Hi! My name is Jessica and I am a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania with a Masters Degree in Social Work and a Clinical Social Work License in Pennsylvania. I have worked in trauma, medical social work, adoption, crisis intervention, and as a therapist specializing in depression, anxiety, and ADHD for nearly 30 years. I enjoy working with individuals and families. I try to empower my clients with a strength-based approach to whatever concerns they bring to therapy.
I’m a warm, compassionate and down to earth therapist, who believes healing happens through genuine connection. With more than 20 years of experience in the mental health field, I bring both clinical knowledge and a deeply human approach to our work together. I’m thoughtful and intuitive but I also love humor and believe some of the most meaningful moments in therapy happen when we can laugh together, even while doing difficult work. My approaches, are collaborative, trauma-informed, and rooted in curiosity rather than judgment. I help clients recognize patterns, understand themselves more deeply, strengthen boundaries, reconnect with their own voice and begin trusting themselves again. I especially enjoy helping people move beyond simply understanding why they feel the way they do and toward creating meaningful change in their lives. My own life has taught me that growth is rarely neat or linear. I value, authenticity, resilience, compassion, and the courage it takes to begin again and again. My hope is that therapy feels like a place where you can exhale, be fully yourself, and know that you don’t have to have everything figured out all at once.
Hello. My name is Stephanie and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have been working in the Mental Health field for 20 years in various mental health settings. I create a safe space where you can explore challenges and develop practical strategies for growth. I specialize in helping others with anxiety, depression or relationship issues. I create a no-judgement zone where you can freely express yourself.
Hello, my name is Laura. I’m a person-centered, trauma-informed therapist who values authenticity, curiosity, and the power of feeling truly seen. I take a holistic approach to therapy, recognizing the deep connection between mind, body, and spirit. My goal is to create a safe and supportive space where you can unpack life’s challenges, better understand yourself, and reconnect with the parts of you that deserve care, attention, and healing.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), and Registered Play Therapist (RPT) based in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, with a Master’s in Social Work from Temple University, Harrisburg. For the past 10 years, I have worked as a mental health therapist, providing support to individuals across a wide range of ages.
I am passionate about helping individuals and families find practical, personalized tools to navigate challenges and build healthier relationships. My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, person-centered, and tailored to meet each client’s unique needs.
Thank you for considering me as your therapist. Like shopping for a car or purchasing a home, finding a therapist with whom you connect is an investment. This investment is meant to benefit you and your desire to have a better quality of life with yourself or your partner. I work with individuals and couples on their journeys to living happier and more content lives. Do you want to feel happy with life and relieved from stress? We can work on taking care of that so that vision of yours can become a reality. Your story and the quality of your life matters most to me.
I specialize in guiding communication and relational dynamics that are currently affecting your life. Whether it is personal challenges (i.e. detrimental self-talk, fear of judgment, life purpose) or relationship challenges (i.e. differing perspectives, communication styles, unhealthy conflicts), we can work on moving forward from this.
I strive for deep therapeutic connections to help you and your loved ones feel supported, validated, understood and encouraged that it is possible for things to change for the better. The journey will not always be easy, but you do have the ability to change things. Book a session to begin the path to a better life for yourself and/or your partner.
Being a therapist has seemed like a natural progression for me. I have always been able to easily relate to others and meet them where they are. I have taken my own struggles and used them to help make myself stronger and be able to gain insight into how to help others who may be struggling. I think anyone can benefit through the self-exploration that comes with therapy. I find it rewarding to see the progress people are capable of and to help them see the progress themselves.
I have many years of experience working with children and families as well as adults and couples. I have worked with individuals and families with children as young as 3 with a variety of concerns. I am a trauma-informed therapist who is trained in Prolonged Exposure Therapy to treat PTSD symptoms. I am trained in different approaches. I have experiencing with LGBTQIA individuals. I also use TTRPG's in therapy setting.
I provide therapy that is non-judgemental and I seek to meet each person individually and see what they are experiencing and then build from there to solve or change. I’m here to provide you with the support you need to feel better than when we first begin.
I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Advanced Grief Counseling Specialist (CAGCS) with over five years of experience supporting people through cancer, serious illness, grief, and loss. As a two-time breast cancer survivor myself, I bring both professional training and personal understanding to this work, not because I have all the answers, but because I know that no two experiences are the same.
