Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 12 years of experience. I specialize in trauma, attachment wounds, and substance use disorders. My goal is to help you recognize and work through the internal and external barriers that hinder you from forming healthy relationships with yourself and others. I am committed to empowering you with the skills and insights needed for lasting healing and resilience.
I am passionate about helping individuals, couples and families return to love for self and others. Together, we will co-create peaceful spaces to make sense of the past while sitting in the present anticipating the future.
I completed my graduate studies at Christian Theological Seminary, a COAMFTE accredited program. My clinical interests include sexual health, sex therapy, grief and loss, racial trauma, single parents, young adults, and golden agers (retirees).
Hi, I'm Jessica. Do you sometimes find yourself overwhelmed by the many priorities and responsibilities you face? Is it a challenge to just focus on one task or issue at a time?
I serve as a guide to help you create the roadmap you need to get where you want to go. Together, we'll uncover the barriers that keep you from reaching your goals and developing the kind of life you want for yourself. Using techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution-Focused theories, we'll create a detailed plan of action that will take you from a place of feeling generally "stuck" to feeling satisfied and hopeful about what life has in store for you.
Whether you're dealing with symptoms of depression, anxiety, grief/loss, attention difficulties, substance use, or just generally looking for support as you make changes or transitions in life, I'll be with you every step of the way. I can't wait for us to get started!
I am an LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) with experience in working with adults and children from in-patient as well as out-patient settings. I have worked with teenagers and young children for over 12 years. I specialize in working with children with trauma, anxiety, and depression.
I have a heart for working with kids and teens with traumatic experiences. My passion began while I was still in high school and wanted to be a teacher. I worked in various daycare facilities as well as having my own in-home daycare and decided I wanted to help kids (and adults) in a more in-depth manner. That is when I began my journey into social work and found my true calling in life.
I have experience working with children and adolescents who have been through, or are currently in, the child welfare system as well as working with older teens with substance abuse/misuse issues.

I believe deeply that every person’s journey is unique. That’s why I focus on meeting you exactly where you are, empowering you to uncover strengths, solutions, and coping strategies that work for your life. While I am trained in CBT and DBT, I see these as tools within a broader, collaborative process. At the heart of my practice is client-centered care — because there is no single path to healing that fits everyone. Together, we’ll create a treatment plan that honors your voice, builds on your resilience, and empowers you to move toward the life you want to live.

I’m a therapist who believes that healing happens best in the context of safety, connection, and a bit of curiosity. I use approaches like EMDR, IFS, and EFT to help people untangle old pain, reconnect with themselves, and create meaningful change that lasts.

As for treatment approaches, I use Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and EMDR. I also include a lot of mindfulness practice in my work with clients. I am proud to provide a safe environment for all races, genders, religions, and clients from the LGBTQ community.

Hey there!
My name is Lindsay, and I have been a mental health clinician for 10 years, working as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker since 2018. I am also a certified yoga teacher, and have found meaningful ways to build mindfulness practices and develop the mind-body connection to address several mental health concerns for those who are open to this approach.
My general approach to therapy is to build a comfortable and psychologically safe environment. I think it is most important to build a meaningful relationship with clients, that allows for sharing, growth, and personal empowerment. I have a laid-back approach to therapy and do my best to meet clients where they are with attention to unique needs.
Outside of my clinical work in mental health, I am an Assistant Professor of Social Work at Ball State University. Hi there! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Valparaiso, Indiana. I earned my Masters Degree in Social Work from Indiana University-Purdue University (IUPUI) and Social Work/Business undergraduate degrees from Valparaiso University. I have been practicing for over ten years. Before that time, I was a self-employed business owner in the field of software sales and consulting.
I work in community mental health and addictions, serving a population struggling with addiction and co-occurring mental health disorders. I mainly work with adults and adolescents. My focus is on creating a safe space to collaborate in the therapeutic experience; helping you to feel better faster!
I’m a warm, compassionate therapist who believes you don’t have to have everything figured out before reaching out for support. I became a therapist because I’ve seen how anxiety, burnout, life transitions, and the pressure to meet everyone else’s expectations can impact how we see ourselves and move through life.
My own experiences, along with my professional background, have shaped the way I connect with clients. I understand that sometimes being the “strong one” can become exhausting, and that setting boundaries or putting yourself first can bring up a lot of guilt.
In therapy, I want you to feel comfortable being your whole self without judgment. I take a collaborative and down-to-earth approach, meeting you where you are and helping you develop tools and insight that feel realistic for your life. My hope is that therapy becomes a space where you can slow down, feel understood, and begin creating a life that feels more balanced and authentic to you.

