A plan, specific actions and personalized strategies - This is what I give my clients to help them get unstuck, overcome suffering, and fully enjoy the important things in their life.
The Bible, ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), and neuropsychology - The sources of wisdom I use to guide our plans and strategies.
When life throws you for a loop, your mind and emotions are overwhelming and don't make sense, and you don't know what to do, you need someone who understands the mind and emotions, and how to tame them.
I'm Dr. Matt Bridgman. I am a follower of Jesus Christ, a husband and father, and a clinical psychologist and board certified neuropsychologist. I have a Master's degree in Christian Leadership and a PhD in Clinical Psychology, both from Fuller Theological Seminary.
I've been studying the human mind (mood, emotions, behavior, cognition) for over 20 years, through the lenses of God's Word and neuropsychology. I've helped thousands of people with mood/emotion and also cognitive troubles coming from many sources: depression, anxiety, trauma and PTSD, concussions and traumatic brain injury, multiple sclerosis, stroke, and numerous other mental health, neurological, and physical health conditions. I've worked in community counseling centers, inpatient psychiatry units, big academic medical centers, small community hospitals, outpatient behavioral health clinics, neurology clinics, inpatient physical rehabilitation units, and VA medical centers. I'm excited now to be helping others through my own private practice.
I help my clients not just through empathy and good listening, but through helping them understand their own mind better. I guide them through shaping and training their mind, overcoming suffering, and thriving in the process of it all.
We all struggle or feel overwhelmed. It's normal. But we also have the ability to learn, grow, and improve. Having the right support can really help avoid making things worse and speed up how quickly we recover. Whether you are dealing with stress, depression, anxiety, trauma, addiction, relationship issues or long term mental health challenges - I would really like to help you achieve your goals.
With over 15 years of experience coaching individuals and couples with a wide variety of issues I believe that together we can work to help you feel better, improve your life, and be healthy.
I look forward to talking with you!

Hey there! Thank you for sliding on past my profile and the above quote is essential to not only my mindset in how I approach everyday as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) but also how I want to assist in creating a space for my clients. I am currently based in Pennsylvania & have over 10 years of experience working with an array of clients. I have helped many from young adults to older adults take a deep dive within themselves to challenge thoughts, perspectives and beliefs that create a mental and emotional limitation on becoming a more empowered and improved version of themselves. My goal is to respectfully challenge and guide clientele to look within themselves since they are the best expert on their own life and choices so that they can discover the innate skills and abilities that can take them to higher heights within their situations and lives.
Hi, I’m Kristina. I’m a licensed therapist who takes a relational and trauma-informed approach to healing. My work blends evidence-based practices—such as CBT, parts work, and somatic awareness—with intuitive insight to help clients move beyond survival mode and reconnect with their authentic selves.
I believe therapy should be both practical and transformative. Each session is a space to slow down, feel seen, and build tools that support real-life change. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, trauma, burnout, or relationship struggles, we’ll work together to uncover the patterns shaping your story and create new pathways toward clarity and confidence.
Clients often describe my style as warm, grounded, and empowering. I bring compassion, humor, and directness into the room, balancing emotional depth with actionable guidance. You can expect to be challenged when needed—but always with care, respect, and collaboration.
My goal is to help you feel more at home within yourself, trust your intuition, and create a life that reflects your values rather than your past pain. Healing isn’t about “fixing” who you are—it’s about remembering who you’ve always been.

I am the mother to 2 grown children and a grandmother. I was married for over 40 years prior to my husband passing, I now share my house with a Golden Retriever.
I went back to school later in life, and like to encourage others to do the same if possible.
My first experience in this field came when I got a job at a county mental health/developmental services program as a receptionist. I was motivated by all the great work that the caseworkers were doing to improve their clients lives. I went back to school to finish my Bachelors and finally received a Masters in Social work. I retired from the county program as a Casework Supervisor, I felt that my position was becoming more administrative, and I was missing the connections I had made with my clients.
At that time I felt it was time to work on what my original goal was which was to become a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.
I did work for 5 years with children with behavioral issues in school and in their homes.
My previous position was in a small practice in rural PA, where I learned the importance of being eclectic in my treatment approach because every clent and their situation is different , and they deserve to have a treatment plan specifically targeted to their situation
My approach to therapy is client-centered and solution-focused, providing a balance of empathy and insight. As an individual and a couples therapist, I strive to create an environment where both men and women feel comfortable and engaged in the process. Whether you're looking to improve your mental health or your relationships, I'm here to support you every step of the way.
I am a therapist who specializes in helping individuals manage and overcome social and relationship anxiety. Whether you struggle with social interactions, fear of judgment, or difficulty navigating relationships, I understand how challenging these experiences can be. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where you can feel heard and understood while working through the barriers that hold you back from living more fully and authentically.
In our work together, I focus on building a solid foundation of self-awareness and self-compassion. We'll explore the root causes of your anxiety and identify negative thought patterns that may be contributing to your stress in social situations. By gaining insight into how anxiety affects your thinking and behavior, we can work together to challenge these unhelpful thoughts and replace them with healthier, more realistic perspectives. I also teach practical tools and techniques to help you manage anxiety in the moment, such as mindfulness, grounding exercises, and relaxation strategies.

