Kira Jones
I am a graduate of Holy Family University, where I earned a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology with a concentration in School Counseling. My professional training and experience include extensive work with adolescents, individuals, couples, and families. My counseling approach is supportive, empathetic, and direct, with a focus on creating a safe and welcoming environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to navigate life’s challenges. I value meeting each client where they are while providing thoughtful guidance, practical strategies, and encouragement throughout the therapeutic process.
I have worked extensively with adolescent youth during my primary years of training and provide a supportive, empathetic and direct approach to all of my clients, their spouses and their families.
As the owner of Avail Christian Counseling, LLC, I am passionate about integrating professional counseling principles with a faith-centered perspective for clients who desire this approach. I look forward to partnering with you on your journey toward healing, growth, and meaningful change.

Treatment methods
Christian Counseling
Christian counseling is coupled with other evidence based psychological treatment modalities to support clients during their healing journey from a clinical and spiritual perspective. I often work within the framework of Christian beliefs, values, and teachings, incorporating these elements into the therapeutic process.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
CBT is used during treatment to address and correct harmful thinking, as well as maladaptive emotional and behavioral patterns. CBT is used as a foundational tool in mitigating the onset of most general distress.
