Hello, Are you feeling overwhelmed, stressed, or like life is taking over? It's completely natural to experience these emotions from time to time, but you don't have to navigate these challenges alone. My name is Latonya Badger, and I'm an experienced and compassionate mental health provider here to support you on your journey towards well-being and happiness.
I have 4+ years of experience in the mental health field, I am a licensed therapist dedicated to helping individuals like you find balance, resilience, and inner strength. My approach is client-centered, meaning I tailor each session to your unique needs and circumstances. Together, we'll work collaboratively to address your concerns and develop personalized strategies to cope with life's stressors.
On paper, your life may look like it’s together. You show up for work, take care of the people around you, and handle your responsibilities. But underneath that, you may be carrying anxiety, burnout, loneliness, relationship stress, or the constant pressure to keep it all together.
If you’ve spent years being “the strong one,” therapy can feel unfamiliar or even uncomfortable. My goal is to create a space where you don’t have to perform, have all the answers, or pretend you’re okay.
My style is warm, conversational, and direct. I’ll meet you with compassion while also helping you recognize the patterns that may be keeping you stuck. Together we’ll build practical tools, increase insight, and create meaningful change that extends beyond our sessions.
I enjoy working with adults navigating anxiety, depression, self-esteem, boundaries, dating and relationships, family dynamics, burnout, and major life transitions. I serve clients throughout North Carolina and Illinois via secure telehealth.
Do you struggle with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD, mood disorders, gender identity issues, relationship challenges, or any other mental health concerns? If so, you are not alone. I offer a diverse range of evidence-based therapies that have been scientifically proven to alleviate symptoms associated with mental health disorders.
My therapeutic interventions include Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Behavioral Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy. I empower those lacking motivation, encourage those who feel helpless and hopeless, and guide individuals who believe they have no purpose. I also teach coping skills to help navigate daily challenges.
Let's start today on the path to regaining control of your life. I look forward to hearing from you.

Hi! I'm a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) and Licensed School Counselor. I received my Masters Degree from North Carolina A & T State University and have been practicing for 6 years. I have experience in both clinical and school settings. I help children, adolescents and young adults struggling with Anxiety, life transitions, relationships and coping with life's challenges.
In life, we all move through peaks and valleys. While the high points can feel expansive and full of possibility, the valleys often feel isolating, overwhelming, or unclear. My work centers on helping clients feel less alone in those difficult moments and more empowered to navigate them with confidence, clarity, and self‑compassion.
I believe that our deepest aspirations—love, peace, fulfillment, and meaningful connection—begin with the relationship we build with ourselves. As we strengthen that inner foundation, we naturally create healthier, more authentic relationships with others. Therapy becomes a space where this transformation can unfold with intention and support.
In my practice, I walk alongside my clients with a grounded, non‑judgmental, and compassionate presence. My first priority is to listen deeply. I want to understand what matters most to you, what you’re carrying, and how your experiences have shaped the way you move through the world. I strive to ensure you feel genuinely seen and heard from the very beginning, because healing grows from a foundation of trust and authentic connection.
Together, we explore your inner landscape—your strengths, your patterns, your hopes, and the parts of you that may feel stuck or unheard. Through this collaborative process, you can begin to reconnect with your sense of self, develop healthier emotional habits, and move toward a life that feels more aligned and fulfilling.
If you’re ready to step into a space where you don’t have to navigate the valleys alone, I’m here to walk with you.

I am especially passionate about supporting ministerial leaders and their spouses as they navigate burnout and the demands of service. When I’m not working, I value rest, meaningful travel, and opportunities to recharge—ideally somewhere warm and restorative.

Hello, I’m Dulcie.
Have you been struggling and wondering why it’s so hard to feel happy, have a positive outlook, and accomplish the goals you have for your life? Are feelings of disappointment, confusion, and failure contributing to problems with your emotional health and relationships? Do you feel like nothing will ever change so what’s the point in trying? Well, let me tell you why, you are worth it and it’s never too late to invest in YOU! I have many years of experience counseling great people just like you, working together to navigate life’s obstacles, find common sense solutions, and help guide and support you during life transitions. If you allow me to go on this journey of change with you, I will focus on a person-centered approach where your needs, goals, and objectives will be the roadmap for our work together. I will use evidence-based treatment techniques, largely based on Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help you identify and change patterns in thinking and behavior that may be contributing to your current dissatisfaction. But perhaps even more important than the therapeutic approach employed, I will endeavor to build a relationship with you by being present, genuine, honest, and compassionate. I have learned that the outcomes my clients achieve are often a reflection of the strength of our therapeutic relationship. So, are you ready to partner with me as you endeavor to overcome the situations, relationship challenges, or symptoms that seem to be barriers between you and your best life? If so, I am committed to walking with you on your journey.
Hi there! I’m so glad you’re here. My approach to therapy is warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative — think of it as real conversations with a purpose. Together, we’ll unpack what’s been weighing you down, explore new ways of thinking, and build tools that actually work in everyday life. My goal is to help you feel lighter, more confident, and more connected to yourself and others — all while keeping the process genuine, supportive, and maybe even a little fun along the way.
Hi, my name is Taylor. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker that prefers to use an integrative therapy approach in additional to the strengths based model to tailor treatment plan to client goals. I have been a social worker since 2015 although I completed my Master Social Work degree in 2018. I received my LCSW in 2023 and I was an Inpatient Psychiatry Social Worker for near 5 years in addition to this virtual private practice. I am now a Senior Social Worker with a federal agency. I am a firm believer in a client centered approach. The client is in the “driver’s seat” when it comes to their therapy. I approach every client with unconditional positive regard and my office/video screen is ALWAYS a judgement free zone. I am passionate about helping my clients seek to find balance and empowering them to take the necessary steps to reach their goals. I encourage you to take a leap of faith and get the help you are seeking. Life changes are achievable when individual ideas collide with positive actions.
Welcome! I’m April, a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in North Carolina. Congratulations on taking the first step towards reaching your goals. Don’t discount the decision you’ve made to search for help, because many people never do so. I see counseling as a partnership between the therapist and the client; I have the mental health expertise while you’re the expert of you! For this reason I'll spend our earliest contacts getting to know you better.
Choosing a therapist is a very personal decision and therefore, I want to give you information so you can choose for yourself if you’d like to work with me. I would describe my counseling style as warm, but professional. I love to use strength-based approaches as much as possible, also incorporating your values into our work.
I find myself using an integrative approach, incorporating different theoretical frameworks and techniques that I will tailor to fit your needs. Two approaches I use most often are Person-Centered Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Person-Centered counseling uses a lot of reflection to help you process your thoughts and feelings, which is often the first step towards solving your problems. CBT helps us examine your thought patterns and whether they are helpful or harmful. If a particular thought is harmful that could trigger issues like a depressed mood, for example. We’ll work together to replace the harmful thoughts with more helpful ones. There are many other approaches to potentially integrate into our sessions, and I’d be happy to explain anything I believe may benefit you.
