I am a licensed clinical social worker, in various states, for over 20 years. I am here to support you through your therapeutic journey. Therapy is different for each person, and we will work together to build the best treatment plan for you. We will work together to ensure you feel comfortable sharing in sessions in order to process what you are currently going through.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
First sessions are anxiety provoking, so my job is to make sure you feel comfortable in sharing why you reached out for therapy. We will talk about what you have been feeling and what has brought you to therapy.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
I have worked in foster care/adoption, oncology, maternity and schools providing a supportive place for clients to express their feelings. I have worked with children, families and individuals over the years. By validating feelings and active listening, I am able to build rapport with my clients, so they feel safe enough to work towards their goals together.

I create a safe and supportive environment where my clients can explore their current struggles and challenges. I use various therapeutic approaches to meet each client's unique and specific needs. Together we will build on your strengths, coping skills and self-advocacy.
