Over the past 11 years, my work with adults, children, and families has been a true privilege. I have had the honor of listening to people's stories, I've watched people's hidden strengths come to light, and I've walked with my clients as they learn what works for them. Together we find the clarity and the internal resources needed to meet their challenges.
Hello, my name is Tim and I am an LISW/LCSW. I have been several years of experience working with people and assisting them with challenging moments in their lives. I provide a supportive, non-judgmental, and consistent space for people across various age and cultural spectrums. I believe that people are the experts of their stories and do everything within my power to help people get to a place that they want to be.

With over 30 years of experience in the mental health and addiction fields, I provide a seasoned, practical perspective for adults navigating complex trauma, sudden loss, and emotional dysregulation. My approachable style is designed to lower anxiety and remove the mystery from therapy. Specialized First Responder & Public Safety Care:
As an independently licensed LPCC with specialized training in First Responder Peer Support, I understand the unique organizational culture, rotating shift demands, and intense privacy concerns of law enforcement, fire, EMS, and emergency personnel. Rather than utilizing open-ended talk therapy, I offer a structured, neurobiologically grounded approach to treating cumulative occupational trauma, hyper-vigilance, and burnout. We work to safely manage and resolve the stress of the job without requiring you to endlessly over-verbalize old calls, maintaining absolute discretion and flexible scheduling tailored to public safety professionals.
Being a therapist isn't just my career—it's a dream I worked hard to achieve because I know what it's like to walk through difficult seasons and wonder if things will ever feel different. My experiences taught me that healing is possible, and they shaped the kind of therapist I strive to be: the therapist I wish I had when I needed one most.
I believe every person has inherent worth, even when life has convinced them otherwise. Your past may explain where you've been, but it doesn't have to define where you're going. Healing and forgiveness can coexist, and growth is possible without pretending the pain never happened.
My role isn't to tell you who you should be—it's to help you rediscover who you are beneath the anxiety, trauma, self-doubt, or life circumstances that have made you question yourself. I'll meet you with honesty, compassion, and a little humor along the way because I believe therapy should feel like a safe place to be fully human.
I believe the only way to truly fail at becoming the person you were meant to be is to stop trying. Whether this is your first time in therapy or you're returning after a difficult experience, my hope is that you leave each session feeling seen, supported, and more hopeful than when you walked in.
I'm Sarah, a Licensed Independent Social Worker with specialized training in EMDR, perinatal mental health, Gottman couples therapy, infant mental health, and early childhood mental health. My goal is to create a space where you feel understood, empowered, and hopeful—a place where you feel like you.
Outside of the office, I'm a busy mother of two and fantasy author who loves baking and cooking!
I am a kind and supportive therapist. I provide a space for you to process your experience, pain and trauma so that you can move forward freely. Many of us carry unresolved concerns and issues; many of us have unresolved trauma. This weight keeps us back from being who we wish to be. I can remain present even during very difficult conversations.
Hello, I'm Shakera. No one knows you better than yourself, so be proud of this first step of taking care of yourself. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with 7 years of experience working as a therapist My focus is on implementing a client-centered approach, where I believe the most important aspect is to provide a non-judgmental and safe space for all of my clients. It's crucial not to pressure my clients to convey what is uncomfortable but to help them process their feelings and empower them to do what is best for them in their daily lives.
Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with adults who have experienced trauma, grief, depression, relationship issues, family conflicts, self-image issues, anxiety, peer pressure, and so much more. My approach is versatile, incorporating a variety of techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused theory, mindfulness techniques, grounding techniques, and more. I believe in the importance of clients having a voice so they can be heard and understood.
I believe therapy should feel like a safe, affirming space where you can be your authentic self without judgement. I specialize in navigating burnout, relationships, anxiety, or life transitions.
My approach is person-centered and strengths-based, which means I'll meet you where you are and support you in meeting your goals.
Together, we'll focus on your strengths, explore what's meaningful to you, and help you move forward feeling more grounded and empowered. I use CBT to teach people to challenge your negative thought patterns and change their responses. It is an effective therapy for many mental health conditions as well as managing difficult life experiences.
I work with adults age 20 and over, and people often describe me as accepting, empathetic, and real — with a sense of humor that helps therapy feel approachable and genuine. My goal is to create a space where you feel both supported and challenged as you work toward your goals.
My approach blends humor, honesty, and evidence-based strategies to identify and challenge unhelpful thought patterns (like cognitive distortions) and promote self-acceptance. Whether you’re hoping to manage stress, improve relationships, or reconnect with your sense of worth, I offer a safe, affirming space to do meaningful work — and maybe even share a laugh along the way.
You don’t have to have it all figured out to start therapy. If something here resonates with you, send me a message — I’d be happy to talk about how we can work together.
Hi, I’m glad you’re here. I’m a therapist who believes meaningful change starts with feeling truly understood. Hi, my name is Tishina and I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. For the past eight years, I've had the privilege of helping people navigate trauma, anxiety, depression, PTSD, mood changes, and the challenges that come with everyday problem solving. I became a therapist because therapy changed my life. It helped me heal, find my voice, and believe in myself and now I'm passionate about offering that same support and hope to the people that I work with.
I have been a licensed social worker for the past 30 years. I have worked in child welfare and at the Veteran's Health Administration, and all of the work I have done has been working with people with anxiety, depression and or trauma. I think I lean as much from the people I work with as much as they learn from me. I believe people can change, people can grow and people are capable of making possible what seems impossible. I am eclectic in my practice, but I lean heavily on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, Trauma informed, Reality based and Solution Focused treatment.
I go by Becky and have been working with children and families since 2004. I have provided many different kinds of case management and therapeutic services in my social work career.
I believe that wellness includes many factors of a person's life--mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual health. Some of those things in your life might be in balance while other areas are not. You probably already have the ability to manage many situation or challenges with a combination of existing strengths and learned skills; we can add to those together.
My enjoy using play therapy. Through play child, families, and (yes!) adults can work through many issues in their lives. The best part is all the hard work doesn't feel like work. We learn skills by playing throughout our entire lives beginning with playing peek-a-boo; on the grade school play ground; sports and backyard games; as well as board games and card games with friends.
If playing isn't for you, I also provide the traditional "talk therapy" that most people are familiar. I received a specialization in Military Social Work during my master’s program at USC and have a passion for working with those, both children and adults, who have experienced trauma. Trauma can show up in a lot of different ways and look like many things. In counseling, we can use a combination of CBT, solution focused, and problem-solving therapy, along with Motivational Interviewing, trauma therapies, and Play Therapy when appropriate. Your plan, developed in your words, will be a great road map for reaching your desired destination. I would be honored to walk with you along that path.
Seeking help reflects the courage and drive that you already have within you.

