Treatment Philosophy: Therapy takes courage and strength. Our therapeutic relationship must be built on trust, open communication, and honesty. We all have something to discover about ourselves. It’s a time to self-reflect, heal, and move forward with the tools we create together to tackle anything that comes your way. This should be an exciting, rewarding experience. Through a Cognitive Behavioral and Interpersonal approach I will often explore your feelings and reactions, thinking patterns, and your internal conversations.
