Hi, I’m Tiefa Hernandez.
I’m a therapist with 6 years of experience as a clinician, and I’ve been a social worker for over a decade. I bring a deep understanding of mental health, along with a strong passion for helping others heal and grow.
I specialize in working with individuals from all walks of life and truly value diversity in my practice. I’m a warm, compassionate, and non-judgmental person, and I aim to create a safe space where you can be yourself. I enjoy working with kids, teens, and adults (ages 10 and up), and I’m here to support you in reaching your treatment goals.
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of New York and Indiana. I have a Masters degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University-Los Angeles. Previously, I had a 30 year career in the Film & Television industry. My passions were, the Film business & Psychology. I said to myself, the day I become disinterested in the Film business, I'll go to graduate school, get my degree in psychology and become a psychotherapist. That day came and here I am. I have been practicing since 2009.

Please come talk to me if you need help and need options. I encourage other providers to adopt this mentality as well.

Starting therapy can feel intimidating, but you don’t have to navigate it by yourself. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel under
With 11 years of licensed social work and therapy experience, I am passionate about supporting women through the challenges that life can bring. I work with adult women navigating depression, anxiety, relationship concerns, and the many stressors that come with balancing life's roles and transitions. My approach is friendly, compassionate, and non-judgmental. I hope to create a space where you can feel safe being fully yourself.
Welcome! I was once taught that a person’s mental health improves just by taking the initial steps to schedule a therapy appointment. You are taking the first step towards making lasting change. As a licensed clinical social worker, I recognize your story matters and I want to provide you with a secure, caring environment where you can process your feelings, work towards your personal goals and gain practical tools to launch you to new perspectives. My specialties include trauma, emotional regulation, depression, and anxiety while processing your unique stressors. Each of us is impacted by our experiences, life choices, and families and our unique stories mold us. It would be my honor to meet with you and help you unpack and build skills to reach your goals.
I have always found that the macabre and fantasy worlds offer a strange sense of peace- maybe because they make our real-world struggles feel a bit more manageable. In my free time, you can find me watching horror movies or reading a fantasy novel. I am a reformed hyper-independent woman, as well as a teen who was labeled “hateful, mean and problematic" before anyone took the time to peel back those layers and discover WHY those walls were present, so I know the exhausting hustle of pretending you have it all figured out. I don’t always have my shit together, but I’ve done the work to know how to easily get back on track. I have a big personality, but I have learned to embrace my “much-ness,” and like to often remind myself with my daily mantra that “Nothing is ever that serious.” I exercise my anger at the current state of the world by walking 2.5 miles everyday with my 4 dogs and blasting my feminine rage playlist.

My goal is to work with clients to bring about lasting change through creating experiences that help change their perspective on their life stories. I use brain science to optimize the impact on the healing process. I work to build connection with my clients in order to teach them how to build connection with others and to use the tools they have to find healing in their own lives.
The most common struggles of the people I work with include difficulty managing emotions, problems with self-image, concerns about relationships, struggles with decision making, gray-area substance use, and anger outbursts. The other mindfulness practices can help with managing anxiety, impulsivity, and intrusive thoughts. As your recovery evolves in stages, your treatment will too. We, as people, aren’t one-dimensional. Your treatment won’t be either.
I’m a licensed clinical social worker who brings warmth, depth, and clarity to individual therapy. I blend evidence-based approaches with flexibility to meet each client’s unique needs. I specialize in anxiety, depression, coping skills, self-esteem, mood disorders, grief, health/medical issues, trauma/PTSD, and complex relationships—especially when high-conflict dynamics or emotional confusion are involved. Together, we create a collaborative space to understand patterns, build insight, and foster lasting, meaningful change. Don't keep suffering, schedule a session today.
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, and Licensed Clinical Addictions Counselor with over 15 years of clinical experience across a wide range of settings — from community mental health and outpatient services to crisis intervention and nonprofit leadership. My work has spanned individual therapy, family therapy, substance use treatment, and domestic violence services, giving me a broad and grounded clinical perspective.
