Warm Greeting, My name is Kylie — therapist, parent, snack connoisseur, and professional holder-of-space. Life doesn’t come with an instruction manual, especially when it comes to healing from trauma, navigating through life transitions, or adjusting to life after bringing a tiny human (or humans!) into the world. Whether you're feeling like you’ve lost yourself somewhere between diaper changes and school drop-offs, or you're carrying the heavy weight of past pain that refuses to stay in the past, I’m here for you. My practice is built on compassion, connection, and just the right amount of humor (because sometimes if you don't laugh, you'll cry — and sometimes we’ll do both). I specialize in working with: Trauma – The kind that’s loud and the kind that’s quiet, but still lingers. Postpartum – Depression, anxiety, identity shifts, rage, exhaustion… sound familiar? Parenthood – From fertility struggles to toddler tantrums to “why did no one warn me?” moments. You’re not broken. You’re human. And humans are messy, beautiful, resilient beings. I work from a trauma-informed, attachment-based perspective to help you reconnect with yourself, feel more grounded in your daily life, and find your way back to joy (or at least a full night's sleep — we can dream, right?). Therapy with me is a judgment-free zone. You can come exactly as you are — in yoga pants, with spit-up on your shirt, or holding back tears (or curse words). This is your space to exhale. Let’s talk. You don’t have to do this alone anymore.

As a professional counselor based in Atlanta, Georgia, and dually licensed in North Carolina, I am dedicated to supporting individuals from adolescence through adulthood on their journey to mental and emotional well-being. My approach to therapy is rooted in a faith-based, person-centered theoretical lens, ensuring that each client's unique needs and values are respected and integrated into our work together. In addition to individual therapy, I draw on my experience as a former school counselor to provide specialized support for parents. Understanding the challenges that come with raising children diagnosed with ADHD, behavior disorders, or those who receive special education services, I work closely with parents as a partner in their child's education. Together, we create strategies and solutions that help their children thrive both academically and emotionally. My commitment is to empower my clients, helping them navigate life's challenges with resilience and confidence while fostering a deeper understanding of themselves and their relationships. Whether you're seeking help for yourself or guidance in supporting your child, I am here to walk with you every step of the way.

Do you have past experiences or traumas that may be hindering your ability to practice self-compassion? Feelings are sometimes hard to explain and even harder to deal with. Understanding why you feel a certain way can help you regain control over yourself and how you respond. Hi! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based out of North Carolina. I received my Masters degree from Arizona State University and have been practicing for over 10 years. I believe that working together in a safe, non-judgmental environment can create space for the healing you deserve. In my early career I worked with Child Protective Services to support the reunification of children with their biological parents. I then moved to North Carolina to continue work with keeping families together that had suffered trauma and/or behavioral issues. From there, I worked as an individual therapist working with teenagers and adults. During that time, I led groups that focused on education for women who experienced anxiety on a daily basis. Prior to the Grow Therapy platform, I worked to support adults in crisis who needed immediate psychiatric support.

Hi, my name is Luz, my pronouns are she/her/hers, and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC). I worked as a teacher for over 15 years before making the journey into a community mental health career. I have experience in mobile crisis response, trauma, forensic mental health concerns. To explain who I am as a therapist, I reflect back to my role as an educator. In the classroom, there was a movement for the teacher to be less of a “sage on the stage” (teacher-centered approach) and more of a “guide on the side” (student-centered). To me, therapy is a lesson plan for a learning experience. It's a guide to develop what the client needs to learn in order to cope with whatever barriers are showing up in the client's life, whether that barrier is an internal issue, such as self-image, or how to cope with work stress. My therapeutic perspective is to provide empathetic, non-judgmental, compassionate guidance and support in an atmosphere of respect and safety while allowing clients to be the experts of their lives, much like “a co-pilot, a sous chef, or an assistant manager” of a client-therapist relationship. I use solution-focused elements to help move toward desired goals, cognitive behavioral techniques to challenge unhelpful thoughts, and motivational interviewing to help gain understanding and clarity. Outside of traditional therapy, I enjoy the practices of mindfulness, guided meditation, aromatherapy, and Reiki. Finding a therapist that's the right fit can be a challenging task, but taking that first step towards a healthier you is worth it. I look forward to working with you to help break down those barriers and make progress in areas that most matter to you.

Hi, my name is Pam. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC, LMHC, LCMHC) and Certified National Counselor (NCC) in the state of South Carolina North Carolina and Florida. Since I became a counselor at a college in 2015, I have become an expert in my field of working with young women and I LOVE IT! I have been able to assist many students through empowerment and retraining of their brains to move forward and create the life they desire, rather than the life they "should" have. I believe anyone and everyone can benefit from DBT; learning better communication skills, how to feel and manage their emotions, how to deal with distress that happens in all of our lives, and most important; how to be present and authentic in our own life. No matter if you are dealing with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, relationship, family or any issue these skills can change your life if you try. I am also a trauma therapist using an innovative technique called EMDR. Trauma can be anything that holds us back or has a lasting emotional triggering that affects us on a conscious or sub conscious level. The therapy is meant for healing, not coping. Many times depression and anxiety are results of negative events that are stuck in our brains and the cells of our bodies. What EMDR creates is a space to heal from what has happened to us, rather than just cope with it the rest of our lives. I very much look forward to working with you! See you soon.

