Hi there, I'm Erin.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with experience working with individuals as well as groups regarding various mental health concerns.
I earned my Bachelor's degree from the University of Florida (Go Gators!) and my Master's degree from Lehigh University (Go Mountain Hawks!).
I am passionate about helping individuals learn, grow, and thrive by providing a solution-focused approach to therapy. I help individuals to gain insight into their concerns and issues, create plans for positive change, and take action towards healthier lifestyles.
In our sessions you will have the space and support to work through the challenges you are facing. I will incorporate techniques from mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy, and positive psychology to assist in your treatment.
Life is filled with challenges and setbacks that can at times feel completely overwhelming. By attending therapy you are choosing to take back the control to pursue an enhanced and improved quality of life. No matter where you are at or what you are going through, I’ll be here to walk by your side.
Welcome! I'm Deborah Strouse, LCSW, a therapist licensed in Pennsylvania and New Jersey with nearly two decades of clinical experience. I graduated from Temple University with my master's degree in 2007 and hold a Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CAADC) Credential in PA . My personality is warm, authentic, and collaborative. I firmly believe that the therapeutic relationship is a real bond and the ultimate key to your success in therapy. As a proud member of the LGBTQ+ community, I draw from both my professional training and my own rich life experiences-- from the discipline of practicing karate to the groundbreaking peace of nature foraging, kayaking, and hiking-- to provide a safe, affirming virtual sanctuary for my clients.
In my work, I blend mindfulness-based therapeutic approaches, leaning heavily on Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Motivational Interviewing. This means our sessions will combine deep, compassionate listening with the development of tangible, real-world emotional regulation skills. My ideal clients are resilient individuals navigating the complex, often overwhelming waters of major life transitions, profound stress, and identity exploration. Many belong to underserved populations or the queer community and are seeking a non-judgmental space to process change.
Whether you are enduring the raw weight of a divorce, facing sudden career shifts, or working through deep-seated anxiety, I know how freezing and terrifying these moments can feel. You do not have to cut through the noise alone. Together, we will work at your pace to dismantle shame, reclaim your inner strength, and build a lasting, balanced foundation of stability, purpose, and radical self-love. Let's take that next step together.

Hi, I'm Nick! I specialize in helping people navigate the complexities of relationships, divorce, and dating. Whether you're struggling to make a relationship work, facing the uncertainty of divorce, or trying to rebuild your confidence and find meaningful connections afterward, I'm here to help you move forward.

Hi, I'm Marjorie, an experienced clinical social worker, licensed in the states of Pennsylvania and New Jersey. My specialties include working with adults from varied backgrounds, identities, and cultures who suffer from symptoms of depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, and/or mood disorders.
There may be times in your life when you are struggling. Perhaps you are overwhelmed with anxiety or depression which is interfering with your day-to-day living and/or work. Perhaps you are experiencing unhappiness in important relationships, or you are resorting to unhealthy ways of coping such as self-isolation, disordered eating, self-harm activities, or other self-sabotaging behaviors. You may generally feel "less than," or feel as if you don't fit in, feel conflicted about your identity, feel debilitated by worry, fears or depressive symptoms, and/or may be suffering from loss of significant relationships.
The "work" of therapy can offer relief from painful symptoms and conflicts while addressing your particular patterns of thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, particularly those that are holding you back from a more productive and fulfilling life.
My goal is to listen and work with you to understand your unique experiences, identify patterns of underlying thoughts and feelings about yourself and others, examine how your past may have informed your present, and provide a safe space for you to explore yourself. Together we will identify those patterns that are not working for you to find strategies, personal to you, to overcome them.
My therapeutic modalities include Cognitive Behavioral and Psychodynamic approaches and often include DBT practices such as mindfulness and guided meditation techniques.

As we work together, clients become more self aware, reduce the impact of old wounds, and clear space for new patterns of thought, feeling and action. This process helps them move more freely towards the future they desire.

I am a licensed professional counselor with over 12 years of clinical experience and a PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision. My work is grounded in existential therapy, with a particular focus on supporting LGBTQ+ individuals as they navigate identity, meaning, grief, and life transitions. I believe deeply in the capacity for LGBTQ+ people not just to survive, but to thrive, and my passion lies in walking alongside clients as they explore what a more authentic and fulfilling life can look like for them.
