New to Grow
Do you feel unseen? Misunderstood? Lonely? And ready to do the inner work of healing from your past? Then I am here and ready to support your journey. I am passionate about working with women and teenagers. Often the feelings I’ve described above are due to childhood trauma, and they present as attachment and relational challenges, eating disorders, anxiety, and depression. I welcome my clients into a safe, supportive and compassionate space. I offer a listening ear and a loving heart. We journey together to find the techniques in my toolbox that work best to empower you and support your healing that comes from within.
Our first session is about getting to know each other. First I will go over basic policies and then I can either guide by asking questions or you can talk about what is bringing you in. If you’re ok with it, I will ask questions about your family, job, childhood, strengths, and beliefs. I will also ask questions to understand your trauma history so that I can better support your healing. Please feel free to ask me questions as well! I look forward to meeting!
I've been mentoring teens and children before I pursued my MSW with Oorah's programs since 2012. I believe that people at their core are good and have the potential within to become their best self. I have a non judgemental perspective on people’s struggles as I fully believe we are all humans doing the best we can with the skillsets we have. I also believe that there’s reasons we do the things we do so there’s no shame. Therapy is an opportunity to expand and grow! I invite you to my office for a fulfilling and transformative experience. I look forward to working with you!
My niche is working with teens who struggle with (passive) suicidality, self injury, trauma and family conflict. I also really enjoy working with women up to age 45, and of course their inner child(ren). I am trained in Attachment informed EMDR and Polyvagal Theory, and utilize Internal Family Systems and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy as well.

DBT has a lot of skills. I use DBT when skills are needed in relationships, emotion regulation, tolerating distress and being more present in your life.