Hi, I'm Joe Ropelewski, LCSW, and I have been successfully providing therapy to individuals, couples and families for 25 years. Since graduating with my Masters of Social Work (MSSA) degree from Case Western Reserve in 1999, I have gained knowledge and skill in helping people make changes that work best for their lives. Hi there! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Connecticut and Pennsylvania. I received my Masters from the University of New York and have been practicing for 8 years. I enjoy working with individuals to explore the pain of the past, process the uneasiness of the present, and lay a strong foundation for a more enriching future, a well balanced life.
Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 22 years of experience. I really enjoy helping people navigate the challenges of changing and maintaining roles in life---exploring young adulthood, how to maintain your own identity as a parent, how to create a life worth living in whatever stage you are in. I feel like I am very open, non judgmental, eager to learn, empathetic and understanding. And funny!
I am a gender affirming therapist. I am an ally in the LGB and TNC Communities, always keeping my eyes and ears open to find ways to improve my allyship. The current political climate is traumatic and oppressive to members of these Communities. I want to create space in session to discuss how that may be affecting you or retraumatizing you. I am also a member of the World Professional Association for Transgender Health. I am comfortable providing documentation for medical transition.
I am very comfortable with working with those who use self harm as a coping mechanism--there is no shame or expectation you must stop when you engage in therapy. I'm fine with talking about suicide, whether it's your own personal experience of trying to find a life worth living, your experience of supporting someone who lives with suicide in their life, or grief around experiences of suicide. I do not believe inpatient hospitalization is an effective treatment for those experiencing suicide and do everything I can as a therapist to keep people out of the hospital when in suicidal crisis.
I do believe therapy is political. I am social justice focused, continuing to do my own anti-racism work. I believe in Health at Every Size. I believe that our environment and what we experience in life has a profound affect on us and must be discussed in therapy.
I’m Crissy Miyake, a licensed clinical psychologist who understands the benefit of therapy and the difficulty in asking for help. Specializing in anxiety, depression, stress, and trauma recovery, my initial priority is always to create an interaction that feels authentic, safe, and welcoming.
Former clients have described me as “down to earth,” warm, and direct. Sessions together will be an active collaboration and our conversations will be a mixture of guided topic discussion, structured discovery, and fluid exploration. I also naturally incorporate humor and often recommend resources (readings, worksheets, podcasts, etc.) to reinforce the work in between sessions.

Hello, and welcome. My name is Ayanna Gellineau, and I’m a trauma-focused therapist committed to helping individuals reconnect with themselves in safe, meaningful ways. I work from the belief that healing is possible when we feel seen, supported, and empowered to make sense of our stories — at our own pace, in our own voice.
I specialize in working with adults navigating trauma, anxiety, identity exploration, and life transitions. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected — and they’re often carrying unspoken pain from past experiences. My role is to hold space for your healing, offering a steady presence and a collaborative approach that centers your needs. I honor the courage it takes to begin this work and view therapy as a partnership rooted in trust, safety, and mutual respect.
I use evidence-based, trauma-informed practices that may include mindfulness, somatic awareness, inner child work, and cognitive-behavioral techniques — always tailored to your unique story. My style is warm, curious, and affirming. I will meet you where you are and support you in moving forward with clarity and compassion.
I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology and have experience working in community mental health and private practice settings. My approach is grounded in cultural humility, and I value the complexity of each client’s identity and lived experience.
If you're looking for a therapist who listens deeply, honors your pace, and offers a space where all parts of you are welcome — you’re in the right place. Therapy is not about fixing you; it’s about helping you reconnect with the strength and wisdom that’s already within you.
I look forward to walking alongside you in your healing journey.

Hi There, Perrin here, If you are reading this short bio, I want to first congratulate you on the first step towards self discovery. I was born in The Bronx, NY which has inducted me naturally into a world that did not always make sense. I am mixed with African American and Native American heritage so this has allowed me to be both culturally sensitive as well as unbiased towards the human experience. I have a great appreciation for humanity which has led me to this field and assisting individuals in recognizing their innate abilities to push through tough challenges is my most treasured goal. My practice embodies the three core processes I have concluded to be effective during my 13 years of experience. These processes are; explore, grow, and maintain and through these processes, individuals will understand and explore where they have come from, growing through their experiences, and using the skills along the way in maintaining effective change.
