Hi! I'm Spencer, a social worker and certified alcohol and substance use counselor based in Brooklyn. I've been working in mental health and addiction since 2021. I've been a social worker in all sorts of environments with all sorts of clients and patients: residential, outpatient, inpatient, hospital, community clinic, private practice; adolescents, adults, geriatrics- you name it, I've worked it! This variety of exposure and experiences has given me some insight into all of the different issues that can bother us, and all the ways we can handle those issues. I've learned about the broad ranges of feelings we feel, and how to cope with those feelings in productive ways. I've also learned about how we can come to rely on unhealthy coping skills, and ways to transition into more positive and safer skills.
Hi! My name is Julien, and I am passionate about helping those struggling with anxiety, depression, self-esteem insecurities, and a history of trauma.
You might have been noticing that something hasn't been feeling right for you. You want more than just getting by and to understand why you feel the way you do. Growing up as an Asian American often felt like I had to figure things out on my own and not ask for help. If you have felt similar, then reaching out for therapy might feel like going against everything you were raised to believe, and that's okay. Let me help carry some of that weight.
I'm Steven Mollura, the therapist who brings enlightenment by exploring the darkness. Together we face what you fear most, reclaim wholeness, and step fully into truth. Direct, no-nonsense mental health service that helps you break free from limiting beliefs and step into the life you deserve.
This isn’t about managing symptoms. It’s about ending the war inside you. For those who want peace within and without.

I hold this work with deep respect and offer guidance that is supportive, non‑judgmental, and rooted in safety.

Life can be challenging at times with personal issues such as job loss, family conflict, anxiety about current life situations, and maybe even just needing/wanting someone to talk to and process things with. We all have friends, but a neutral person could be beneficial too. I have experience personally and professionally with depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, emotion regulation, and dealing with vocational stress, trauma, and just overall looking for ways to manage life in general. I would love to be able to work with you in being able to learn new coping strategies (or refreshing old ones and ones you didn’t know you had).

Using the information and experiences of helping people in a group setting during that time period, he is aware of the personal and significant issues that trouble and challenge people. In private practice, Ray has worked with children, teens, and adults using an eclectic therapeutic approach. Ray builds on a person’s strengths to create with them the resources and ability to fully live their lives. A trauma-based approach is most certainly an aspect of the therapeutic interactions.

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) providing individual and couples therapy for adults who want to better understand themselves and their relationships. My work is rooted in the belief that lasting change begins with awareness—of our thoughts, emotional patterns, and the ways we relate to ourselves and others.
I work with individuals who struggle with self-criticism, doubt, emotional disconnection, and a persistent sense that they are never doing “enough.” Many of my clients are high-functioning on the outside but feel internally overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from their sense of worth. Through therapy, they learn to recognize unhelpful patterns of self-talk, develop greater emotional clarity, and build a more compassionate and grounded relationship with themselves.
I also work with couples who feel caught in cycles of conflict, distance, or misunderstanding. Rather than focusing only on the content of arguments, I help couples understand the emotional dynamics and attachment patterns driving their interactions. By reducing judgment and increasing awareness, partners are able to communicate more effectively, rebuild trust, and reconnect in more meaningful ways.
My approach is collaborative, insight-oriented, and client-centered. I integrate elements of cognitive-behavioral and attachment-based work to help clients understand the “why” behind their reactions and practice new ways of responding. Therapy with me is not about quick fixes or assigning blame, but about creating space for clarity, understanding, and intentional change.
Clients often report feeling calmer, more self-aware, and better equipped to navigate relationships and life challenges. My goal is to help people feel more grounded in themselves, more connected in their relationships, and more confident moving forward.

