I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor based in Raleigh, North Carolina. I have over 20 years of experience working in a variety of settings with adolescents, adults, families and couples with difficult challenges in life. Some of these challenges include: work/school related stress; relationship problems; coping with crisis; self-esteem issues; emotional disorders; anxiety; depression; and PTSD/trauma. My work is centers on providing a non-judgmental, supportive, compassionate and professional space for you to gain insight into your life.
Hello! I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW). I have a masters degree from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, and I received my doctorate from Liberty University, in the field of community care and counseling with a focus in traumatology. I have worked in the mental health field since 2002 and became a licensed mental health therapist in 2010.
I’ve worked in a variety of fields including the school system with youth, residential treatment facilities, psychiatric treatment facilities for youth, in-home therapy for youth and adults, crisis response work, individual therapy, as well as couples therapy and group therapy.
I am very dedicated to my clients and I assist my clients to the best of my ability to achieve their therapy goals. I also believe therapy is not an extremely long period of time and I encourage my clients to work very diligently to achieve their goals in a reasonable timeframe. I do not believe therapy should be years and years of meeting with a therapist. I do not want a client to get dependent on me as a therapist. I want my clients to reach their goals and be able to gradually exit therapy in the best way possible.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Working with over 25 years experience in a wide variety of Mental Health Services. I have an ongoing passion working with individuals who are looking for a safe, ethical, trusted therapist who has strong skills in Person Centered Treatment. I am so grateful to have been a part of so many people's healing journeys, from managing anxiety, improving overall mood, repairing relationships, healing from childhood trauma, and adjusting to the many changes life sends our way.
I have learned that I am not for everyone and everyone is not for me. I am a whole vibe professionally speaking. Therapy is a journey one in which the client is in the drivers seat and the therapist is in the passenger seat, shotgun! When you come to therapy its like showing up in some type of vehicle I will gladly get in and help navigate throughout the ride. Once the ride ends I get out and say goodbye until next time. Oh and I make sure during the ride you don't run us off the road ;).
Life brings challenges that can shift our focus and cause us to lose sight of ourselves and what matters most.
It is my privilege to offer a compassionate, listening ear—providing support, encouragement, and practical tools to help you navigate these difficult moments. My ultimate goal is to create a safe, unbiased, and nonjudgmental space where you feel truly seen, heard, and empowered.
Working with individuals, and families from all , backgrounds, and walks of life is more than a job—it's a dream come true. I am here to serve. I am here for you.
Whether you're facing life’s unexpected challenges or seeking personal growth, I’m committed to walking alongside you with guidance, support, and the tools you need to achieve your goals. I look forward to partnering with you on this journey.
Heyyy, I'm Autumn,
Do you ever feel like you're expected to be Superwoman, always strong and capable, no matter what? It's easy to get overwhelmed when you're carrying that weight day in and day out. And when it comes to relationships, it can feel like you're stuck in a vicious cycle of bad decisions and unsatisfying connections. Maybe you're struggling to connect intimately with your partner, or maybe you're feeling hopeless and empty. That's where I come in. As someone who understands what you're going through, I'm here to help.
Therapy is a place where you can be you, the real, unfiltered you. And trust me, it's a beautiful thing. Plus, you know what's even better? That newfound confidence you gain during therapy can spill over into your day-to-day life. It's all about creating positive change, growth, and ultimately a fulfilling life. So, if you're ready to prioritize your needs and take that all-important first step toward a healthier life.
Your Well-Being Is in Good Hands!
As a committed, professional Mental Health Service Provider of 5 years, your well-being and mental strength is my number one priority.
I’m happy to guide you through all of life’s challenges with the attention and care you deserve.
I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including Anxiety, Relationship Issues, Parenting Problems, Career Challenges, Depression, Schizophrenia, Grief, Trauma, PTSD, Bipolar ADHD, and Personality Disorders. I also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse.
I worked with various populations such as LGBTQ+,Homeless, Intellectually Disabilities, Prison's and Jail Systems.
I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don't believe in stigmatizing labels. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, psychodynamic and rational-emotive therapy. I will tailor our dialogue and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
It is essential to keep in mind that therapy is not a magic pill or a quick fix: therapy is a healing process that necessitates participation and investment from the patient and caretaker alike. But in the end, making small changes to self-defeating behavior and coping with feelings of sadness, fear, and pain can bring life-altering results.
It takes courage to seek a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards change. If you are ready to take that step, I am here to support and empower you.
I look forward to working with you!

