I have been a licensed counselor in Massachusetts since 2003. Throughout my career, I have worked with women, couples, and older adolescents experiencing anxiety, depression, and mood disorders. My therapeutic approach incorporates spirituality, mindfulness, and nutritional wellness to support clients in achieving greater emotional and psychological well-being. I strive to meet clients where they are in their journey, providing a supportive, compassionate, and nonjudgmental environment. Through understanding, and practical tools, I help clients make meaningful changes and work toward their personal goals.
From the very first session, my goal is for clients to feel supported, understood, and comfortable in the therapeutic process. I utilize a client-centered approach that recognizes each individual's unique experiences, strengths, and goals. In addition to our work during sessions, I incorporate a variety of therapeutic tools, resources, and between-session assignments to reinforce growth and skill development. These strategies are designed to support the therapeutic process, promote lasting change, and help clients build the skills necessary for improved emotional health and overall well-being.
One of my greatest strengths is my ability to build strong, authentic connections with my clients. I strive to create a supportive and trusting therapeutic relationship where clients feel heard, respected, and understood. Through this collaborative process, clients are empowered to navigate life’s challenges, develop resilience, and make meaningful, lasting changes in their lives.
The clients I am best positioned to serve are women and older teenage girls. I have extensive experience with anxiety, depression, self harm and overall women’s issues.