My approach is thoughtful, reflective, and relational. Rather than positioning myself as an expert with answers, I join clients as a fellow traveler. I approach each encounter as curious, present, and attuned, creating space for exploration, understanding, and self-compassion.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who works with teens and adults, individually or as families. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, disordered eating/body image issues, conflicts in relationships, low self-esteem, or trauma, I can help you cope with overwhelming emotions and stressors. My therapeutic approach is strengths-based, trauma-informed, and holistic. Together, we will find a way to navigate obstacles so you can feel and live better.
My name is Michael Ermalinski, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with 35 years of clinical experience. I hold an M.S. from St. Joseph’s University and a B.A. from New York University, supported by extensive post-graduate work in clinical psychology. I have dedicated my career to being a steady, reliable anchor for my clients, combining deep clinical wisdom with a modern, evidence-based approach to help you achieve lasting mental wellness.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I received my Masters from Marywood University and have been practicing for 15 years. I guide clients through evidence-based approaches and create a supportive environment for healing. I empower individuals to overcome challenges, fostering self-awareness and promoting lasting well-being through collaborative and tailored therapeutic methods. I encourage my clients to actively engage in creating their treatment plan goals.
I’m a licensed clinical social worker with over 20 years of experience in community settings, transitional housing programs, and family court. With a background in the creative arts and a passion for problem-solving, I became a therapist to help others build meaningful lives—just as I sought to do for myself. I integrate clinical expertise with creativity to support clients in developing personalized coping strategies and designing the life they want to live.
I have 32 years of experience providing counseling. I use cognitive behavioral therapy, stressing that what we think determines what we feel and what we do. For many reasons, people learn unrealistic or destructive thoughts that cause them problems in their lives. Therapy works towards more realistic thinking, and avoiding old and destructive thinking. As I like to say, "therapy is a conversation with a destination," and realistic thinking is that destination.
While I am a Christian, I am not trained as a Christian Counselor. I am a "Counselor who is a Christian." My training is secular, and I regularly see people or all faiths, or none at all. I do not offer court ordered services, nor do I do assessments for custody, or any other legal purpose. Unfortunately, I cannot accept Medicare, or Medicare based plans.
The world is changing, and more and more people are reaching out. I am seeing more men that have been in abusive relationships. There are also more people dealing with loss. Coming to my office is not like going to a big mental health clinic where you just another number on a spreadsheet. In my care, you are a person, and you'll be treated like one.
Nastassja Hanna is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), National Certified Counselor (NCC), and founder of Lumen Counseling, providing online therapy, virtual therapy, and telehealth counseling throughout Pennsylvania. She works with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, OCD, intrusive thoughts, overthinking, perfectionism, trauma and PTSD, depression, BPD and emotional dysregulation, relationship problems, and life transitions.
You may feel exhausted from constantly worrying, replaying conversations, second-guessing yourself, checking or seeking reassurance, trying to stay ahead of what could go wrong, or managing emotions that feel overwhelming. Maybe painful experiences continue to affect you, or you keep finding yourself in patterns you understand but cannot seem to change.
Nastassja helps clients look beneath the symptoms to understand what may be keeping them stuck, develop practical tools, and make meaningful changes. Her approach is warm, analytical, compassionate, practical, and values-driven. She believes you are more than your struggles and seeks to understand your experiences, relationships, strengths, beliefs, values, and goals. Her work helps clients develop the tools to respond differently to life’s challenges and make choices aligned with what truly matters to them. Christian counseling and faith-integrated therapy are available upon request.
With over 13 years of experience as a dedicated social worker, I have served 6 years in nursing facilities and the past 7 years as a transplant social worker. Throughout my career, I have been committed to supporting individuals and families through some of the most vulnerable moments of their lives. In nursing facilities, I provided compassionate care and advocacy for elderly residents, helping them navigate the challenges of aging, loss, and chronic medical conditions. As a transplant social worker, I have guided patients through the complex emotional and logistical journey of organ transplantation, offering critical support around grief, depression, anxiety, and the impact of chronic illness. My work has consistently focused on empowering clients, promoting emotional resilience, and improving their overall quality of life during difficult times.
I'm Ben Northrup, a licensed professional counselor with experience working with people with a wide range of mental health challenges. I specialize in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) for individuals with borderline personality disorder, psychosis treatment, helping family members of individuals with symptoms of psychosis, and support for anxiety and depression.