If you're facing a cancer diagnosis, navigating life after treatment, living with chronic illness or chronic pain, grieving a loss, or caring for someone seriously ill, you don't have to carry that alone. I work with family caregivers as well as the nurses and healthcare professionals who carry this work every day. My approach is warm, grounded, and deeply human, drawing on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR). I meet you exactly where you are, without judgment.
Grief doesn't follow a timeline, and neither does healing. Whether your loss is recent or resurfacing years later, whether you're newly diagnosed, deep in treatment, in survivorship, or supporting someone you love through it all, you deserve a space that is entirely yours. A place to say the things you can't say anywhere else.
I see clients via telehealth across Pennsylvania.
Clients my training and background would most benefit are those experiencing difficulty in their relationships with their children, parents, spouses, co-workers or other significant people in their lives; those whose anxiety or depression is holding them back, and those who are willing to work to reach their true potential.
I earned my MSW from the University of Illinois at Chicago concentrating in mental health and have helped people in complicated and difficult situations ever since.
I’m a therapist who works with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, relationship patterns, and life transitions. Many of my clients are thoughtful, self-aware, and high-functioning, yet find themselves stuck in cycles of overthinking, emotional overwhelm, or patterns in relationships that don’t feel fulfilling. You may understand why you do what you do, but still feel unsure how to change it.
In our work together, I focus on helping you connect the dots between your past experiences, current patterns, and the goals you have for your life. Through a collaborative and supportive process, we build both insight and practical tools so you can feel more grounded, confident, and in control. Over time, this work often leads to healthier relationships, improved emotional balance, and a stronger sense of self.
I'm Della Brumskine, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and the founder of Canopy Clinical Group, a virtual therapy practice serving clients in Georgia and Pennsylvania. My approach is warm, direct, and collaborative, and I bring a deep appreciation for the unique pressures of navigating multiple cultures, identities, and expectations at once. I meet clients fully virtually, so you can show up to sessions from wherever feels most comfortable for you.

Hi there, I'm Erin.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with experience working with individuals as well as groups regarding various mental health concerns.
I earned my Bachelor's degree from the University of Florida (Go Gators!) and my Master's degree from Lehigh University (Go Mountain Hawks!).
I am passionate about helping individuals learn, grow, and thrive by providing a solution-focused approach to therapy. I help individuals to gain insight into their concerns and issues, create plans for positive change, and take action towards healthier lifestyles.
In our sessions you will have the space and support to work through the challenges you are facing. I will incorporate techniques from mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy, and positive psychology to assist in your treatment.
Life is filled with challenges and setbacks that can at times feel completely overwhelming. By attending therapy you are choosing to take back the control to pursue an enhanced and improved quality of life. No matter where you are at or what you are going through, I’ll be here to walk by your side.
I believe that meaningful change happens when people feel truly seen, heard, and understood. With more than 25 years of experience as a therapist and wellness professional, I bring a compassionate, down-to-earth, and collaborative approach to helping clients navigate life's challenges particularly around issues with food, diet/binge cycling, body image, self-esteem, and relationships.
Clients often tell me they appreciate my warm, genuine style and my ability to balance empathy with practical guidance. I create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, relationships, and patterns at your own pace while feeling supported and empowered throughout the process.
My work is grounded in the belief that emotional and physical well-being are deeply connected. In addition to my training in social work and psychotherapy, I have specialized training in intuitive eating and functional wellness, which allows me to take a whole-person approach to healing. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, stress, life transitions, relationship concerns, self-worth, emotional eating, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself, I help you uncover the root causes of your challenges while building practical tools for lasting change.
I don't believe therapy is about fixing what's wrong with you. Instead, it's about helping you reconnect with your strengths, gain insight into patterns that may be holding you back, and create a life that feels more aligned with who you truly are. We will work through your personalized goals to help you move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and intention.
I believe true health is not built through perfection or extremes, but through sustainable habits, self-awareness, and learning how to work with your body instead of against it. My goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel understood, empowered, and capable of building a healthier, more balanced life that genuinely feels good to maintain.