I work best with adults across the lifespan, individuals and families, and men in particular — a population I am passionate about engaging in meaningful therapeutic work. I also have deep experience working with clients navigating substance misuse, life transitions, relational conflict, and the weight of simply feeling stuck.
My approach is collaborative and practical. I draw on evidence-based methods including CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and family systems models to help clients understand themselves more clearly, strengthen their relationships, and build the skills to create real and lasting change. My goal is not just to help people feel better in the short term, but to equip them with tools they can carry forward long after therapy ends.
Have worked in addictions and mental health since 1987 with experience in Adult and Adolescent care, residential, OP, IOP and inpatient settings. Moved to Florida in 2000 to work as a Program Director for a Medication Assisted Treatment Program in Florida. At the time, the company had two programs. I worked to grow the company and at this time, they have 8 clinics operating in Florida. Have worked 35 years in addictions treatment; over 25 years with my last company from which I retired. Long history of teaching and training as well.
Married since 1990, active as a professional diver and leader of a scuba group, which teaches young men and women ages 14 to 20 scuba diving. The group goes diving every month. I have two grown sons. My youngest is a U.S. Marine and my oldest is in tech writing Texas. They both learned diving in our group and are advanced open water divers. Obviously, I am an avid scuba diver as well.
Hi! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) based in Indiana. I received my masters degree from Purdue. I also have a certificate in art therapy and addiction counseling. I am TFCBT trained as well. I have been working in the field for 7 years mainly with clients struggling with depression, anxiety, and addiction. I love hearing peoples stories and helping them find positives to make their situation better.
I began my journey as a therapist while I was Active Duty military and I saw firsthand how trauma was so prominent whether from childhood and/or combat related. With the different treatment options available, I feel that I have an opportunity to help in the healing journey for anyone seeking therapy. I have been licensed for about 6 years and have experience treating individuals who have experienced trauma through work, childhood, or adulthood. I offer daytime availability to individuals who may work evenings, professionals, caregivers, or students.
Hi, I’m Dominique. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker dedicated to helping individuals restore balance, find peace, and live with intention. My approach blends evidence-based practices like CBT, DBT, and EMDR with a holistic perspective that honors the mind-body connection.
I believe healing happens when we feel safe, seen, and supported. In our work together, you can expect a space where you are free to explore your experiences without judgment, learn tools to manage stress and anxiety, and build confidence in who you are becoming.
Whether you’re navigating trauma, relationship challenges, or personal growth, my goal is to help you reconnect with your strength, regain clarity, and create the life you deserve.
I am a mental health professional with over 14 years of experience in the behavioral health field. I spent nine years working in case management within a community mental health center, followed by the past five years providing care in an inpatient and outpatient behavioral health hospital setting. This background has allowed me to work with individuals across varying levels of care and support clients through acute challenges as well as long-term recovery.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with many years of experience helping individuals who feel overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, or major life stressors. My approach is warm, steady, and practical—I work to create a safe space where you can slow down, breathe, and feel supported.
Many of my clients come to me feeling stuck, worried, exhausted, or unsure how to move forward. Together, we take things one step at a time. I use evidence-based tools to help you understand your emotions, regain balance, and build healthier ways of coping.
You don’t have to handle everything on your own. Therapy can help you feel more grounded, more hopeful, and more in control of your life again. I’d be honored to walk with you as you find clarity, confidence, and relief.
I am a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) and an entrepreneur. I own two small businesses outside of my counseling work. I enjoy being outdoors (unless it's too cold!), spending time with my kids, and reading. I am the chair of my local Commission on Aging and of our Dementia Friendly Action Team. I am looking forward to meeting you!
I’m a collaborative therapist who believes therapy works best when it feels like a partnership. You’re the expert on your life — I bring tools, perspective, and support — and together we figure out what helps you move forward.