I earned both my undergraduate and graduate degrees from Lock Haven University and have worked in group homes, partial hospitalization programs, women’s centers, and community-based mental health clinics. These experiences have shaped my client-centered, practical, and empathetic approach to therapy.
I tend to keep therapy pretty conversational and relaxed. I don't think therapy should feel like something you have to dread each week. Sometimes we'll have a serious emotional conversation, sometimes we'll problem solve, sometimes we'll laugh, and sometimes you might just need a place to let everything out. My goal is to make therapy a place where you can be yourself while we figure out the best way to help you reach your goals.
I am a trauma therapist specializing in hypnotherapy and mind-body-spirit methods to treat core injuries and support people in their healing and recovery. I have been a social worker since 2015 and a therapist since 2019. I believe in social justice and healing for the entire planet. We are all responsible for the world we are in and that starts with self responsibility. That is why I am dedicated to the practice of healing both as a therapist and also personally.
Hello! My name is Heather Richards and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. My undergraduate studies were in psychology and elementary education from California University of Pennsylvania. I obtained my master’s in clinical Mental Health Counseling from Capella University. I have worked in the mental health field for the past 20 years. My background is in working with a wide range of individuals from ages 3 to 90 years of age with a variety of diagnosis. My passion is in working with individuals dealing with trauma or grief and loss. I am a compassionate, caring, and empathetic person who feels that counseling can be a challenging yet rewarding experience.
I am a licensed clinical psychologist with specialized education and training in trauma-informed care. I believe most human suffering stems from the stress and trauma of existing within oppressive societal systems that seek to disconnect us from ourselves and others. I am deeply committed to examining, dismantling, and providing space to heal from these destructive systems. The therapeutic relationship should offer a safe environment to process chronic stress and trauma, explore the survival strategies you have developed, and build new skills that serve your present life. I am particularly interested in the mind-body connection—specifically regarding chronic stress and the nervous system—and I continually integrate somatic practices into my work with clients.
As a member of the LGBTQ+ community, I understand how crucial it can be to find a therapist who understands the unique experience of navigating a heteronormative world. I have experience working in gender-affirming and HIV+ healthcare settings with trans, non-binary, gay, lesbian, and queer clients. I am dedicated to providing intersectional care across race, class, gender, religion, ethnicity, age, disability status, and all other identities. This means I will always consider how your various identities interact and influence how you move through and are treated in this world.
If you are interested in a free 15-minute phone consultation, please schedule your first session with at least a week's notice so that we have time to connect. I will reach out prior to the scheduled appointment. I offer sliding scale (for private-pay clients) and weekend time slots on an as-needed basis, which we can discuss during the phone consultation.
Welcome! I’m Shey, an IFS-informed therapist who wishes to help you navigate the journey from unhealed trauma to meaningful personal growth. We don’t have to wait for a crisis to put on our own “oxygen masks.” I’ve learned the hard way how essential it is to care for ourselves first—nurturing our well-being so we can show up fully in our lives. In my sessions, I provide a safe, non-judgmental space for survivors of emotional and psychological abuse. I specialize in supporting women who have experienced difficult marriages and relationships, helping them rebuild their lives. Understanding the impact such trauma can have on self-esteem and identity, I work alongside you to process your experiences, rediscover your inner strength, and restore your sense of self-worth.
I also support South Asian women navigating the complexities of overlapping cultural or familial expectations. Together, we honor the strength in your scars, tend to the wounds that remain, and embrace every part of who you are—authentically and unapologetically.
It is very important to me to meet my patients where they are with a collaborative approach to assist in normalizing some of the issues they experience. I believe in creating a safe, non-judgmental space where patients can openly explore their thoughts, feelings and behaviors. I will assist you with management of symptoms including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and establishing a strong skill set to increase quality of life. My therapeutic approach is rooted in evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and mindfulness techniques. I tailor my approach to each individual's unique needs, helping to gain insight, build coping skills and develop healthier patterns of thinking and behavior. My goal is to empower patients to take control of their mental health and lead more fulfilling lives. Whether you're struggling with a specific issue or seeking personal growth, I am here to support you on your journey towards healing and self-discovery.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, in the state of Pennsylvania. I have been in the field for over sixteen years, and licensed for more than ten. In that time, I have accumulated clinical experience working with adolescents, emerging adults and adults. My training and experience are grounded in implementing Cognitive Therapy strategies, developing skills from the Dialectical Behavioral Therapy model, and conceptualizing from a Trauma Informed lens.
