Welcome! My name is Diana and I am an Ohio State University graduate with a Master's Degree in Social Work. I am licensed in Ohio (LISW-S) and Florida (LCSW).
My clinical background began in healthcare, where I provided social services, care coordination, and case management to patients experiencing acute and chronic medical illness. In the telehealth space, my work includes helping individuals navigate stress, anxiety, and depression brought on by various life event changes and challenges.
I am committed to building a trusting relationship through listening, honesty, and empathy. I look forward to working with you and taking the first steps to feeling better.
Hi. I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker in Ohio. I have worked extensively with adolescents and young adults who have had issues with trauma and loss in childhood. I also have much experience in working with depression, anxiety and loss. I have a special interest in working with anyone touched by adoption as I am an adoptee myself. It is very gratifying to see people of all ages overcome obstacles and to become the best version of themselves. I feel that one of my strengths is being able to put people at ease and being able to support them through the therapeutic process. Please understand that I do not do medication management.
I go by Becky and have been working with children and families since 2004. I have provided many different kinds of case management and therapeutic services in my social work career.
I believe that wellness includes many factors of a person's life--mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual health. Some of those things in your life might be in balance while other areas are not. You probably already have the ability to manage many situation or challenges with a combination of existing strengths and learned skills; we can add to those together.
My enjoy using play therapy. Through play child, families, and (yes!) adults can work through many issues in their lives. The best part is all the hard work doesn't feel like work. We learn skills by playing throughout our entire lives beginning with playing peek-a-boo; on the grade school play ground; sports and backyard games; as well as board games and card games with friends.
If playing isn't for you, I also provide the traditional "talk therapy" that most people are familiar. I received a specialization in Military Social Work during my master’s program at USC and have a passion for working with those, both children and adults, who have experienced trauma. Trauma can show up in a lot of different ways and look like many things. In counseling, we can use a combination of CBT, solution focused, and problem-solving therapy, along with Motivational Interviewing, trauma therapies, and Play Therapy when appropriate. Your plan, developed in your words, will be a great road map for reaching your desired destination. I would be honored to walk with you along that path.
Seeking help reflects the courage and drive that you already have within you.
Hey, I'm Robyn. I've been a therapist for over 15 years, and one thing I've learned is that life can be complicated. Sometimes you know exactly what the problem is and just don't know what to do about it. Other times, you just know you're tired of feeling the way you feel. I work with people dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, difficult relationships, narcissistic abuses and concerns around gender identity. I am a down-to-earth therapist. You don't have to come in knowing what to say or having everything figured out. We'll start where you are and go from there.
Hello, I am Jill, and Welcome! First off, kudos to you for taking the step to join the world of therapy. It can feel a little intimidating, especially if you've not been here before. I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor from Ohio, while I am also licensed in Michigan, having lived there for 20+ years. I earned my Master of Arts in Counseling degree from Central Michigan University in 2003 (Fire up, Chips!) and my Master of Social Work degree from The Ohio State University in 2023 (O-H!) I have 20+ years of experience working with all ages of people from early childhood through older adults, using a variety of evidence-based treatments in a safe, compassionate, supportive environment. I am excited to meet you and help you along in your journey. I am certain we can do great work together!
Hi there! I am Irena.
Do you need a space where the focus is on you and your needs? Whether you need better understanding or urgent solutions in your life, I am here to be with you and share with you my knowledge and experience (20+ years in the field of mental health counseling/ psychotherapy). I am non-judgmental and compassionate. My approach is analytical, strength-based, and trauma-informed. We will work together to bring more quality and more happiness to your life, to find your unique resources, life-balance, and your unique life-style.
Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and you may be wondering what our work together would actually look like. My goal is to create a supportive, collaborative space where you can better understand yourself, build practical skills, and work toward a life that feels more manageable and meaningful.
I use Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) as a primary approach. DBT is a skills-based, evidence-informed therapy that can help with managing intense emotions, navigating relationships, tolerating difficult situations, and responding to yourself and others with greater awareness and effectiveness.
Depending on your goals, we may focus on any or all of the following:
• Managing strong or overwhelming emotions
• Building healthier relationships and boundaries
• Increasing mindfulness and self-awareness
• Tolerating distress without making situations worse
• Strengthening self-compassion
• Building a life aligned with your values
Therapy works best when we approach it as a team. I’ll bring clinical knowledge, structure, support, and honest feedback; you bring your experiences, goals, questions, and willingness to practice new approaches. You can expect me to encourage and challenge you, when appropriate, and help you make sense of what you are experiencing. There may be times when therapy feels rough, particularly when we are looking at patterns you have used for a long time. We'll work through those moments together rather than expecting you to navigate them alone.
You will also have opportunities to practice skills between sessions. The goal isn't just talking about what is happening in your life—it's to help you develop tools you can use in your life.
The hope is over time, you leave therapy with a greater understanding of yourself, confidence in your ability to handle difficulties, and a sense that you can build a life worth living.

