New to Grow
I believe therapy should be a safe place where you can show up exactly as you are. I work with individuals who may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or uncertain about their next steps in life. Together, we will explore what has been weighing on you, identify your strengths, and create meaningful strategies for growth and healing. My goal is to help you feel more confident, empowered, and equipped to navigate life with greater clarity and peace.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
During our first session, we will begin by reviewing your intake paperwork and discussing your goals for therapy. From there, we will gather a mental health background, current means of coping, support systems, and goals for care. My goal is for you to leave feeling comfortable, understood, and confident about the path ahead.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
I utilize an array of treatment modalities while tailoring sessions to meet your unique needs and goals. I strive to help you uncover your strengths, gain new insight, and develop tools for lasting growth. I draw from evidence-based practices such as Person-Centered Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and many more!
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
I am best positioned to support individuals who are feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, stress, relationship challenges, or life transitions and are looking for a safe space to process their experiences. My ideal clients are motivated to better understand themselves, develop healthier coping strategies, and create meaningful change in their lives. If you are ready to feel more confident, emotionally balanced, and equipped to navigate challenges with greater clarity and resilience, I am here to help!
Person-centered (Rogerian)
I utilize a person-centered approach by meeting clients with empathy and curiosity, helping them feel understood while supporting them in identifying their strengths and working toward meaningful change.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I use CBT to support clients in identifying patterns in their thinking that may contribute to distress and to develop healthier, more balanced ways of responding to life's challenges.
Motivational Interviewing
I use Motivational Interviewing to create a collaborative space where clients can explore challenges, clarify goals, and strengthen their motivation for positive change.
Solution Focused Brief Treatment
Through Solution Focused Brief Treatment, I help clients shift attention toward solutions rather than problems and identify small, manageable steps toward progress.
Trauma-Focused CBT
I use TF-CBT to help clients process traumatic experiences, build coping skills, and develop healthier ways of thinking and responding to trauma-related stress.
