Do you feel isolated, alone, and misunderstood as a woman struggling with alcohol, anxiety, or self-worth? Do you find yourself stuck in the same patterns—overdrinking, people-pleasing, or self-sabotaging—even when you want change? Is it hard to slow down, be present, or sit with your thoughts—without reaching for distraction or alcohol? Do you feel as if you are always in “go mode,” even when you’re exhausted? Are you focused on others’ needs instead of your own? Are you hesitant to talk to others about your problems? I believe that meaningful change begins with understanding and self-compassion. You already carry the capacity for growth and healing, but sometimes we need support to recognize it. Therapy offers a fresh perspective to help you break free from old patterns, develop new skills, and respond more intentionally to life’s challenges. My goal is to create a warm, nonjudgmental environment where curiosity replaces self-criticism, and where your strengths, resilience, and well-being are at the center of the work we do together.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you are facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in our follow-up sessions. ****If you don't see a day/time that works for you, please message me directly and we can work something out. I have times available that aren't always reflected accurately on the online calendar due to some restrictions and limitations.***

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My goal is to instill a sense of hope and remind you that meaningful change is always possible. Many women come to therapy feeling stuck, discouraged, or unsure of where to begin. I strive to create a supportive and compassionate space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to move forward. It is never too late to make a decision to change your life, and it is truly my honor and privilege to serve as a guide throughout your journey. Together, we will work to identify what has been holding you back and equip you with practical tools to help you navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence and self-awareness. Whether you are struggling with alcohol use, anxiety, low self-worth, or feeling disconnected from yourself, it’s important for you to know that you do not have to face this alone. I bring both professional experience and a genuine commitment to helping women create lasting change in their lives. I take a personalized, collaborative approach to therapy because no two individuals are the same. Our work will be tailored to your unique needs, values, and goals. We will explore the root causes of your struggles, recognize unhelpful patterns, and develop strategies that support long-term growth—not just short-term relief. My aim is to help you reconnect with your strengths, build resilience, and move toward a more fulfilling, balanced, and meaningful life.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

My ideal clients are adult women who are struggling with anxiety, alcohol use, low self-esteem, and low self-worth, and who feel stuck or overwhelmed by life transitions and identity concerns. They may find themselves people-pleasing, over-functioning for others, or using alcohol as a way to cope with stress, emotions, or disconnection. Many feel disconnected from their authentic selves and want support in building healthier coping skills, stronger boundaries, and a more grounded sense of confidence and self-trust.

My treatment methods

Compassion Focused

Self-compassion is a powerful tool for healing and personal growth. It helps you develop acceptance, strengthen self-trust, and remain present when life feels overwhelming. By building a compassionate relationship with yourself, you create the foundation needed to take risks, break old patterns, and move toward a life that feels more authentic, fulfilling, and aligned with who you truly are.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I use CBT as part of an integrative approach to therapy because it is grounded in research and highly effective in helping clients create lasting change. CBT allows us to explore patterns of thinking that may be keeping you stuck, while also developing practical tools to support emotional regulation and healthier choices. I tailor CBT techniques to each individual, ensuring that the work feels relevant, supportive, and aligned with your goals.

Person-centered (Rogerian)

I use a person-centered approach because I believe you are the expert on your own life. My role is to provide a compassionate and supportive space where you can openly explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences without fear of judgment. This approach fosters self-awareness, self-trust, and personal growth, helping you reconnect with your strengths and values.

Solution Focused Brief Treatment

I incorporate a solution-focused approach as part of an integrative model to help clients move from feeling stuck to feeling capable and empowered. This approach keeps therapy grounded in hope, progress, and possibility by highlighting your strengths, resources, and resilience. Together, we focus on realistic, achievable goals and practical strategies that support forward momentum, helping you create meaningful change and build confidence in your ability to move forward.
