Hey, I'm Michelle! I am a Latina counselor who happens to be Christian and can incorporate that faith into sessions if you desire. If not that's okay too! I like to meet clients where they are and allow them to determine where the sessions go while gently pushing when needed. Often I find my clients enjoy being able to dictate what they want to talk about in a session or what issue they would like to work on and often leave our sessions feeling heard and cared for. I hope to do the same for you!
Hi, I’m Tiffany Mack. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, but more importantly, I’m someone who’s here to walk alongside you through life’s ups and downs. I’m a warm, insight-oriented therapist who offers a steady, compassionate space for adults navigating grief, relational wounds, and the impact of growing up around emotional chaos or inconsistency. My approach is grounded in deep listening and curiosity—I help clients slow down and make sense of their inner experience, uncovering patterns that may have once been protective but now feel limiting. Together, we create room for new ways of relating—to yourself, to others, and to your story. Healing, in my work, begins with being deeply seen and understood.
Hello! I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) licensed in both New Jersey and Colorado, with over 27 years of experience. I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside people through some of the most challenging and meaningful moments of their lives. Over the years, I’ve learned that effective counseling isn’t about having all the answers—it’s about creating a space where people feel truly seen, heard, and supported as they discover their own path forward.
My style is eclectic, drawing from a variety of therapeutic approaches so I can tailor treatment to each unique client’s needs and goals. Whether through exploring emotions, building practical skills, or understanding deeper patterns, I’m committed to partnering with you to help you grow and heal in ways that feel authentic and effective.
I’m a Certified Anxiety Specialist and LCSW who helps people break free from anxiety, stress, and self-doubt. I don’t just listen, I teach practical skills while working alongside you. Whether you want to feel calmer, more confident, or simply able to handle life’s challenges without being held back, I guide you in building practical tools that are tailored to your unique experiences.
I draw from a variety of approaches to meet your needs, including mindfulness, cognitive-behavioral techniques, and strengths-based strategies. This means we can explore what works best for you, rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all method. I also include psychoeducation so you understand what’s happening in your mind and body, which helps make the skills we practice more effective.
My goal is not just to help you cope, but to empower you to thrive. Therapy with me is an active, engaging process; we talk, reflect, practice, and experiment together. I help clients identify strengths, recognize patterns, and create lasting changes in how they think, feel, and act.
If you’re ready to take steps toward feeling more confident, calmer, and capable, I’ll be here every step of the way, providing support, guidance, and practical tools to help you succeed.
I am here to create a supportive, safe space where you can explore what you're experiencing at your own pace. Therapy looks different for each person, and each session is unique.
