Many of the women I work with are extremely capable and successful in their careers, yet they feel frustrated that food seems to be the one area of life they cannot fully control. Emotional eating often develops as a response to stress, exhaustion, or emotional overload. In our work together we explore the deeper patterns driving these behaviors so you can develop a healthier relationship with food and feel confident in your body again. I also provide specialized coaching programs for clients who want to go deeper into transforming their relationship with food and building sustainable health habits. Using my signature Release It Now!TM 5-Step Process, I help clients heal from the inside out — restoring peace, self-worth, confidence, and emotional resilience. When you heal the emotional roots beneath your behaviors, lasting freedom follows. How I Help: The Release and Heal It Now!TM 5-Step Process This isn’t a quick fix. It’s a proven, structured, and compassionate method to help you identify, heal, and release the underlying causes of your emotional and behavioral struggles — creating room for a healthier, happier you. 1️⃣ REVEAL: Uncover What’s Really Going On Emotional Eating, anxiety, depression, stress, and burnout are symptoms of deeper emotional wounds and unhelpful thought patterns. 2️⃣ RELEASE: Let Go of Limiting Beliefs and Emotional Blocks This creates space for healthier beliefs and habits to take root. 3️⃣ REPROGRAM: Reshape Your Thoughts, Rewire Your Reactions Your brain can be retrained. In this phase, we’ll install new, empowering thought patterns and coping strategies. 4️⃣ RESTORE: Build Sustainable, Healthy Habits Healing isn’t just mental — it’s physical and emotional too. Together, we’ll create simple, sustainable habits. 5️⃣ REJOICE: Celebrate Progress, Foster Gratitude, Live Joyfully Recovery isn’t linear — it’s about progress, not perfection.

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our sessions, clients experience transformation, gain emotional resilience, a healthier mindset, improved communication skills, increased self-love and confidence, actionable habits, a positive outlook, and a zest for joyful living. These outcomes empower them to conquer emotional eating, anxiety, stress, low confidence and energy leading to a happier, healthier, and more fulfilling life.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

One of my greatest strengths is integrating several evidence-based and mindset-focused approaches to help clients create meaningful change. My work draws from cognitive behavioral therapy, emotional intelligence, neuroscience, and Neuro-Linguistic Programming techniques. Rather than focusing only on surface-level coping strategies, I help clients understand the deeper emotional and thought patterns influencing their behaviors. This allows us to address challenges such as emotional eating, binge eating, anxiety, stress, and burnout in a more thoughtful and lasting way. I strive to create a supportive, collaborative environment where clients feel safe exploring their experiences while developing practical tools for growth and resilience. ________________________________________

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work best with successful, professional women who are ambitious, capable, and used to handling a great deal of responsibility. They are often seen by others as dependable leaders, caregivers, or high achievers. Despite their accomplishments, many feel overwhelmed, stressed, or emotionally drained. They may struggle with emotional eating, binge eating, anxiety, burnout, or difficulty prioritizing their own well-being while balancing work, family, and other demands. These clients are motivated for change and want greater balance, confidence, and a healthier relationship with themselves so they can feel more energized and fulfilled in both their personal and professional lives.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a type of talk therapy that helps people understand how their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are connected. Clilents will learn to recognize unhelpful thoughts, challenge those thougths and replace them with helpful ones.

Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP)

I utiize NLP as this helps to re-wire your brain and manage your emotions. In general, NLP helps you “reprogram” your mind by changing how you think and speak to yourself so you can feel better and act differently. It also uses specific mental exercises like visualizations, reframing, or anchoring positive emotions to help shift your mindset quickly.

Solution Focused Brief Treatment

I am very solution focused thus I utilize Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT) is a short-term, goal-oriented therapeutic approach that helps clients focus on solutions rather than problems. Instead of analyzing the origin or depth of issues, SFT emphasizes what is working, what clients want to achieve, and how to build on existing strengths. Key Principles: ~ Future-focused: It emphasizes what the client wants to be different in the future. ~ Strength-based: It draws on the client’s past successes and existing resources. ~ Goal-directed: It helps clients define clear, achievable goals.