I believe in working alongside my clients to explore their thoughts and feelings, identify the core of their challenges, and build practical tools to manage and move through them. Hi, I’m Jacalyn Yurick, LISW-S. I’m a licensed therapist with over 10 years of experience helping adolescents and adults navigate trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship stress, grief, substance use, and major life transitions. I specialize in working with individuals who feel emotionally overwhelmed, stuck in survival mode, or exhausted from carrying the weight of everything on their own. Many of the clients I work with are high-functioning on the outside while silently struggling internally with anxiety, unresolved trauma, burnout, people-pleasing, self-doubt, or emotional exhaustion. Others come to therapy after years of feeling misunderstood, emotionally disconnected, or unable to fully move forward despite trying everything they can to “just cope.” My goal is to help clients move beyond simply surviving and begin feeling more grounded, confident, connected, and emotionally at peace. I am EMDR-trained and have extensive experience treating complex trauma and PTSD. In addition to trauma work, I frequently help clients struggling with panic attacks, chronic stress, mood disorders, relationship difficulties, emotional regulation, grief and loss, and substance use concerns. I utilize evidence-based approaches including EMDR, CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, mindfulness-based interventions, Solution-Focused Therapy, and strengths-based treatment tailored to each client’s individual needs. My background includes work in inpatient psychiatric hospitals, residential substance use treatment, outpatient mental health, school-based therapy, couples counseling, and telehealth. Working across these settings has given me experience supporting clients through both crisis situations and long-term personal growth.
Clients often describe me as down-to-earth, supportive, direct, and easy to talk to. Therapy does not require you to have everything figured out before you begin. You only need a starting point, and together we can work toward meaningful and lasting change.