I approach therapy as a relational process, not a place where you come to be fixed. You’re not a problem to solve; you’re a person with a history, patterns that make sense, and a way of being in the world that developed for a reason. In our work together, we slow things down and get curious about what’s underneath the surface. I’m interested in who you are, not just what’s wrong. My goal is to create a space that feels real, thoughtful, and nonjudgmental, where you can begin to understand yourself more deeply and move toward something that feels more connected and meaningful.
My name is Barbara Gibbons, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Board-Certified
Diplomate with over 40 years of experience working in the medical and mental health fields. I have been a
licensed social worker since 2008 and a licensed clinical social worker since 2013. I also hold postgraduate
certificates in the treatment of PTSD, addiction, Gestalt therapy, and dual diagnosis.
My approach to therapy is warm, grounded, and collaborative. I believe meaningful change happens when
clients feel safe, understood, and supported while gaining insight into emotional patterns and life
experiences. Outside of therapy, I value mindfulness, meditation, and overall wellness, and I often integrate
these principles into my work with clients to support balance and self-awareness. I offer evening and weekend appointments.
I am a licensed clinical social worker with 15+ years of experience helping people move through life's harder chapters - stress, anxiety, big transitions, or just needing space to think things through with some guidance and support. My goal is to establish authentic connection quickly, while providing collaborative and emotional support to identify practical strategies for the moment you're in.

I am a therapist who specializes in Addiction Recovery, Anxiety and Depressive Disorders. I prefer a Biopsychosocial approach to therapy. I recognize that past trauma, maladaptive thought patterns and environment contribute greatly to how we perceive others and how we "show up" in the world. My job is to challenge thought patterns and support growth while clients empower themselves to make change and develop strategies to improve circumstances.
You already know something is not working. Maybe it shows up in your relationships, your stress, or patterns you cannot seem to shake. I help you name it plainly and work on changing it. With a background spanning children, teens, and adults across individual, group, and family settings, I bring a direct, honest approach I call caring confrontation: pointing to what is not serving you, then working with you on what comes next. We all have these things to look at. I am no exception. If that sounds like what you need, I would love to connect.
Hello! I have always enjoyed helping others for as long as I can remember as early as age 9. I love to see their responses in the learning process. I have experienced trauma, witnessed violence, anxiety, have been in an unhealthy alcoholic relationship and have been a sensitive being my entire life not understanding why.
My saving Grace has always been movement. I loved the way it made me feel-free and calm, and movement has always been part of my life even during 4 pregnancies and keeping up with my 4 children, and now my grandchildren. Over time, I was introduced to mindfulness, stress reduction and relaxation (which I didn’t realized how much I needed) and Yoga. This allowed me to calm my mind and focus.
My career goal was Physical Education teaching and when I graduated (after have 4 children), teacher jobs were scarce. I was introduced to Behavioral Health and here I am now, 25 years later.

Hello! My name is Sascha Baello. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a Certified Narcissistic Abuse Treatment Clinician (NATC). I aim to help clients to reclaim the peace in their lives after struggling with C-PTSD and life issues resulting from narcissistic abuse and other forms of trauma. My passion centers around helping clients to find their inner strength to heal from these relationships, understand their experience, and empower them to move forward into a new, healthier life.
Sometimes life can be challenging, but it doesn't always have to be.
"You're not failing, you're healing" from Yvonne's book, Healing Between Sessions: An EMDR Supplemental Workbook.
You may just need someone to talk to, to help you work out your problems and to listen.
You may also be experiencing recent or past trauma that you, "just can't get over", so you suffer in silence, being re-traumatized. Well, you don't have to work through these difficult times alone. Let's Talk.

If you're constantly trying to balance work, family, school, relationships, and everything in between, it can feel like there's never enough time—or energy—for yourself. You may look like you have everything together on the outside while privately feeling overwhelmed, anxious, exhausted, or stuck. Sometimes, even when you know you need support, finding the time to prioritize your own well-being can feel like one more thing on an already overwhelming list.
"Unconditional positive regard with a side of personal responsibility." These two concepts are driving force in the work, I get the privilege to do with individuals who chose to allow me to join their journey. My first charge is to always create a safe space to say the hard things out loud, secondly its to charge the individual to define how they wish their life to look--that's the building block for creating change. This process can be messy, a bit scary, sometimes exhilarating and hopefully fulfilling. I have been working with individuals, couples and families at different changes of transitions for over 18 years varying from dealing with addictions to understanding the impacts of mental health. Each person is unique and deserves a safe space to share, be challenge and get constructive feedback to grow.