In life we have peaks and valleys. For some, we find the valleys are the times we may feel most alone. I specialize in helping clients to feel less alone and much more empowered and to find clarity. In our aspirations to find love, peace and happiness we develop healthier relationships with self first and with others. In my practice I walk along side my clients on this journey of self fulfillment with a non judgmental and compassionate stance. My initial goal is to actively listen as client expresses what is most important to them and offer compassion and most importantly be sure the client is seen and heard while developing a genuine and authentic rapport.

Your Well-Being Is in Good Hands! As a committed, professional Mental Health Service Provider of 5 years, your well-being and mental strength is my number one priority. I’m happy to guide you through all of life’s challenges with the attention and care you deserve. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including Anxiety, Relationship Issues, Parenting Problems, Career Challenges, Depression, Schizophrenia, Grief, Trauma, PTSD, Bipolar ADHD, and Personality Disorders. I also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse. I worked with various populations such as LGBTQ+,Homeless, Intellectually Disabilities, Prison's and Jail Systems. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don't believe in stigmatizing labels. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, psychodynamic and rational-emotive therapy. I will tailor our dialogue and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. It is essential to keep in mind that therapy is not a magic pill or a quick fix: therapy is a healing process that necessitates participation and investment from the patient and caretaker alike. But in the end, making small changes to self-defeating behavior and coping with feelings of sadness, fear, and pain can bring life-altering results. It takes courage to seek a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards change. If you are ready to take that step, I am here to support and empower you. I look forward to working with you!

I provide individual therapy and family therapy that is person centered and meets the client where they are. The process of counseling is a team effort and I strive to assist (you) my clients with identifying strengths, recognizing supports, developing self-awareness, and accepting accountability I use a variety of approaches (eclectic) to meet the needs of my clients. I specifically use interpersonal psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Family Systems Therapy, and Mindfulness Based Counseling. All treatments are supported by the following values: • People are doing the best they can with the skills that they have. • People can change. • People do get better. • People may not have created their problems, but they do have to live with them. • The therapeutic relationship is a safe place to explore issues, learn innovative ways of thinking and acting, and practice skills. To maximize the benefits of counseling, I will often ask clients to complete homework assignments including practicing new skills with follow up reports. I am also a mother, wife, life long student, parent of a disabled child, and support to many.

I strongly feel that to help a person, the person must feel comfortable, truly heard, understood, and valued. My role is to help foster a safe, non-judgmental, and empowering space that can help guide you to reach your goals. I am a licensed clinical social worker. I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, PTSD and trauma. Some of the people with whom I have worked are looking to make a specific change and are looking for support, others are struggling with challenging symptoms and are looking for relief, others are having difficulties managing emotions or maintaining relationships. My approach is trauma-informed, client-centered, collaborative, creative, and adaptive. I use an integrated and holistic approach so that therapy is unique to each individual and their needs. I pull from and utilize various evidence-based therapeutic modalities when working with individuals; including: EMDR, TF-CBT, Acceptance and Commitment (ACT), Cognitive Processing (CPT), PE, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), solution focused and strengths-based perspectives, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness. Using a private and secure virtual platform. Adult individual, couples or family sessions are welcomed. I look forward to hearing from you.

Hey there, I'm Jenn. I am a licensed clinical social worker and began working as a therapist in 2002. Are you feeling overwhelmed by work, stress from your relationships, family, or parenting? You may be putting on a confident and brave face, but secretly you're overthinking every situation and decision that you make. Life is harder to manage when you're feeling overwhelmed and stressed. You may feel like you're stuck and, unable to move forward. It's time to take a deep breath, regroup, and reflect on your life and the changes you want to make to build long-term fulfillment. Let's face it - You deserve it! Let's talk about what's been going on and see how we can work together to make some positive changes in your life. I specialize in working with adults (18+) who are experiencing anxiety, attachment issues, depression, grief/loss, infertility, midlife transitions, parenthood struggles, and perinatal/postpartum mood disorders. My approach to therapy is always client-focused: I believe the relationship between therapist and client is central to reducing distress, increasing self-compassion/understanding, and improving emotional wellness. I help individuals safely process their emotions and experiences to learn practical, strength-based coping strategies and techniques for symptom management/reduction. I believe working through some of the most difficult times in our life requires additional support. I recognize that it takes courage to seek help, and in our work together we'll utilize your strengths to help you make the change you're looking for.

As a licensed professional counselor for over a decade, I consider it an honor to create a sacred space with a client in the therapeutic relationship. As clients are able to unravel developmental traumas, process relational difficulties, and dispel long-held cognitive beliefs, true healing emerges within. Over the years, I have found that I am most helpful in the treatment of trauma, building healthy attachments between people, and using a number of well-researched methods for more complex issues related to emotional development. In my free time, I love to visit the shores of Ocean Isle Beach, North Carolina with my husband of 31 years and our mini-Australian Shepherd, Brodie . I also enjoy our three grown children make their mark on this world!
