I’m Jeff. I know that there are so many misguided beliefs about therapy that it can seem too overwhelming to give it a try. However, as your therapist, it’s my job to coach you through the discomfort and encourage you to make insights into lasting change. Therapy doesn’t have to be a complete upheaval process or drastic edit to your identity. I work with my clients by empowering them to hone in on their strengths and believe in their desired outcomes. With small, thoughtful reflections and inspired actions, we can improve your life exponentially.

My goal is to create a safe and supportive space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings. Together, we will navigate the challenges you are facing and create an improvement plan that will allow you to move forward with confidence. I value your dedication and commitment to this process that has proven invaluable to many who have garnered the strength to improve their lives. I have been a licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) since 2002 and have worked with men, women, and couples to improve their ability to think logically and communicate effectively.
I aspire to work with individuals who are feeling overwhelmed with what life has thrown at them. These challenges include increased anxiety, depression, addiction, self-esteem, and embracing the confidence to move forward. My professional approach combines evidence-based interventions including CBT, and motivational interviewing, along with proven coaching strategies to effectively accomplish your goals.
I am passionate about working with individuals who are experiencing a moment or series of events in their life that seem difficult, unacceptable, or painful. I am here to listen, support, guide, and help you to work through those moments, as well as celebrate your wins and successes. "This too shall pass" moments are an absolute truth in life, and I look forward to working with you while they do. Currently serving the states of New York, New Jersey, Washington, Pennsylvania and Maryland. I am a former high school teacher turned full time therapist! In my spare time, I enjoy traveling all over the world, Facetiming my Villanova college student, learning Croatian, working out, trying new recipes, reading, and spoiling my pit bulls!
As a therapist, my goal is to walk alongside you, focusing on your specific needs to help you feel comfortable, accepted, and understood without judgment. I work with people navigating challenges like depression, anxiety, mood dysregulation, relationship struggles, grief, and the overwhelm of a disordered life. My clients are often ready to establish more balance but feel stuck, unsure of how to cope or manage themselves and their relationships. I’m here to help you build the tools to make that balance a reality.
I draw from a flexible mix of approaches, tailored to you. This includes evidence-based trauma methods—like trauma-focused therapy—alongside client-centered therapy, solution-focused techniques, and motivational interviewing. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 10 years of experience working in the fields of substance use and mental health. I am also a Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CAADC), with extensive experience supporting individuals struggling with substance use disorders, mood disorders, personality disorders, trauma, and other mental health challenges.
My approach to treatment is grounded in trauma-informed care and a strong belief in the power of self-awareness. I believe meaningful change begins when individuals take the time to understand themselves, their experiences, and how past events have shaped their thoughts, behaviors, and patterns. Through this process of insight and reflection, individuals can begin to develop healthier coping strategies and create lasting change.
While therapy can provide guidance, support, and tools for growth, I also emphasize the importance of personal commitment and motivation in the recovery process. When individuals are willing to engage in that work, therapy can become a powerful space for healing, growth, and transformation.
As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I believe mental health is an essential part of our overall well-being and can influence how we experience ourselves, our relationships, and our daily lives. With 14 years of experience supporting individuals navigating interpersonal relationships, internal conflict, trauma, behavioral challenges, and mood concerns. I understand that meaningful change often takes time, support, and a willingness to explore what may be getting in the way.
I believe the therapeutic relationship should be a safe and supportive space where you feel seen, heard, and accepted. I am an active listener who creates space for you to be vulnerable, while also helping you challenge the barriers that may be holding you back. Together, we will explore possibilities, develop practical skills, recognize and build upon your strengths, and work toward creating meaningful change in your life.

