuals, couples and families at different changes of transitions for over 18 years varying from dealing with addictions to understanding the impacts of mental health. Each person is unique and deserves a safe space to share, be challenge and get constructive feedback to grow.

All behavior is purposeful. This means that we never do anything for no reason. Even when our behavior appears confusing or counterproductive to our values, our behavior has meaning and purpose. Therapy is a setting where we can gain insight about the origins of our perceptions, thinking and behavior. With clearer understanding, we are better equipped to identify factors within our control and consider alternative responses to our conditions. We gain awareness of the needs that are being met by potentially self-defeating thinking or behaviors and have a special opportunity to practice new thinking in the safety of therapy.

"One step, one step." So, this is a phrase I often say. I use it as a reminder that we will move forward, heal, achieve our goals one step, one moment at a time. If we feel or see ourselves slip back....we reset. We move forward again one step, one step. Wellness has always been a focus in my life's work. My expertise has allowed me to work with individuals from the African Diaspora, immigrant communities, various cultures, military and those diagnosed with chronic illness. I use a holistic approach, integrating modalities such as a Client-Centered approach, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused and Mindfulness to achieve your goals and build an empowered, stronger and healthier sense of self. I believe that collaborating with you as an individual, learning your strengths, challenges, and identifying key coping skills together we move towards your best strategies for wellness. As a clinician, my objective with you is simple--to help you understand how to prioritize yourself without guilt. In my sessions we explore the root causes of your self-abandonment, self-sabotage, and self-betrayal. From that root, we identify the repeating patterns that have arrested your emotional investment in yourself, your wellness, and your needs. We use all of that information to disrupt the behaviors that you've learned to keep you hushed, compliant and overlooked. Being able to name your emotions, your needs, and your experiences--whether they be anxiety, depression, life transitions & adjustments, dating--all of them require understanding how to identify, express, confront and process your emotions. In my practice, we don't just talk about your emotions and trauma--we do something about them.

When we experience loss, unwanted change, or trauma it can shake our foundations and lead to pain, confusion, and heartache. While we can't prevent life from happening or undo what we've been through, my practice is based on a deeply held belief in the ability for all of us to heal and resume living with meaning and purpose. Recognizing where you're feeling blocked, stuck, or hurt will inform where we focus our efforts. Granting ourselves full permission to feel and express the depth of our feelings is instrumental to healing and growth. My role is to bear witness to your experience while offering support and encouragement as you recognize and process your feelings. Through curiosity, presence, and attunement I seek to facilitate individual's getting back to living through effectively addressing, expelling, and moving past what has caused pain. Owning how we feel without asking for permission, learning how to internally validate ourselves, and developing self regulation strategies will help when we experience intense challenges. We can learn to change our narratives and work towards unconditional self love and acceptance. Please trust yourself and your wisdom when doing healing work.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania with over 24 years of diverse experience in outpatient therapy with people ranging from age 3 to 86. After graduating from Chestnut Hill College in April of 2001, I quickly became experienced in trauma counseling by working with survivors and the victims' families of the September 11th terrorist attacks. Over the course of the last twenty four years I have pursued further training in Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and I am a trained member of the Lehigh County "Flight Team" which is a team that travels to county school districts to work with students and staff that have experienced a crisis. In addition, to outpatient therapy, I am a high school school counselor. This position has provided me with opportunities to create programs that support students' mental health concerns, as well as, programs to support parents. Approaches include cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness, psychodynamic and rational-emotive strategies that will be tailor made to your needs. In addition to trauma, I have worked with clients on the following: Generalized anxiety disorder, social anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder, life changes, parenting issues, body image, divorce, bipolar disorder, depression, work place bullying, self-esteem, empty nest syndrome, phobias, and sexual identity issues. I am a warm, open-minded, non-judgmental, and interactive therapist that believes that a sense of humor is vital in counseling. You can expect active listening, understanding, support, and direction in your counseling journey. It is a privilege to be a counselor and I look forward to working with you!

I’m a warm, compassionate and down to earth therapist, who believes healing happens through genuine connection. With more than 20 years of experience in the mental health field, I bring both clinical knowledge and a deeply human approach to our work together. I’m thoughtful and intuitive but I also love humor and believe some of the most meaningful moments in therapy happen when we can laugh together, even while doing difficult work. My approaches, are collaborative, trauma-informed, and rooted in curiosity rather than judgment. I help clients recognize patterns, understand themselves more deeply, strengthen boundaries, reconnect with their own voice and begin trusting themselves again. I especially enjoy helping people move beyond simply understanding why they feel the way they do and toward creating meaningful change in their lives. My own life has taught me that growth is rarely neat or linear. I value, authenticity, resilience, compassion, and the courage it takes to begin again and again. My hope is that therapy feels like a place where you can exhale, be fully yourself, and know that you don’t have to have everything figured out all at once.

Hi, I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience in behavioral health. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, grief and loss, relationship concerns, life transitions, and self-esteem challenges. My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. I believe therapy should provide a space where you feel heard, understood, and supported while also gaining tools you can use in your everyday life. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing to help clients gain insight, develop effective coping strategies, build on their strengths, and create meaningful, lasting change. Outside of my work as a therapist, I’m a dog lover and enjoy spending time outdoors. I value the sense of connection, balance, and perspective that both animals and nature can bring to our lives.

I work with women navigating life transitions, including changes in relationships, family roles, and health. These experiences can bring anxiety, emotional overwhelm, and the effects of trauma into focus, and can influence how thoughts, emotions, and the body interact. As a yoga teacher and yoga therapist for over 25 years, mindfulness is a natural part of my work and informs how I understand and approach the mind body connection. I integrate mindfulness based stress reduction, mindfulness based cognitive therapy, and somatic therapy into sessions in a way that supports awareness and emotional regulation. My training as a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania, Florida, South Carolina and Delaware allows me to bring these approaches together in a way that is both clinically grounded and also responsive to your experience.

Hi, I’m Kris. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with training in EMDR and a deep commitment to creating a safe, compassionate space where you feel truly heard and supported. Outside of my work, I love traveling with my family, getting lost in a good book on my front porch, and finding ways to be creative. I bring that same sense of curiosity, connection, and care into my work—because I believe healing happens best when we feel safe, supported, and truly ourselves.

I earned my MSW from Widener University in 1997. Since then, I have worked in private practice, and as a therapist in a non-profit agency. I have run successful group therapies as well as working individually with clients. I have had great success with issues of anxiety and trauma, chronic pain, personal empowerment and relationship issues. In 2025, I became a Certified Mental Health and Nutrition Clinical Specialist (CMNCS). This means I have knowledge about how food and nutritional supplements affect your mental health. My professional mission has always been to be there for anybody who develops a hiccup in life and needs a helping hand to get through it.

Hi. I'm Bill. I've been working in this field since 2003 treating adults experiencing symptoms related to the anxiety disorders, depressed mood, identity and self-concept difficulties, relationship problems, life-transition difficulties, and traumatic memories. These difficulties along with other related topics that may surface during a therapy session. My therapy approach is quite straightforward, collaborative, and non-judgmental. It's structured to help you develop a healthier and happier life. We begin by identifying the circumstances that prompted you to seek therapy. Then I help you to develop skills and solutions tailored for you to help you move forward toward that healthier life. It's a collaborative approach. You and I work together through this process. From this perspective, listening is the most-important part of communication. When I genuinely listen to your experiences and concerns without judgment or distraction, I can respond appropriately to your concerns. "Right Speech begins with Right Listening." PLEASE BOOK APPOINTMENTS ON THE HOUR. THANKS.