I’m a licensed professional clinical counselor and the owner of Phoenix RISE KY LLC. I work with a diverse range of clients and have extensive experience supporting people through trauma, grief, major life transitions, anxiety, emotional regulation difficulties, relationship concerns, and other challenging life experiences.
Much of my work centers on trauma and the ways past experiences can continue to affect emotions, relationships, self-perception, and everyday functioning. My goal is to provide a supportive and nonjudgmental space where you can make sense of what you have experienced, develop practical tools for coping, and work toward meaningful change at a pace that feels manageable.

Together, we can identify patterns, build on your strengths, develop healthier ways of responding to stress, and work toward greater stability, connection, and confidence.
I also have a special appreciation for adolescents and young adults navigating the transition into adulthood, including school or career pressures, family and relationship challenges, emotional regulation concerns, and emerging mental health needs.

This background gives me a deeper understanding of the emotional, relational and practical challenges that often come with illness, caregiving, grief and significant life transitions. I am licensed to practice in IL, NC and OH.
Are you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from yourself? Maybe you’re navigating a major life transition, having difficulty processing moments of the past, struggling with relationships, setting boundaries, managing anxiety, or trying to reconnect with who you are after years of putting others first. Therapy can and should be a place to slow down, understand what you’ve been carrying, and begin creating meaningful change.
I work with adults who are ready to better understand themselves, heal from difficult experiences, and build a life that feels more aligned with who they truly are. My approach is warm, collaborative, and personalized because I believe therapy is not one-size-fits-all. Together, we will explore your experiences, identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, while developing practical tools to help you move forward.
Hi, I’m Shannon, and I’m really glad you’re here. Reaching out for support can feel like a big step, and my goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable, understood, and supported from the start.
I work with individuals who are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain about what’s next in their lives. Many individuals come to me for support with anxiety, depression, and life transitions, whether that’s navigating changes in relationships, career paths, identity, or overall direction. I also support children with challenges related to school, self-esteem, ADHD, and anxiety, helping them build confidence, coping skills, and emotional awareness in a supportive and age-appropriate way.
My approach is collaborative, supportive, and practical. I often use cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to help you better understand the connection between your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Together, we’ll identify patterns that may be holding you back and develop tools you can use in your everyday life to manage stress, build confidence, and move forward with intention.
I believe therapy should not only help you feel better, but also give you skills that last beyond our sessions. Whether you’re working through a difficult period or simply looking for more direction and clarity, I’m here to support you in a way that feels approachable, grounded, and tailored to your needs.
You don’t have to figure it all out alone. I’m here to help.
You can love someone deeply and still recognize that the way you're being treated isn't okay. You can care about others while also learning to care for yourself. Together, let's figure out what's happening, understand why it's happening, challenge the patterns keeping you stuck, and identify what you can actually do differently.
Hi there! My name is Dr. Jess Priode (pronounced "Pray-dee") and I believe every person's story deserves to be met with compassion, respect, and understanding. With nearly two decades of experience in the mental health field, I help individuals navigate relationship challenges, anxiety, stress, depression, grief, family conflict, boundaries, self-esteem, and life transitions.
I welcome clients from diverse backgrounds and recognize that our identities, cultures, and environments can shape how we experience relationships, stress, and the world around us. I strive to approach each client with cultural humility, curiosity, and respect, rather than making assumptions about what your journey should look like.
Life and relationships can be overwhelming. Maybe you're feeling anxious, emotionally drained, stuck in a relationship, struggling to set boundaries, or simply unsure of what comes next. Therapy can provide a space to slow down, gain clarity, understand the patterns keeping you stuck, and develop healthier ways of responding to yourself and the people around you.
You deserve a space where your story matters and where you don't have to lose yourself to take care of everyone else. If you're ready to better understand yourself, strengthen your relationships, and feel more confident navigating life's challenges, I'd be honored to walk alongside you.
I’m Niamalika Taylor, a Licensed Independent Social Worker inspired by helping individuals recognize the strength and possibilities within themselves. I understand and value how important it is for people to feel heard, seen, and understood as we navigate this journey called life. I believe you have the right to make choices that support your happiness, peace, and the life you desire.
I’m committed to helping you better understand your emotions, recognize your strengths, strengthen your voice, and develop practical tools to navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence and intention.
What inspires me most is helping individuals recognize that meaningful change can happen step by step, thought by thought, and choice by choice. I want therapy to be more than a place to talk. I want you to leave with tools you can carry throughout life as you continue to create and recreate what happiness, peace, and being able to say “I am okay” mean to you.
