I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida, a Licensed Professional Counselor in South Carolina, Licensed Professional Counselor in Utah, and a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in North Carolina. I also have completed Level One of Gottman's Couples Therapy and am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP).
I obtained my Masters degree from the University of Central Florida, and began my professional career at a non-profit counseling center while I worked towards licensure.
I moved to North Carolina and maintained my credentials while raising my young children. I'm excited to offer support to clients working on achieving their goals and improving their mental health.
My goal is to create a safe and welcoming environment for all, and allow clients to discuss and explore any concerns they may have regarding their mental health, whether it's anxiety, depression, women's issues, or self-care. I am here to support you, and offer a sounding board in which we work through those blocks you have, and strive towards personal development, whatever that looks for you.
This is a judgment-free space, where we can talk about anything--this is your time.
When I am not seeing clients, I love to spend time with my family, or work on my next novel.
