I have been licensed and doing psychotherapy since 2013. My last job before doing psychotherapy full time was working in an emergency room alongside psychiatric residents doing crisis evaluations, advocating for all populations to get them the proper level of care needed.
I like to think in psychotherapy session’s that, “I meet people where they are at in life”, and take it from there. I am an empath and proud of it. I genuinely like helping people understand, identify and better manage their daily lives and relationships. I enjoy helping people to take control and get the best out of life for themselves.

To tell you a bit about my background, I am a licensed counselor in FL, MA, OR, and WA with over 10 years of experience working with a variety of populations as I have strived to assist clients on their journey toward hope, growth, and healing. I am also well-versed in providing teletherapy services throughout the FL area.
I’m Osvaldo Santiago, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Massachusetts and a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Connecticut, with over 10 years of experience supporting adults on their path toward greater clarity, healing, and self-acceptance. My work is grounded in the belief that therapy should be a space where you feel genuinely seen, safe, and empowered, especially if you’ve felt overlooked, misunderstood, or disconnected in other parts of your life.
My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to you. I bring a calm, nonjudgmental presence to the therapy room, and I meet you where you are- whether you’re navigating anxiety, cultural identity stress, relationship challenges, low self-esteem, life transitions, or past trauma.
In sessions, I draw from a range of evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Person-Centered Therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy. These approaches offer structure and flexibility, helping us identify what’s getting in the way and build tools to support your growth and well-being. That said, I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all model, I stay adaptable and responsive to what you need most in the moment.
Outside of therapy, I value the same things I support my clients in cultivating: meaningful relationships, mindfulness, resilience, and space to breathe. I believe in showing up fully, both as a clinician and as a human being, and I would be honored to walk alongside you as you navigate whatever comes next.