Hello. I am a follower of Jesus Christ, and I'm also a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Illinois. I received my Master's of Science in Social Work from the University of Louisville and have been practicing five years. I tell everyone that I am not your average therapist, meaning I have a different outlook and approach than many therapists/counselors. I have extensive experience working with complex populations and mental health conditions, including but not limited to complex trauma, psychosis, personality disorders, and substance use. I am typically direct because I believe time is our most valuable resource, and I want to respect your time. I use humor when appropriate to help therapy feel more comfortable and approachable. Asking for help is typically the hardest and most important thing we must do. I try to make that process as easy as possible. Life can be hard sometimes, and it has so many beautiful things. I am here to help figure that out.
I believe therapy should be a place where clients feel supported, understood, and challenged to grow. My approach is collaborative, direct, and goal-oriented. I work with clients to identify patterns that may be keeping them stuck, develop healthier coping skills, and build the life they want. I strive to create an environment where clients can be honest about their experiences without fear of judgment while also remaining accountable for the choices they make. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, or life transitions, I look forward to helping you move toward meaningful and lasting change.

My goal is to provide a safe and accepting environment to encourage individuals to be their authentic selves which will lead to long lasting change.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for ten years now. You will always know yourself better than I can or will.
From a philosophical and theoretical standpoint. I am overwhelming more of an attachment theorist, and have been known to use existentialism from time to time to help make sense of something. I guess the question that remains though is; can a butterfly flap it's wings in Brazil and cause a tornado in Kentucky, or are we all simply just products of our childhood and mirrors of our parents traumas?
The duality of life.
Attachment Theory vs. Chaos Theory. Both have value. I digress.
My goal is to provide a petridish in which you can explore your self. Safe. Contained. Yet completely in your control. The paradox being, you likely already have what you need. I'll sit with you while you find it. I can give you my clinical opinion, or diagnosis, and recommendations along the way as well if you'd like that. I can just sit and listen. I can play devils advocate. My job is to listen, empower, observe, and provide feedback when requested.

I’m Phillip, a therapist dedicated to helping people grow a life they can feel proud of—often while navigating heavy pressure. I do this work to express my passion for supporting others as they untangle complex expectations and cultivate a value-fueled, authentic life. I understand first hand the struggle to 'be successful' while also exploring the answers to 'who am I?' As the son of Chinese immigrants from Mexico, raised in Mississippi, I personally understand the challenge of living between cultures and the "liminal spaces" where identity can feel uncertain.
I am an LCSW with fifteen years of experience working in an outpatient setting and private practice treating anxiety, mood disorders, grief, acute/chronic stress, relationship/codependency issues, life transitions, and trauma. I approach treatment from a holistic perspective-addressing and integrating all aspects of an individual. Treating the whole person and exploring all of the factors playing a role in your overall well-being. Together we will explore the symptoms, issues, and patterns that are no longer working and develop strategies and techniques to foster a greater self-awareness and understanding as well as to create more internal freedom.
You are not broken. I believe healing begins at the intersection of truth, safety, and purpose. I provide a safe and empowering space for individuals navigating trauma, identity wounds, life transitions, and relational patterns that no longer serve them. Whether depression, addiction, unresolved trauma, marital woes or seeking emotional steadiness as a first responder. I am here to offer support and a judgment-free, solution-based environment.