I work a lot with trauma, depression, and anxiety, and I know how heavy those experiences can feel. Whether you’re overwhelmed, stuck in negative patterns, carrying past pain, or just exhausted from holding it all together, therapy can be a place where you don’t have to do that alone. We go at your pace, and we focus on what actually feels useful to you.
My approach blends CBT, DBT, and EMDR, along with other strategies depending on your needs. Some days that might look like learning concrete coping skills, other days it might mean processing deeper experiences, or just having a space to untangle what’s going on. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all model — therapy should fit you.
I’m also a strong LGBTQI+ affirming ally and am committed to creating a space that is safe, inclusive, and judgment-free. All parts of you are welcome here.
My goal is to help you better understand yourself, build tools that actually work in real life, and feel more steady, confident, and in control of where your life is headed.
Colleen received her undergraduate degree from University of Indianapolis in Community Health Education and Psychology. She went on to receive her Masters of Social Work degree in 2016 from Indiana University. Colleen has worked in variety of settings including in schools, residential, outpatient, hospice and in the hospital. Colleen has focused the majority of her social work career on working with students in the school setting but has also worked with families, those struggling with addiction and individuals and families in crisis. Colleen has a strong background in working with individuals with anxiety, trauma and family systems challenges.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for ten years now. You will always know yourself better than I can or will.
From a philosophical and theoretical standpoint. I am overwhelming more of an attachment theorist and have been known to use existentialism from time to time to help make sense of something. I guess the question that remains though is; can a butterfly flap it's wings in Brazil and cause a or tornado in Kentucky, or are we all simply just products of our childhood and mirrors of our parents traumas?
The duality of life.
Attachment Theory vs. Chaos Theory. Both have value. I digress.
My goal is to provide a petridish in which you can explore your self. Safe. Contained. Yet completely in your control. The paradox being, you likely already have what you need. I'll sit with you while you find it. I can give you my clinical opinion, or diagnosis, and recommendations along the way as well if you'd like that. I can just sit and listen. I can play devils advocate. My job is to listen, empower, observe, and provide feedback when requested.
With years of experience in Private Practice, I have dedicated my career to helping individuals overcome the effects of trauma, anxiety, and depression. I specialize in trauma therapy and am certified in EMDR. I also have years of experience and a heart for those battling with addiction. My approach combines compassion, expertise, and a deep understanding of the neurobiology of trauma. I also integrate cognitive behavioral techniques and mindfulness practice to create comprehensive care. I feel it is important to work collaboratively with my clients by meeting them where they are, and together working to create goals and create a treatment plan tailored to their specific needs. I also help individuals manage daily stress, relationship issues, and grief by weaving in techniques from CBT, DBT, as well as EMDR, while building life, and coping skills.
My approach to therapy could be described as genuine and candid. I want to help you challenge the thoughts and beliefs that may be holding you back. I utilize a variety of approaches such as Client Centered (Rogerian), CBT, Gottman, and Adlerian approaches to name a few. I also believe in using language that makes you comfortable. You can swear and use whatever expletives you want in my office as long as you are respectful. My goal is to meet you where you are and grow from there. Clients who are open and curious tend to see the best results.

Additionally, I hold a CAADC (Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor) from the Michigan Certification Board for Addiction Professionals. Clinically, I am interested in meeting people where they are at, creating a safe space, and working along side them to achieve their personal goals. I believe in a holistic approach (mind/body/spirit) to treating the whole person, and in each person's innate capacity for resilience and healing with effective support. Nothing is more rewarding that helping others on their journey, as they strive to live life to the fullest. Building on personal strengths, while employing evidence based practices in a compassionate, ethical, and effective manner is my approach. I enjoy incorporating somatic work, meditation, mindfulness, and light yoga into my practice for those that are comfortable. I am fully immersed in my own holistic self-care journey, and believe in intentional practice of the tools I share with others.