I have been privileged to have worked with adults, adolescents and children as they have navigated through various traumas and other life challenges.

Hello, I’m Tomika, a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with a supervisory designation. I offer telehealth therapy services to individuals and families across all age groups, with flexible appointments including evenings and weekends. My areas of expertise include trauma, mood disorders, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), both of which have proven effective for my clients.
I draw from evidence-based approaches including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to support clients in creating meaningful change. Through ACT, I help clients reduce the struggle with difficult thoughts and emotions, normalize discomfort, build mindfulness skills, clarify values, and take action toward what matters most. Using DBT, I focus on helping clients regulate emotions, manage distress, and improve relationships through mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness. In my work with couples, I emphasize effective communication, rebuilding trust, and understanding one another’s needs to determine whether and how to move forward in their relationship.
My therapeutic approach centers on creating a safe, supportive environment where you can express your thoughts and feelings without judgment. I believe therapy is collaborative and focus on empowering clients to enact positive change, develop practical skills, and achieve personal growth. Hello, I'm Sherri.
Asking for help is never easy.
Maybe you don’t know if you can ask for help because how can you reach out to someone who might balk when you tell them you’re questioning your faith or just on a nontraditional spiritual path?
What if your job is not a “typical” job and your baseline stress levels could curl toes, forget anyone understanding when you are at your breaking point?
This is where I come in.
I’ve been passionate about helping people find peace amid stress and chaos for years. Whether you’re navigating the weight of trauma, the daily demands of service, or simply feeling disconnected from your inner light, my role is to walk alongside you with compassion and care. My promise is a safe space for letting your walls and burdens down. I provide ethical, nonjudgmental, approachable, quality mental health treatment without fear of discrimination or overwhelming the therapist with your reality.
I use a strength based; person centered approach in a collaborative manner to assist my clients to see HOPE as they face challenges in life. I have worked as a clinical counselor for over 19 years in a variety of professional settings. These include outpatient community mental health, crisis services, corporate/workplace settings, and owning and operating a private Christian counseling practice. I also have experience in training law enforcement on how to better assist individuals in a mental health crisis. I have counseled children, adolescents, and adults with diverse backgrounds and ranges of concerns.
My therapeutic approach is to meet clients where they are in life and provide support and counseling to help effectively address personal challenges. I also hold a bachelor’s degree from Ohio University in Exercise Science and aspire to educate people on how the use of exercise in the counseling process can positively impact mental health.

My work ranges from problem solving and solution-focused, to deeper dynamic work that seeks understanding of self and relationship patterns and boundaries. I do work with clients here in a talking/coaching style.
I am a certified life coach as well and I will use my skills to assist you in any way, however, behind every conversation and response is a clinical therapeutic heartful approach.
I’m not the kind of therapist who just nods and asks how that makes you feel. That’s not what most men need, especially when it feels like it’s falling apart.
I work with men who are overwhelmed, burned out, or angry and don’t know why. Men who feel stuck in their heads, disconnected from the people they love, or like they’re always one step away from snapping. Some are facing divorce. Others are trying to be better dads, partners, or sons, but they often feel like they’re failing. Many were pushed into therapy by someone who cares about them. Almost all of them stay once they realize it helps.
My approach is practical, honest, and built for the real world. I use tools from CBT, mindfulness, and solution-focused therapy, plus a good dose of common sense to help you understand what’s going on and actually do something about it. No psychobabble. No lectures. Just straight talk and strategies that work.
If you're tired of feeling angry, lost, or numb, it's going to be okay. You're not broken, and you're not alone. This isn’t about becoming someone else. It’s about finding your footing and getting back to who you were before life got so heavy.

Steven Johnston CPC LPCC-S has been a clinical counselor for over twenty years, with special training in the areas of Pastoral Counseling , having additonal experience in treating victims of Domestic Violence ; Child Sexual Abuse; Trauma, workplace issues and Marital counseling.
A graduate from Ashland Theological Seminary in 1988. Because Mr. Johnston did not want to exclude religious commitment issues from the therapeutic setting, he chose to pursue his Counseling degree from Ashland Seminary after graduating with ministerial degree from the Foursquare Church of the Gospel’s, Life Bible College East. He has continued to extend his Clinical Pastoral Studies through membership and training in the American Association of Christian Counselors.
To avoid excluding an aspect of life that has shown to be of central importance to nearly two-thirds of the US population, Mr. Johnston has sought to integrate spiritual issues from a Biblical point of view in a way compatible with Biblical doctrine and Pastoral Counseling. This integration as it applies to marital, family and individual issues has been found to promote inner healing as it supports the client’s own religious coping skills.
Hi, I’m Shanell Manson, a Licensed Independent Social Worker. I specialize in helping adults navigate anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Hi, I’m Raven. I’m a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor Supervisor in Ohio. I work with teens and adults, especially college students and young adults, who are dealing with anxiety, ADHD-related challenges, perfectionism, and the pressure to keep it all together.
These concerns are personal to me, too. I’ve experienced anxiety, ADHD, and perfectionism, and I know what it’s like to place high expectations on yourself, work hard to do well, and still question whether you’re good enough. I also know what it’s like to struggle on the inside while keeping it together on the outside, so other people don’t realize how much you’re carrying.
Your experience may look different from mine, and I want to get to know your story. Maybe you replay conversations, feel overwhelmed by everyday tasks, or have a hard time giving yourself credit for anything. Maybe you’re tired of being so hard on yourself but aren’t sure how to stop.
My style is warm, supportive, and honest. I’ll listen, help you make sense of what’s going on, and gently challenge you when it could help. Together, we’ll find ways to manage what feels difficult, build confidence, and make changes that fit your life.
You don’t have to impress me or have the right words. Come as you are—we’ll figure out where to start together.
I would love to take this next step in your journey with you and support and encourage you along the way!