Hello and welcome!
My name is Danielle, and I am a licensed LPC with over twenty years of experience working in clinical, school, and home settings. I recognize the increasing complexity of modern life. With each year, we accumulate more experiences, both positive and negative, that we are expected to process while "keeping it all together". I have a Master's Degree in Education from West Chester University, which I enthusiastically use to help my clients learn to thrive in our challenging world. I view every client relationship as a unique opportunity to serve as a positive and impactful influence that inspires lasting and meaningful change. As a parent, daughter, caregiver, sibling, and partner, I understand the pressure and expectations of modern relationships and the flexibility needed to manage daily struggles while staying motivated, focused, and stable. Similar to many of the clients I work with, I recognize that even the good days are exhausting and demanding. My ideal client is someone ready to choose to show up for themselves and engage in the process of self-transformation to create the outcomes they desire. You deserve to become the best version of yourself. I welcome the opportunity to walk with you on this journey.
I am a licensed professional counselor with over 12 years of clinical experience and a PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision. My work is grounded in existential therapy, with a particular focus on supporting LGBTQ+ individuals as they navigate identity, meaning, grief, and life transitions. I believe deeply in the capacity for LGBTQ+ people not just to survive, but to thrive, and my passion lies in walking alongside clients as they explore what a more authentic and fulfilling life can look like for them.
My approach is thoughtful, reflective, and relational. Rather than positioning myself as an expert with answers, I join clients as a fellow traveler. I approach each encounter as curious, present, and attuned, creating space for exploration, understanding, and self-compassion.
I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Advanced Grief Counseling Specialist (CAGCS) with over five years of experience supporting people through cancer, serious illness, grief, and loss. As a two-time breast cancer survivor myself, I bring both professional training and personal understanding to this work, not because I have all the answers, but because I know that no two experiences are the same.
If you're facing a cancer diagnosis, navigating life after treatment, living with chronic illness or chronic pain, grieving a loss, or caring for someone seriously ill, you don't have to carry that alone. I work with family caregivers as well as the nurses and healthcare professionals who carry this work every day. My approach is warm, grounded, and deeply human, drawing on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR). I meet you exactly where you are, without judgment.
Grief doesn't follow a timeline, and neither does healing. Whether your loss is recent or resurfacing years later, whether you're newly diagnosed, deep in treatment, in survivorship, or supporting someone you love through it all, you deserve a space that is entirely yours. A place to say the things you can't say anywhere else.
I see clients via telehealth across Pennsylvania.
Greetings! I'm Ed, and I specialize in supporting individuals facing challenges such as depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and substance abuse. If you find that your enjoyment of life's simple pleasures is waning or if the demands of everyday life feel overwhelming, I'm here to help.

I love what I do as a Licensed Clinical Therapist. To me, there's no better job than showing people how to use their minds to work for them instead of against them by getting past their mental blocks and past traumas so they don't have to suffer any longer.
Specifically, I work with two groups - couples and parents. Couples that aren't communicating very well that have lost that once special connection with their partner and parents struggling with their children's behaviors.

Hi, I’m Lesley. I am a licensed therapist providing therapy to adults in Pennsylvania and Delaware.
I often see people struggling with what I call “reality gaps”, which is the space between the life you have and the life you want. The wider that gap feels, the more distress tends to grow.
I have over a decade of experience working with adults and adolescents facing chronic depression, anxiety, attachment concerns, and relational conflict.
As a clinical social worker with over 30 years of experience, I can serve as your guide whether you are facing chronic painful feelings such as anxiety or depression, a major life transition, or a recent or past life altering trauma. Working with me, you will learn new perspectives and skills to build a firm foundation for mental health and wellbeing. I have broad experience in mental health and addictions. I believe psychotherapy is a great deal more than "just talking." I earned my BA in Asian Languages and Civilizations at Amherst College in Massachusetts and my Master of Social Work (MSW) at Boston University. I lived in Japan for about 10 years.
Have you been feeling overwhelmed lately? Have you been feeling depressed and isolated? Are you struggling with worry and fears? Are you finally ready to take that step and talk with someone? I understand how meeting with a therapist for the first time can feel scary and overwhelming. I work very hard to provide a safe space where clients can feel free to openly talk about what they are struggling with. I have been working with clients for 22 years to help them identify their goals and figure out what they need to move forward and experience a happier, more fulfilling life.
My name is Kim Ring and I have had the opportunity to work in many different settings in the mental health field, such as outpatient, inpatient, drug and alcohol rehabs, and home-based work. Because of my vast experience I have worked with many types of clients where I have gained invaluable experience. I have worked with clients struggling with mood disorders, trauma, anxiety, life adjustment issues, grief and loss and parenting issues. I have had clients tell me they like my approach because I am genuine and direct. I believe that in order to help clients we need to put a mirror to them and be honest about what might be holding them back. Sometimes people just need support and someone to help them navigate a difficult time. I look forward to meeting you.

I hope that makes it interesting while remaining focused on you as an individual. I think life is very much about learning new things. This philosophy supports being a person who needs to learn and grow.
Are you struggling to remain psychologically flexible in an ever-changing world? Psychological flexibility means contacting the present moment fully as a conscious human being and based on what the situation affords, changing or persisting in behavior in the service of chosen values.
I work with clients to address a variety of behavioral, social, and emotional problems, including mood and anxiety disorders, codependency, life transitions, substance abuse, co-occurring disorders, ADD/ADHD and Autism.
Being a veteran of the United States Air Force I value helping military family members and veterans with transitional issues as well as other concerns. I have experience working in addiction treatment and enjoy working with individuals in recovery to address their underlying mental health concerns.

Hi, I’m Cate! —a therapist, deep listener, dog lover, plant hoarder and firm believer that healing doesn’t have to be heavy all the time. My practice is rooted in compassion, humor, and the radical idea that you’re allowed to put yourself first without feeling guilty about it.
I specialize in helping clients navigate anxiety, burnout, people-pleasing, relationship struggles, postpartum life, work/life balance, and the messy magic of figuring out who they are when they stop living for everyone else.