You may look like you're holding everything together, but internally feel overwhelmed, emotionally drained, anxious, or stuck in patterns you can't seem to shift. If this sounds like you, you're not alone and you don't have to navigate these feelings by yourself. I am a licensed clinical social worker who provides a warm, thoughtful, and grounded therapeutic space for adults navigating life transitions, emotional overwhelm, and patterns that no longer serve them. I believe therapy should feel both supportive and empowering so you can feel heard, understood, and gently challenged to grow.
With over 12 years of experience as a licensed social worker, I am dedicated to helping children, adolescents, and adults navigating life’s challenges and build meaningful, healthy lives. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, eating disorders, relationships, behavioral issues and related concerns.
My approach is client-centered and integrative, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychoanalytic techniques, positive psychology, and motivational interviewing, among other evidence-based methods tailored to each client’s needs.
I believe deeply in the connection between mind and body as essential to overall wellness. I encourage healthy movement, balanced living, and self-compassion as part of the healing process. Above all, I hold that every person is capable of growth, resilience, and a fulfilling life—no matter the challenges they’ve faced.
Are you feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or weighed down by life’s challenges? Whether you are struggling with depression, anxiety, substance use, trauma, relationship issues, or the stress of everyday life, you do not have to go through it alone.
My name is Michael, and I am a licensed therapist with over a decade of experience helping people from all walks of life find clarity, healing, and growth. I have worked extensively with individuals facing depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, substance use and recovery, childhood and relational trauma, men’s issues, self worth, identity struggles, and relationship difficulties.
My approach is compassionate, practical, and supportive. I focus on meeting you where you are and working together to untangle what feels overwhelming, while giving you tools that create real change. Therapy with me is not about quick fixes but about building a life that feels balanced, meaningful, and authentic.
I also understand the importance of creativity and personal expression. My background in the arts has shown me how vital it is to have outlets for what we carry inside. Many of my clients are artists, performers, and writers, but creativity is not required. What matters is that you are a human being with a story, and I am here to help you move forward with strength and clarity.
When we work together you will find a therapist who listens without judgment, asks thoughtful questions, and collaborates with you to find solutions that fit your life. I look forward to meeting you, learning your story, and helping you take the next step toward healing and growth.

I predominantly work with young men struggling with social anxiety disorder. Do you struggle with social anxiety and poor self-confidence? I know that overcoming it is possible! Many come to therapy for social anxiety because of childhood trauma and how it has manifested in their adult lives. Often this manifests in feelings of poor self-confidence, poor self-worth, and poor self-confidence. At its root, the fundamental belief of those who have social anxiety is the belief, “I am not enough.” Clients get into the habit of comparing themselves to others and it makes them feel inadequate and insecure. Over time clients begin to avoid situations that elicit their anxiety, particularly social situations. This can lead to social isolation and loneliness. Clients will present with complaints of frequent panic attacks, not having a romantic partner, not having friends, not being happy in their jobs and feeling disconnected from life. They are labeled by others as shy, quiet, or introverted. This scenario described myself for much of my life which gives me lived experience to better able to assist you. I help individuals combat their social fears and begin to live a rich and fulfilling life. I do this through cognitive behavioral therapy techniques primarily but also integrate solution-focused therapy, assertiveness training, exposure therapy, and acceptance & commitment therapy. Whether you're a teen struggling to make friends and socialize or you are an adult unable to speak up at work meetings or unable to ask someone out on a date, I'm here for you! Seeking therapy can be frightening but I want to assure you that you will be most welcome if you take that leap of faith!

My name is Eric Yip and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in New York City. I received my Masters from Alliance University. Becoming a therapist is a childhood dream come true for me and with over fifteen years of experience in the mental health field, I have worked in various areas, ranging from depression and personality disorders to child development and end-of-life issues.
My path to becoming a therapist stems from my own mental health journey and a desire to work in a helping profession. Recognizing that many providers may not share my background, I’ve developed an intellectual curiosity about the intersections of identity and access to care. Representation matters, and I strive to make mental health care more inclusive, especially for those marginalized by socio-economic factors. I'm passionate about helping those often ignored or underserved, knowing my skills can turn breakdowns into breakthroughs. I also give back to my community, notably through volunteering with W.O.K.E. (Women of Kolour Empowered).
I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor specializing in work with adults experiencing burnout and meaning-related distress following chronic stress, illness, or major life transitions. My approach is practical, focused, and depth-informed, aimed at restoring clarity and forward movement. I enjoy questions of depth and meaning while also maintaining a pragmatic approach to counseling. I look forward to discussing the human experience with you.