Hi! I'm a LCMHCS, LPCS, LCAS, CCS based in North Carolina and practicing in NC, SC, GA, TX, AZ, MA, ME, RI, NH and US VI. I received my Doctorate in Counseling Psychology from Argosy University and two Masters from Webster University in Counseling and Health Administration. I have been practicing for over 20 years and enjoy working with a diverse population of people. I have several areas of expertise and enjoy using them to support my clients in their overall life goals and plans for success.
My passion is to work with those who have struggled with the challenges of life; trauma, addiction, relationship issues, mood disorders, grief, attachment, career issues or any stress contributing to anxiety. They may have sought therapy in the past and have become discouraged, for whatever reason. The foundation of therapy is the therapeutic alliance. When one suffers various disorders, life becomes dull and motivation to live according to one's values instead of one's fears is threatened. It is critical that the therapist be attuned to the worldview of the client to facilitate healing, self acceptance and self compassion. Pain is inevitable while suffering is optional.

I focus on helping clients build assertive communication skills and healthy boundaries, both with themselves and with others, in ways that support a more balanced, fulfilling life.
Therapy is an opportunity for personal growth in whatever way you're seeking — whether that means navigating specific challenges or building the life you deeply deserve. If that’s what you’re looking for, I’m here when you’re ready.
Together, we’ll clarify the challenges you’re facing and identify where you want to be — a month, six months, or a year from now. Then, we’ll explore actionable strategies to help you move forward. You'll leave each session with a clearer understanding of your situation and a set of “next steps” you can begin right away.
There will always be space for feedback and collaboration in our work — including holding each other accountable as we walk this path together.

Hi, my name is Leslie Travia. I grew up as one of six children and now enjoy spending time whenever possible with my siblings, my many nieces, nephews, and their children. I have two grown children of my own and have been married for over 30 years. Over the years, my family and I have lived in 10 different states as well as in Europe, and I believe each place has deepened my appreciation for diverse cultures and perspectives. I also believe we are never too old to learn something new. I value self-empowerment and strive to surround myself with positivity and kindness.
Welcome! I am a warm, non-judgemental and real person. One of my basic tenants is we, as people, are doing the best we can, and sometimes our conscious or subconscious "plan" to take care of ourselves is just not working anymore. Sometimes we need to develop a new “plan” but that can be difficult and we need help. The relationship with ourselves, family, friends and our community is a pillar to good health and well being. However things get in the way….like trauma, substance use, addiction, depression, anxiety, loneliness, illness, & fear. I want to support your concerns and help you improve your sense of wellbeing.

Hi, I'm Lindsay. I have been working as a therapist for over 10 years, but when I take my therapist hat off, I am a daughter, a sister, a friend, an aunt, and a momma to fur babies. Needless to say, I am a major animal lover. I am also a proud Harry Potter adult. I love reading, last year I read 122 books, and my favorite genres are mystery/suspense and fantasy. I also love running, I’ve run five half marathons and would love to run a full marathon one day. My favorite thing in the world is taking my puppies, Nola and Frank, on puppy runs with me (she’s 9, he's 1). If I’m not working, reading, running, or playing with dogs, you will find me fully invested in true crime.
You deserve support, and if you are coming with your partner , you both do, no matter how hard the road ahead may seem. You need someone that will strive to understand you, but commit to supporting you in moving towards change that feels meaningful. While I will never pretend to know your exact pain, I do find that my experience juggling life as a parent, a partner, and in demanding careers such as corporate leadership and skilled trades have often helped me find a traction point to connect with you , so I can support you.