How much of your life is spent waiting to feel confident enough to live it?
I’m Fred, a licensed clinical social worker who works with adults struggling with anxiety, addiction, relationship difficulties, and major life stress. My practice is direct, collaborative, and practical. I draw primarily from Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and other evidence-based approaches.
A lot of people come to therapy believing they need more confidence, more clarity, or more certainty before they can move forward. Often, confidence is built differently: by learning to act, adapt, and make meaningful decisions even while doubt, anxiety, and difficult emotions are still present. Together, we’ll work on changing the patterns that keep you stuck and building the flexibility and confidence to move toward the life you want.
You are exhausted from carrying everything on your own. Your mind never seems to slow down. You replay conversations, second-guess decisions, and worry about things that haven’t even happened yet. You spend so much time taking care of everyone else that you’re not sure when you stopped taking care of yourself.
I help people understand what’s keeping them stuck and create a path toward healing. Using EMDR therapy, we work together to process difficult experiences, reduce the emotional weight of the past, and quiet the constant mental noise that keeps you feeling overwhelmed. Rather than talking about what happened, EMDR helps your brain reprocess experiences that may still be affecting how you think, feel, and respond today. Along the way, we’ll build practical tools, healthier boundaries, and greater confidence in navigating life’s challenges.

Over the past 12 years, she has gained extensive experience working within community mental health agencies serving individuals with co-occurring disorders, Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) programs, and Drug Court-mandated counseling. She has also worked in private practice, conducting clinical assessments and determining client appropriateness for EMDR therapy.
Are you navigating life transitions, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, grief and loss, or other situations that are interfering with your confidence and comfort in your everyday? Are
you overwhelmed and would you like to gain new perspectives, grow your present and emerging strengths and explore improved life balance? I am strength-focused and offer a collaborative partnership opportunity to focus on you and your goals. I strive to provide new perspectives and empower you to explore your current and potential skills and strengths as well as offer you opportunities to discuss and review their use and benefit to you as you activate them in your day to day. I enjoy providing tools, skills and resources that you can use and incorporate into your existing skill set to help you explore your own empowerment and personal growth.
I am an active empathetic listener and I consider that a priority in building a therapeutic partnership. You know you best! I will not assume and will ask questions to help the process move forward in a manner that promotes your individual growth toward your goals. I like to use real-life examples in discussion and I often employ humor in this and will get to know specifics that will personalize these examples. I am well-trained and experienced in many evidence-based treatments and together we can explore and plan how to proceed and progress in these for you.
Reaching out to engage in therapy can be scary. Please know I understand this and will provide a reassuring, supportive setting to focus on you and on what you are looking to get out of the therapy experience. It is a partnership focused on you, for you and in support of your growth and life balance progress. We can discuss and plan how to best work together toward your goals.

Hi, I’m Moudy! I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) based in PA. I have a M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and I have been practicing post-graduation for 4 years. Hi, I’m Lynn Hakin. I bring an easygoing, down-to-earth personality paired with an honest, straightforward approach to my therapy practice. A proud double alumna of Lock Haven University, I graduated with my Bachelor’s in Psychology in 2019 and returned to earn my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2023.
Since entering the mental health field in 2019, I’ve gained deep, diverse experience—navigating inpatient hospital care, substance abuse treatment centers, and community mental health within a prison setting. This journey has shaped the advocate I am today. Now, in my private practice, I combine that strong clinical background with clear, open communication to help clients navigate their own paths to healing.
Hi, I’m Dr. Catherine T. Revak, DSW, LCSW—but please, call me Cate. My path to becoming a therapist wasn’t a traditional one, and each chapter of my life has shaped how I show up for clients today. I served in the United States Air Force and spent many years in the financial services industry, experiences that taught me how to navigate complexity, hold difficult conversations, and remain present during times of stress and uncertainty. Later, I returned to school at the University of Pennsylvania, where I studied Gender, Sexuality, and Women’s Studies, and completed both my master’s and doctoral degrees in social work. My clinical training focused on veterans’ mental health, grief, loss, and bereavement. My time working at the VA and in hospice care deeply influenced my approach to therapy, reinforcing the importance of compassion, attunement, and the healing power of being truly witnessed. In therapy, I strive to create a space where you feel safe, seen, and supported. I draw from psychodynamic, narrative, and trauma-informed approaches, but at the heart of my work is the therapeutic relationship itself. Whether you are navigating grief, transition, or uncertainty, I walk alongside you as you find meaning, connection, and a way forward that honors your experience.