Hey there!
My name is Lindsay, and I have been a mental health clinician for 10 years, working as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker since 2018. I am also a certified yoga teacher, and have found meaningful ways to build mindfulness practices and develop the mind-body connection to address several mental health concerns for those who are open to this approach.
My general approach to therapy is to build a comfortable and psychologically safe environment. I think it is most important to build a meaningful relationship with clients, that allows for sharing, growth, and personal empowerment. I have a laid-back approach to therapy and do my best to meet clients where they are with attention to unique needs.
Outside of my clinical work in mental health, I am an Assistant Professor of Social Work at Ball State University. I completed my PhD in 2024 focusing on increasing awareness of Complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and how we may build better therapeutic interventions for this population. I thoroughly enjoy being able to bridge gaps between mental health research, teaching the next generation of clinicians, and maintaining clinical work myself.
I've been in the behavioral health field since 1999 and practiced as a therapist since 2006. I'm trauma-informed, neurodivergent affirming, and strengths-based in my approaches. I am EMDR certified and specialize in: anxiety, trauma, ADHD and neurodivergence. I'm also the parent of an autistic teen, so I know first-hand the challenges parents go through in trying to do what's best for their child and not always knowing what that is.

Hello! I began my social work journey in 2006 and have been working in the mental health field since I obtained my MSW in 2008. As a clinical social worker I have thoroughly enjoyed the privilege of helping individuals identify and address many mental health concerns and move towards the life they most desire. I am passionate about addressing the stigma around addictions and serious mental illness and I believe the best way to begin any mental health journey of recovery is with compassion and understanding. I work from a cognitive-behavioral perspective and I use a strengths-based orientation of empowerment to foster growth and progress. I feel that we are already our best selves-we just need some help letting go of the survival skills we've taken on to get through the toughest times in our lives. I have spent several years working exclusively with homeless veterans and individuals struggling with addiction, and this has given me additional perspective and insight into the needs of some of our most vulnerable populations. I am an advocate, an accountability partner, an empath and your greatest cheerleader. I'm excited to help you rediscover your best self and to claim the life you deserve.
Hello! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Indiana. I earned my Master’s degree from Indiana University Northwest and have been practicing for the past four years. Much of my professional experience has been dedicated to supporting individuals struggling with addiction.
In addition to addiction recovery, I have extensive experience working with clients facing unresolved childhood trauma, anxiety, anger management, depression, adjustment challenges, grief and loss, marital concerns, and low self-esteem. I also work with individuals who may feel stuck or unfulfilled and are seeking greater clarity and purpose in their lives. My approach is compassionate, client-centered, and grounded in helping people move toward healing, balance, and personal growth.
As a licensed clinical therapist, I am passionate about walking alongside clients as they discover and grow into their best selves. I strive to create a safe, supportive space grounded in strong rapport, collaboration, empowerment, and authenticity — a place where transparency is welcomed and even silence is respected as part of the healing process. I help clients recognize patterns of negative self-talk and learn practical, effective ways to reframe those thoughts, while cultivating self-compassion and a deeper understanding of their inherent worth. My approach focuses on identifying and building upon each person’s strengths to foster resilience, clarify personal values, and establish healthy boundaries that protect their energy and well-being. Together, we work to reduce guilt and shame, strengthen a sense of identity, and reinforce the truth that you matter. My goal is to help clients move beyond survival into a life marked by genuine joy, inner peace, and alignment with what is most meaningful to them.
Hi, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I received my degree from Indiana University and currently live in Indiana with 2 dogs, 2 horses and a cat. I have over 5 years of experience seeing clients in an office setting, or via telehealth for traditional therapy, as well as play therapy, and animal assisted therapy for in person sessions. I see teens, and adults for telehealth, to assist with developing coping skills, insight, and improved self-care to live life with greater ease, and less distress.
