I work with clients through a solution-focused and CBT approach to identify and develop the skills needed to resolve their unique challenges and situations. I help clients to embrace their truth and remind them that it is "Ok not to be perfect!". I specialize in helping people heal from trauma and learn how to love/realize themselves, which entails cultivating healthier relationships, less anxiety and more purpose in their life’s journey. My goal is to help you live life from a place of whole-hearted connection to your world. I am a LCSW (licensed clinical social worker), a Veteran, an adoptive mother, a professor, a daughter, a sister, a community activist, LGBTQIA+ Activist, a nurturer, an empath and and advocate for the voiceless. I am also a survivor of many autrocities that this world has had to offer - but I survived and proudly help others climb out of the mental muck and mire that I used to call home.