My name is Zoe Yeaton and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in central Pennsylvania. I have been working in the mental health field for nearly 14 years, with the last 6 years being in a therapist role. I work with adults in need of support with managing stress, anxiety, depression, and trauma symptoms. I am client-centered, meaning that I want your goals to be the guiding foundation for your therapeutic journey. I use a psychodynamic approach to help you identify and explore patterns and events in your life that have an impact on your overall well-being. While holding space to process life experiences, we can utilize a toolbox of practical coping skills to help manage emotional health.
Hi! My name is Alexys and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. Since 2010, I have dedicated my clinical career to helping individuals navigate life's complex transitions, process deep-seated challenges, and build healthier, more intentional relationships. I believe that therapy is at its best when it is a true partnership. You are the expert on your own life story; my role is to provide the clinical expertise, objective perspective, and dedicated space to help you make sense of it.
I provide therapy for individuals who are managing life on the outside but feeling overwhelmed on the inside. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, self-esteem concerns, and relationship challenges.
My approach is relational and conversational. Sessions often feel like reflective dialogue where your experiences, patterns, and goals guide our work together.
I strive to create a supportive, non-judgmental space where insight, understanding, and clarity can develop naturally. We’ll work collaboratively to build coping skills that fit your life.
I found my career as a therapist as a secondary one which has provided exposure to multiple therapeutic settings. My start in community mental health gifted me with a well-rounded, diverse level of training and exposure to the human experience. More importantly, my background reinforced the importance and power of the therapeutic relationship. I am curious, empathetic, affirming, and compassionate. My sense of humor often finds its way into our sessions (as do my dogs, if you're so inclined!). Together, we will map your treatment, so that you are clear as to what to expect, regardless of the intervention. We start at the place you are ready, reinforcing the strengths and resiliency that you already exhibit. Together, we build from there to address what you came in for.. Therapy is hard work, but it is also profoundly full, rewarding and empowering. It's important for me to honor both the challenges and rewards.
Have you been wondering if your current challenges are due to past traumatic life events? Do you struggle in relationships? If so, I may be the Therapist for you. I specialize in trauma therapy for teenagers and adults.
Many people often think trauma is only caused by violent crimes, acts of physical abuse, or natural disasters. They may also think because trauma happened a long time ago, it does not affect them in the present. These are a few of the myths about trauma. There are many types of traumas such as the sudden or unexpected death of a loved one, bullying, retaliation in the workplace, neglect from parents, infidelity, intimate partner violence, the witnessing of domestic violence and more.
If you or your teen is struggling with anxiety, depression, or life stressors, therapy with me can help with positive changes to strengthen self-esteem and confidence.
I am trained in EMDR and other trauma therapy approaches. My years of professional experience as a teacher and counselor, along with my lived experiences as a Black person allow me to provide empathetic regard while helping clients from multicultural backgrounds.
I believe every child and teen deserves the opportunity to feel safe, understood, and hopeful about their future. I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and families navigating trauma, emotional and behavioral challenges, and difficult life experiences. My approach is warm, nonjudgmental, and individualized, with a focus on understanding not only what a young person is experiencing, but also the relationships, environments, and experiences that have shaped them.
My work is trauma-informed, person-centered, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I draw primarily from cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness, and family- and systems-focused approaches to help young people understand their emotions and experiences, develop effective coping skills, strengthen relationships, and create meaningful change. I also value collaboration with caregivers and families when appropriate.
I have a particular passion for supporting youth who have experienced trauma or are struggling with complex emotional and behavioral needs. Sometimes challenging behaviors are also ways a young person has learned to cope, communicate, or survive. Rather than focusing only on stopping a behavior, I want to understand what is underneath it and help young people and their families find healthier ways forward.
Therapy is a collaborative process. My role is to provide a safe space where young people feel heard and understood while offering support, evidence-based guidance, and a gentle push when needed. Together, we can build on existing strengths, work through difficult experiences, and help young people move toward healthier, more fulfilling lives.
