Hello, my name is Patricia and I have been a mental health counselor since 2013. I have had the privilege of working in several different agencies including traditional outpatient and telehealth settings and with a range of individuals and families. My journey started at Baldwin Wallace University where I received a bachelor’s of science in psychology and then my master’s in mental health counseling at Kent State University.
I have provided therapy to college students at a university counseling center, adults and seniors at The Free Clinic in Cleveland (now Circle Health), primarily children at Beechbrook, and most recently I worked at The Centers for Families and Children with clients ranging from age 5 to adults and seniors.
I have worked with clients with problems from situational life stress and changes, to mental health disorders including depression, anxiety, PTSD, Personality disorders, and relationship issues.
My name is Sara Davis and I am a clinical counselor (LPCC) licensed in Ohio, Minnesota, and Oregon with over 15 years of professional work experience ranging from community, hospital, court, residential, and private practice work with adults, teens, and families. I am currently only offering therapy via telehealth and have a curious little corgi you may meet along the way.
Welcome, and glad you are looking for someone to walk with you on your journey. I am an LPCC-S here in Ohio and have been working in the mental health and addiction worlds for almost a decade as a therapist, graduate professor, overdose first responder, and clinical researcher among other roles. During my travels through these and other experiences, I have been honored to develop along with my clients an expertise in an array of Narrative and Somatic practices, that when combined together we have found to often be helpful when navigating many of the ways that Pain shows up in our lives.

I have been a therapist since 2000 and licensed since 2008. I work primarily with young to middle aged and older adults now. I also have worked extensively with children ages 7 and older. I will work with you to explore thoughts, feelings, and problems on a more internal and psychological level which I believe has a longer lasting impact while still clearing up the more overt behaviors. I use an eclectic style that includes a psychodymamic approach, cognitive-behavioral therapy, self-empowerment techniques, meditation and mindfulness. My sense of humor and relaxed, informal manner can help you feel safe and comfortable. I like to incorporate meditation, mindfulness, and positive visualization. With young to middle adults, we may address personal and career goals, job stress, and relationships, with older adults, transitioning from the workforce to retirement and managing grief and loss. If you are in the Cincinnati area, we do have the option of in-person/office based sessions, which we can discuss at the first session.

I work with people dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, difficult relationships, narcissistic abuses and concerns around gender identity. I am a down-to-earth therapist. You don't have to come in knowing what to say or having everything figured out. We'll start where you are and go from there.

Hello! I’m Babette, a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW-S) with a Master’s degree in Social Work based in Ohio. I received my Masters degree from the University of Cincinnati and have been practicing for 14 years. Hi, I'm Rachel—a licensed therapist available to meet with clients in both Arizona and Ohio, here to support you through whatever life is throwing your way. I work with adults facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, ADHD, and more.My approach is warm, non-judgmental, and grounded in the belief that therapy should be a space where you feel safe, seen, and empowered.
Is anxiety or depression keeping you from living the life you want? Are you struggling in your relationships? Would you like to communicate more effectively? Do you isolate or avoid situations because of low self-esteem or lack of self-confidence? Is a self-sabotaging behavior interfering with your well-being or relationships? You and I can work together to bring about change: you can overcome anxiety and depression. You can break out of the cycle of self-sabotaging or addictive behaviors. Life can be better and relationships more fulfilling. With support and guidance, you can build the life you want.
I have extensive experience in the fields of mental health and addictions, working with individuals seeking change and the loved ones who want to support them.
Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and you may be wondering what our work together would actually look like. My goal is to create a supportive, collaborative space where you can better understand yourself, build practical skills, and work toward a life that feels more manageable and meaningful.
I use Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) as a primary approach. DBT is a skills-based, evidence-informed therapy that can help with managing intense emotions, navigating relationships, tolerating difficult situations, and responding to yourself and others with greater awareness and effectiveness.
Depending on your goals, we may focus on any or all of the following:
• Managing strong or overwhelming emotions
• Building healthier relationships and boundaries
• Increasing mindfulness and self-awareness
• Tolerating distress without making situations worse
• Strengthening self-compassion
• Building a life aligned with your values
Therapy works best when we approach it as a team. I’ll bring clinical knowledge, structure, support, and honest feedback; you bring your experiences, goals, questions, and willingness to practice new approaches. You can expect me to encourage and challenge you, when appropriate, and help you make sense of what you are experiencing. There may be times when therapy feels rough, particularly when we are looking at patterns you have used for a long time. We'll work through those moments together rather than expecting you to navigate them alone.
You will also have opportunities to practice skills between sessions. The goal isn't just talking about what is happening in your life—it's to help you develop tools you can use in your life.
The hope is over time, you leave therapy with a greater understanding of yourself, confidence in your ability to handle difficulties, and a sense that you can build a life worth living.

I have training and experience in a variety of treatments, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, psychodynamic psychotherapy, and Trauma-Focused CBT.

Together, we will identify your challenges and goals - where you want your life to be a month, six months, a year from now. Then, we'll identify options and strategies you can use to get there. You'll leave the session with a better understanding of what you're facing with an "actions I can take right now" approach. There will always be room for suggestions concerning our work together, including keeping each other accountable.

I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker based in Ohio and have been in the field since 2013. I graduated from Miami University in 2013 with my bachelor's degree in psychology and worked as a case manager for a year, assisting adults with managing mental health symptoms. Once I graduated with my Master's, I then worked at a community based correctional facility for 3 years as a mental health and addiction specialist. I completed diagnostic assessments and facilitated individual and group therapy sessions for mental health and addiction. From there, I began working at an inpatient behavioral health hospital and assisted patients there with acute mental health needs and helped to provide referrals for outpatient treatment. Since 2020, I have been working with clients doing individual therapy and have been growing my private practice. I find it rewarding to be able to work with clients long-term and get to know them as a person while meeting each individual where they are; what their struggles are, what their successes are, see progress they make in different areas of their lives, and develop a rapport that is respectful and supportive. I have been able to gain a great deal of experience over my 13 years with a very diverse background through promotion and advancement, in the mental health field, and those experiences help me to navigate my therapeutic approach to assist with being able to better serve clients while we are working together.

Time has no measure, and I value the opportunity and responsibility of making an impact in the lives of others.
I use a strength based; person centered approach in a collaborative manner to assist my clients to see HOPE as they face challenges in life. I have worked as a clinical counselor for over 19 years in a variety of professional settings. These include outpatient community mental health, crisis services, corporate/workplace settings, and owning and operating a private Christian counseling practice. I also have experience in training law enforcement on how to better assist individuals in a mental health crisis. I have counseled children, adolescents, and adults with diverse backgrounds and ranges of concerns.
My therapeutic approach is to meet clients where they are in life and provide support and counseling to help effectively address personal challenges. I also hold a bachelor’s degree from Ohio University in Exercise Science and aspire to educate people on how the use of exercise in the counseling process can positively impact mental health.
