My saving Grace has always been movement. I loved the way it made me feel-free and calm, and movement has always been part of my life even during 4 pregnancies and keeping up with my 4 children, and now my grandchildren. Hello. I am Cherokee Cabell a Licensed Clinical Social Worker(LCSW) based in NJ however can see clients in PA, MD and DE as well. With over 15 years of experience in a variety of settings I am most comfortable in an outpatient setting which has led me to found Little Bits Counseling and Therapy. My Master’s in Social Work was earned from Rutgers University in Camden NJ. I’m an African American amazing Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in New Jersey and Pennsylvania , and I’ve spent the last several years walking alongside individuals and families as they work through life’s challenges. Before becoming an LPC, I worked in the mental health and developmental disabilities (DDD) field for over 20 years, supporting people across Essex, Morris, Dover Township, Union, and Warren Counties.
