I’m a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker and certified ADHD practitioner with over a decade of experience helping people navigate life’s challenges. I work with individuals and couples facing ADHD, anxiety, grief and loss, chronic illness, life transitions, depression, and more. My goal is to offer a safe, supportive space where you can explore what’s holding you back, discover your strengths, and take meaningful steps toward lasting change. My approach is collaborative and tailored to you. Whether we’re working on managing symptoms, building coping strategies, or strengthening relationships, you’ll have a plan designed for your unique needs — and you’ll always be in control of your journey. In addition to my clinical work, I teach as a senior adjunct professor in a university social work program and provide supervision to new professionals entering the field. Do you feel like something is holding you back? Getting in your way? Many people run into barriers- barriers that keep them from achieving their goals, get in the way of their relationships, or keep them from moving on. These barriers can look like anxiety, depression, trauma, communication patterns, etc. This is where I can help! I have worked with crisis services and trauma survivors my whole career; and trauma can look different for everyone! I enjoy nothing more than helping clients identify the barriers that are holding them back; constructing a plan to break it down and take steps towards doing so.

My name is Jennifer Bailey, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Registered Drama Therapist. I help clients identify and pursue the goals that lead to a life filled with meaning, pride, and contentment. Now, you may be wondering: “What exactly is a Registered Drama Therapist (RDT)?” Simply put, it means I integrate elements of theater and creative expression into the therapeutic process. With me, you have options. You might choose a traditional talk-therapy session to explore your thoughts, emotions, and goals. Or, if words don’t feel like enough, you might try something more experiential—writing, movement, role-play, or even reimagining and practicing conversations that keep replaying in your mind. Talk therapy is a powerful tool for growth, but sometimes it takes more than words to truly process what’s happening inside. That’s where creativity can open new doors. Whether through conversation, movement, sound, or artistic expression, I provide a space where you can choose what feels most healing and helpful. I would be honored to support you—whether that’s working toward personal goals, processing difficult emotions, or making positive and lasting changes in your life.

Hi! I’m Shannon, a therapist and fellow mom who specializes in women’s and maternal mental health. I support women navigating pregnancy, infertility, postpartum anxiety and depression, identity shifts, and the mental load of motherhood. You can love your baby deeply and still feel overwhelmed, anxious, or unlike yourself and that doesn’t make you a bad mom. Alongside my work in maternal mental health, I also support women navigating life changes and transitions that shape who they are. This may include relationship changes or breakups, healing from trauma, anxiety about the future, depression, or rediscovering yourself during times when you feel lost or disconnected. I’m Tiffany Settles, a licensed mental health counselor in Florida and Ohio dedicated to helping individuals find clarity, balance, and a deeper understanding of themselves. I enjoy working with clients who feel overwhelmed, stressed, anxious, emotionally stuck, or unsure of their next step, want to expand they choices, improve decision-making, and respond to life with more intention instead of reacting from stress or fear. Outside of my work as a therapist, I’m a wife to an amazing therapist, a mom of four children, an avid crocheter, and gardener. These parts of my life help shape the warmth, creativity, and groundedness I bring into my work. When I’m not in session, I enjoy creating and publishing reflective journals, volunteering, public speaking, and facilitating mental health workshops. I also participate in local wellness fairs where I share mental health education, resources, and support efforts to reduce the stigma around seeking help. I began my work in mental health in 2005 after earning my degree in psychology, starting in adolescent residential care before moving into one-on-one therapy. With a master’s in clinical psychology and experience supporting people through trauma, anxiety, stress, and life transitions, I provide humanistic, person-centered care that treats the whole individual, not just their symptoms. As someone who has lived with type 1 diabetes for over thirty-five years, I understand the daily work of seeking peace and stability, and I bring that compassion into my work with clients. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and practical. I help clients build emotional regulation skills, increase self-awareness, explore patterns, and identify choices that support confidence, healing, and personal growth. My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their experiences with honesty and grace while learning to offer themselves the same compassion they often give to others.

Welcome! I'm so glad you're here and making this decision to try something new. Therapy can truly be a sacred space. It's a place that can absolutely change your life, if you allow your self the time and space to heal. My focus is to see you as uniquely you: the good, the bad, and the sometimes ugly. I believe we all have inherent value and worth, and I strive to see this in every single person, including you! We may have some changes we need to make and some behaviors we have to part ways with, but through this healing journey, I want you to know how valued and loved you are. To embrace life again like we were meant to. To forgive others and learn to let go. To change what you can and find peace with what you can't. I operate from a trauma-informed perspective - recognizing how the past has changed the way we see ourselves and those around us. I look at how early life experiences impact our relationships, attachments, emotions, motivation, and joy. I incorporate mindfulness to help with regulation and utilize psychoeducation to understand that what happened in the past can't be changed, but we have the ability to pursue healing and growth regardless. I am self-pay only for couples sessions ($150/session).

Are you grinding through days feeling down, empty, burned out, or like you just can’t keep doing this? Do you feel a heaviness inside that keeps coming back and makes everything harder? Are you so used to bottling up your emotions that you can hardly remember a time when you didn’t just keep everything inside? You might believe deep down that you are broken, that it’s your fault you feel this way, and you will always need to hide who you really are and what you really feel from others. Or maybe life or a relationship has just gotten really hard lately, and you don’t know where to go from here.

Greetings! I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) and have worked with offenders, anger management clients, couples, teens and adults struggling with ADHD, anxiety and depression. Through a strengths based approach, my clients learn more about themselves thus improving self-confidence, communication, mood and overall outlook on life. I love serving my teen and couples clients via the Gallup strengths test. This test helps individuals understand where their energy is highest and what they value most. It's not about "strengths", but values. I believe one of the best things we can do for ourselves is take the time to truly understand ourselves as this helps us learn to communicate effectively, be productive, overcome procrastination and more. This is one tool of many I enjoy using to help my clients.

I am a goal-oriented therapist, and I know that people who are coming to me are often in noteworthy distress, and it is my duty as your doctor to alleviate this distress. Working collaboratively is important, and knowing your goals for therapy is of utmost importance. My standards for myself for you is high; every person will get treatment plan, which is the active steps to alleviate the ailment. I will communicate my diagnosis and the treatment plan I am planning, and will only proceed with your endorsement of the plan. If you come to me with a specific diagnosis, and you do therapy with me and these conditions aren't being alleviated, then we are not meeting the objectives of therapy. If progress does not occur, then efforts will be made to try to discover why progress isn't occurring. Should you still not progress on your goals and diagnosis, I will be open to finding you a provider who might help. Having been a generalist provider, my best skills are for those that present the most in the population, including depression disorders, anxiety disorders, personality disorders and trauma. I employ prolonged exposure as my technique for helping traumatized people, and this would be an excellent treatment for individuals who are new to trauma processing or have failed at EMDR.

I am an art therapist and LPCC-S (Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor - Supervisor). I have been working in the mental health and addiction world for over 20 years. I have had the pleasure of joining forces with children from the age of 3, to children the age of 87. I come from a family that has a long line of veterans and first responders. I have a strong passion for supporting our veterans and first responders but am open to partnering with anyone wanting assistance in life. I welcome any in person sessions as I am very much an empath and thrive when I can feel each person’s emotions in person. I own my own practice, Freedom Wellness Center LLC, in Canal Fulton, Ohio. The link to my website is at the bottom of this page. If you have Medicaid insurance, you must contact me first to schedule an appointment with me. I have had a high amount of people not showing for their appointments and had to put a hold on all new Medicaid referrals until I can speak to you in person first to ensure you are serious about attending your appointments.