Welcome! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) practicing in Pennsylvania. I received my education from Edinboro University of PA. I have been working with adolescents and adults in some form of behavioral or mental health treatment for the last 20 years. Our time together is extremely valuable and I aim to make our time together meaningful and beneficial to you.
Hi there! I’m Sarah :) Congratulations at taking the first step in reaching out to a counselor. I can understand how difficult it can be for some to make that decision. It can be hard to admit when someone feels like they need additional help in their lives to get things moving in a positive direction. It's important to recognize that this is not a flaw, and that teamwork is sometimes the best solution for an issue. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is very important and that you need to feel comfortable with someone to open up and trust. I would be honored to be a part of your journey to help you find your desired goals.
My work is grounded in the belief that everyone deserves a space where they can slow down, breathe, and feel supported without judgment. I offer a warm, collaborative environment where teens, adults, and parents can show up exactly as they are. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, anxious, stuck, or unsure of themselves. My goal is to help you make sense of what you’re carrying, feel more grounded, and leave each session with a little more clarity and hope.
I offer a supportive space for teenagers to explore school stress, friendships, family expectations, and identity development. With adults, my work focuses on the layered realities of everyday life; responsibilities, relationships, work demands, and the emotional weight that comes with trying to “do it all.”
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply ready for things to feel different, I’m here to help. Therapy doesn’t have to be intimidating — it can be a place where you feel understood, supported, and encouraged as you navigate whatever comes next. I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
I believe healing happens when people feel seen, heard, and accepted without judgment. I provide a collaborative space where we can explore life's challenges, and reconnect to a sense of purpose. I work with adults of all ages and have a special interest in supporting older adults, as well as people experiencing life transitions, grief, anxiety, depression, or spiritual concerns. For clients who desire it, I integrate spirituality and the Christian faith into the therapeutic process in ways that are meaningful and respectful of each person's faith. In addition to being a therapist, I am also an ordained minister who works with people of various faiths.
As a member of the LGBTQ community, I am committed to providing an affirming environment for LGBTQ individuals. I recognize that navigating identity, relationships, family dynamics, and faith can be complex. I strive to create a space where every person feels respected, valued, and empowered to live authentically.
My approach focuses on the whole person—mind, body, emotions, relationships, and spirit. I use emotional freedom technique and mindfulness based therapy. I would be honored to walk alongside you on your journey.

Hi, I'm Amber (she/her)! I have over 15 years of experience! I’m a therapist and clinical supervisor with extensive experience supporting individuals through substance use, mental health concerns, life transitions, and relationship challenges. Throughout my career, I’ve worked with people from many different backgrounds, including individuals involved with the court system and LGBTQ+ individuals. These experiences have shaped my belief that everyone deserves to feel seen, heard, respected, and supported without judgment. My approach is grounded in trauma-informed, feminist, and social justice perspectives.
Outside of my professional life, I’m a mom and a spouse, and much of my time is spent at home with my family. I understand that life can be messy, complicated, overwhelming, and sometimes beautiful all at the same time. I bring that same understanding and humanity into my work with clients.
Let me introduce myself. My name is Bradley Peters. I am a transplanted Canadian, who has been living in Pennsylvania since 2001, just before 9/11. I have been a therapeutic specialist in the field for over 17 years.
Reaching out to a professional can be daunting, but once you do, having that support and learning tools to help change those painful feelings becomes invaluable. My practice is small, isolated and private. I serve adolescents and adults 14 and up.
Currently, I am only seeing clients through telehealth, but I am hoping this does not dissuade you. Telehealth may sound impersonal, but in reality, it can be a very convenient, safe and secure way to communicate issues, and I have yet to have any difficulties establishing strong relationships through this medium.

Taking that first step toward therapy is a big deal and honestly, it can feel empowering, confusing, and a little scary all at once.
