Just as a fish is built to swim and a bird to fly, I believe each of us has our own natural way of moving through life, and my role is to help you find and lean into yours. I work with adults and older adults who are ready to feel more grounded, confident, and understood, in a space that is safe, warm, and free of judgment. To help make sure we are the right fit from the start, I want to be upfront that my practice does not currently include couples counseling, medication management, or completing disability, FMLA, or legal paperwork.