I am Becky Hunt, and I have had my LCSW for the past 7 years. I have been practicing for 13 years, 6 of those in community mental health and 7 of those in my own private practice. I feel as if becoming a therapist is a calling for me. Having grown up with significant anxiety symptoms, an OCD diagnosis, and some painful eating-disorder issues have created in me an overwhelming desire to help others navigate through this tough world. I am not unfamiliar with conflict and how uncomfortable it can be for some and have found ways to be bold and assertive despite the discomfort and pain. I have a faith that helps me gain insight and perspective on a daily basis and love helping others with some of the same principals and beliefs that strengthen me. I also like to laugh, when I can, about the absurdities of life; I believe is humor is an often overlooked coping skill.
I’m a licensed therapist and a graduate of the University of Southern Indiana with over 12 years of experience working in a variety of settings, including outpatient treatment centers, schools, foster care programs, hospice, and correctional environments. I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals facing depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, substance use, and co-occurring concerns. I value genuine connection and strive to create a space where clients feel understood, supported, and encouraged to grow.
I have a Doctorate in Psychology and am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW). I have been working as a therapist for over 16 years. I specialize in mood disorders, anxiety, trauma and LGBTQIA issues. I believe that therapy should be a safe place to talk about personal issues without any judgment. We all need someone to talk to and therapy provides that space where you can be yourself. We all go through some things from time to time and should be able allowed to talk with someone who is willing to listen and provide us with the support that we need.
Hello, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and I specialize in trauma and navigating life transitions. I have over 7 years of experience working with children and adults. I have done everything from crisis intervention to helping with career goals. My goal is to help you be the best you possible, together we can accomplish this and more!
Hey there. I'm Dennis aka Denny Bartsch. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has been in the field for over 15 years. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused, and Strength Based techniques in my practice. I'm a goofy social worker who likes to use a non-confrontational approach to working with my clients. I do believe that you know your story/life better than I ever will so I believe in what you have to say.
One thing that makes me pretty different from other service providers is that I saw a need for session times available for clients later in the day and evening so I decided to have my scheduled be from Monday through Friday's from 12:30pm EST to 9pm EST. I hope to accommodate more people this way.
I like to use humor and positive support for my client's as we go on this journey together to helping you achieve the goals we identify in session together. My goal is to work towards you having the skills, support, and confidence you need to be successful. I like to think outside of the box when I work with my client's so you just wait and see! Therapy doesn't need to be scary. Let's work together and maybe laugh through some of it. We got this! Together!
My name is Denise and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I began my adult life as a high school drop-out. After earning my GED, I went on to earn an Associates in Early Childhood Education and an Associates in Human Services. I then went to get my Bachelor of Science in Human Services and then my Master's in Social Work. I am where I am at, because I had someone believe in me more than I believed in myself. I never forget where I came from and how important it is to believe in others, especially when they are having a difficult time believing in themselves.
I believe real change begins when you feel truly understood. Early in my work, I saw how powerful it was when someone finally had a space where they didn’t have to explain or hold it all together—where they could just be heard. That moment of relief, when someone realizes they’re not alone in what they’re carrying, is what has stayed with me ever since.
I’ve dedicated my work to being that steady, supportive presence for people navigating some of life’s hardest chapters. My approach blends deep professional experience with a natural, intuitive way of listening that helps us get to the heart of what’s really holding you back.
I stay grounded in heart‑centered therapy practices, but above all, my goal is simple: to help you feel safe, seen, and genuinely supported. Whether you’re feeling stuck or just need a place to exhale, I’m here to help you reconnect with yourself—with clarity, care, and compassion.
I specialize in sports therapy where I can help athletes train their mental game. Training your mind is just as important as training your body. We will explore many topics to include exploring your "why" in relation to athletics and ensuring your goals and values are aligned. My goal is to help clients heal from past experiences, build resilience, and create meaningful change in their lives. I also work well with young adults dealing with life transitions.