Hey there! :)
I'm a Licensed Independent Social Worker with Supervisory distinction (LISW-S) based in central Ohio. I earned my MSW from The Ohio State University and have spent the past decade doing what I love most—helping people heal, grow, and thrive.
My journey began as a trauma specialist working with children in Treatment Foster Care and adoption in inner-city Columbus. At the same time, I supported children, young adults, and families in Worthington, Ohio, helping them find balance and connection in their daily lives. It was during this time that I discovered my passion for supporting parents—especially those navigating the emotional waves of infertility, anxiety, depression, self-esteem challenges, and the beautifully complex world of parenting.
These experiences sparked a deep commitment to working with women to identify their strengths, overcome barriers, and step fully into their potential. I find so much joy in connecting with people from all walks of life, and I've had the privilege of working in urban, suburban, and rural communities. My current practice—and my roots—are in the beautiful Appalachian foothills of Ohio.
Outside of the therapy room, I’m a proud animal lover, plant enthusiast, and people-person through and through. I believe in the power of humor, honesty, and human connection—and I’m here to walk alongside you, wherever you are in your journey.
I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker based in Ohio and have been in the field since 2013. I graduated from Miami University in 2013 with my bachelor's degree in psychology and worked as a case manager for a year, assisting adults with managing mental health symptoms. I also helped with medication management, and assisted with supporting them in daily living skills, before getting my master's degree in social work in 2016. Once I graduated with my Master's, I then worked at a community based correctional facility for 3 years as a mental health and addiction specialist. I completed diagnostic assessments and facilitated individual and group therapy sessions for mental health and addiction. From there, I began working at an inpatient behavioral health hospital and assisted patients there with acute mental health needs and helped to provide referrals for outpatient treatment. Since 2020, I have been working with clients doing individual therapy and have been growing my private practice. I find it rewarding to be able to work with clients long-term and get to know them as a person while meeting each individual where they are; what their struggles are, what their successes are, see progress they make in different areas of their lives, and develop a rapport that is respectful and supportive. I have been able to gain a great deal of experience over my 13 years with a very diverse background through promotion and advancement, in the mental health field, and those experiences help me to navigate my therapeutic approach to assist with being able to better serve clients while we are working together.

I believe that the client needs to express the issues and trauma that they have along with being given coping skills and tools to deal with the symptoms associated with their issues.
I believe in being proactive. I don’t want the client to think that I’m just there listening and nodding my head. I want them to know that this is a collaborative process and I’m in it with them to help them become with self and overcome any obstacles in their way.
As a therapist, my approach is open, non-judgmental, and collaborative. My goal is to create an empowering environment because ultimately, you are the expert in your own life. I specialize in trauma, mood disorders (depression and anxiety), and perinatal mental health. I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). This form of therapy has been shown to be effective for individuals who have survived traumatic experiences and/or who have experienced complex developmental trauma throughout their lives. With experience working with diverse diagnoses and populations, I visualize therapy as a journey where I walk alongside to help you achieve your therapeutic goals.
I am passionate about genuine connection and supporting others in improving their wellbeing. Participating in therapy is such a unique relationship and to have a successful relationship, trust is so important. My goal is to connect authentically so that you also feel safe in showing up with your whole self. Before becoming a therapist, I was a preschool teacher and residential therapy technician for autistic youth. I've been a licensed mental health clinician for the past 9, working with cli5- 90 in a variety of community and school based settings. Now, I'm focusing on adolescent and adult clients who are looking for collaboration to explore more about themselves and determine how they want to participate in their lives- this may include learning emotional regulation skills, finding new perspectives, coping with mental health symptoms, or improving their relationships. I look forward to connecting with you and being part of your growth!

I am a kind and supportive therapist. I provide a space for you to process your experience, pain and trauma so that you can move forward freely. Many of us carry unresolved concerns and issues; many of us have unresolved trauma. This weight keeps us back from being who we wish to be. I can remain present even during very difficult conversations.
