Education: Rutgers University Experience: I have over 20 years of experience working with a wide variety of populations, most notably preteens, teens, families, and adults. Expertise: Certification in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Wide range of knowledge in anxiety, depression, personality disorders, mood disorders, adjustment issues, trauma, healthy communication, anger, stress management, and domestic violence. History of life coaching. Also holding a license as a Nursing Home Administrator, which has given me extensive knowledge in healthcare settings such as post-acute rehabilitation, dementia, ventilator dependency, and long-term care populations, along with end-stage renal disease and dialysis, palliative hospice care, and grief.

Through a Cognitive Behavioral and Interpersonal approach I will often explore your feelings and reactions, thinking patterns, and your internal conversations. Finding your strengths and fostering them to help you overcome your challenges.
