Hi! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) based in Indiana. I received my masters degree from Purdue. I also have a certificate in art therapy and addiction counseling. I am TFCBT trained as well. I have been working in the field for 7 years mainly with clients struggling with depression, anxiety, and addiction. I love hearing peoples stories and helping them find positives to make their situation better.
Who am I? I’m a curious person, especially when it comes to the human experience and mental health. I bring that curiosity into every session along with occasional humor and a genuine commitment to helping you get to where you want to be. Even if you're not sure where that is yet, I'm happy to walk alongside you until you figure it out, or until we find someone else who’s the right guide. I’m here for the ride, the ups, the downs, the mess, and the cleanup that is so often part of mental health work. If you’re ready to explore change, let’s see if we’re a good fit.
Are you looking for your life to be different somehow, but you aren't sure exactly what that would look like, or how to make it happen? I can help you identify your most pressing issues, then help you identify solutions that you believe will work and support you while you start to implement changes. I believe you are the most likely person to be able to identify your best solutions, and perhaps all you need is encouragement and acceptance to get started.
I work from a background of existential theory (the idea that our human experiences are shared and we are all looking for meaning, purpose, satisfying relationships, and personal freedom), and I blend cognitive behavioral theory (CBT), motivational interviewing, radical acceptance, and humor into therapy. Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) is a method of learning the connections between our actions, our feelings, our thoughts, and our physical sensations. Motivational interviewing (MI) is a way to encourage positive changes without it feeling overwhelming or scary.
I believe every person deserves care, concern, and a safe space to explore their feelings without judgment or fear. I aim to be easy to talk to, an excellent and attentive listener, and always supportive. I sometimes recommend helpful assignments in between therapy sessions to help you practice new skills and learn hidden truths about yourself. I help people who have been codependent on their partner to become freer to make their own decisions and to trust their partner to do the same. I can help you learn specific techniques to lessen the symptoms of your anxiety, depression, and sleep disturbances.

Hi there, I'm Farah Ali.
I am a licensed clinical social worker, psychotherapist, and dedicated advocate for my clients. My educational foundation is based in psychology and social justice, having earned my master's degree in social work with a dual concentration in community practice and clinical mental health. Driven by a strong commitment to human rights and social justice, I am dedicated to advocating for every individual I work with and the communities I am part of.
My Core Principles as a Therapist:
Focusing on Strengths & Empowerment: Central to our work is helping you to more deeply connect to—and really use—your inherent strengths. This means looking for growth opportunities where some might find roadblocks and accessing both internal and external resources to help you make the changes you want to see in your life.
Working for Comprehensive Wellness: Therapy is a place where we can work toward mental and emotional wellness, learn how to foster positive relationships, and discover a greater sense of balance and ease in your day-to-day life.
Promoting Connection & Authenticity: The relationship we have is vital, which is why I work hard to make sure our relationship is a nurturing space for meaningful growth.
Creating Safety in Being Seen: I strive to make our sessions a place where every emotion is valued, encouraged, and supported—yes, even the “bad” or “undesirable” emotions. This is the space we cultivate together in our work, and space that is here to help you more deeply see yourself, and be seen in your authenticity.
Hi! My name is Ross Manning and I am a seasoned licensed therapist and addictions counselor. I have been providing therapy throughout South-Central Indiana for the past 20 years. I enjoy working with a wide range of individuals, couples, families and groups. My primary areas of training and expertise are addictions, anger management, and co-occurring disorders including anxiety and depression. As a general practitioner, I also enjoy working with people on life adjustment and changes, coming of age and aging issues, men's issues, and grief and loss.
Let me help you overcome the challenges of daily living. My name is Scott with 35 years in the mental health field serving individuals and families just like you, who live in Indiana. Let me share my belief and philosophy on therapy and counseling! I believe that a therapist works best with a client when they take time to first understand the person, their background, and any and all knowledge that may help facilitate the process of therapy.
But it's not only that, right? It is important that, in therapy, we work to provide and cultivate a safe place to share, and a time to work on your concerns, so that you feel better and able to go forward in your life with greater resolve, and more peace of mind. We can do this! I have seen it happen all the time! You can feel better!
I work in solution focused therapy, psychodynamic therapy, CBT, motivational interviewing, family systems therapy, and provide psychoeducation as needed as well. While I am not a medical professional and cannot make medical diagnoses, I am conversant with psychopharmacology and can help you perhaps clarify how to communicate with your medical provider.
Please feel free to call me. I see clients using telehealth at this time.

I am Becka Oberle and I am a licensed Clinical social worker who has worked in the counseling field for 30 plus years. My approach to my work is very client centered but also engage person to person allowing my clients to feel more comfortable while still creating a therapeutic relationship and environment. I am goal focused and like to always I provide actions and tools for my clients so they are making continuous growth. I have used many tools in my career knowing not everyone connects in the same way and thinking outside the box is vital. In my career 3 of my dogs have worked with me as trained therapy dogs and one of my horses worked with me doing equine therapy. I look at each person as an individual and use their strengths and talents to help them learn to express and walk through life's struggles. I find not everyone is most comfortable with talking or writing so will encourage a client to use a drawing journal to express feelings when that is something they enjoy and feel more confident in using. I am a christian based counselor and will, at client request, use a faith based approach that can add an added support for the client. I am so blessed to have had this as my career and have worked with clients of all ages starting my career on the cancer center a Riley hospital for Children, moving to a locked unit with juvenile offenders ages 5-11, equine assisted therapy for at risk teens, to working with seniors in long term care or living at home. I am now doing my work from home making the progression as people have been given this as a source of support and allowing them to get help from home.

I am a licensed mental health counselor in the state of Indiana and received my Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I have been a counselor for 9 years, with 5 years of experience working in community mental health and I also worked at a private practice.
I work with individuals who struggle with issues such as anxiety, depression, bipolar, and trauma. I also deal with faith based related issues and spirituality.
I collaboratively work with clients to set and achieve their goals. I am passionate to help those who are hurting, those who seek healing, and those who desire to change.
I also offer phone sessions if you are not comfortable with video.
As an integrated practitioner (therapist, meditation coach, and yoga teacher), I offer a modality that shifts the focus from "fixing" to "realizing." Unlike approaches that seek to modify internal content—such as thoughts or feelings—to achieve stability, we anchor our work in the unwavering integrity that is already present within you. The core of our collaboration rests on the capacity to embrace the present moment, requiring radical openness, unreserved honesty, and a willingness to soften old patterns of resistance. I bring deep competence in supporting individuals navigating the challenges of trauma, substance dependency, and neurodiversity, informed by my own lived experience with AuDHD. As a veteran, I understand the unique barriers and strengths involved in service-related transition and trauma, emphasizing that the depth of our work is proportional to the sincerity of engagement. This process is a shared inquiry where I act as a mirror and a compass, guiding you toward the innate wisdom that already holds the answers; the true authority resides in your own developing awareness. I provide secure online sessions in Indiana, Arizona, Texas, New Hampshire, and Illinois. Emotional Support Animal (ESA) letter assessments are available for $250 (covering all tools and labor), provided you have a history of prior treatment such as medication or therapy. Please note that an assessment is a clinical necessity evaluation and not a guarantee of a letter. Finally, in alignment with my commitment to transparency and my own needs as a veteran, I utilize AI tools for practice management and support; client consent for this is required.

I have worked in many arenas within the Behavioral Health and Addiction field, with 5+ years of experience as a therapist and many more years in other various roles over the last 10+ years, I am passionate about helping individuals navigate their healing journeys. A few fun facts about me: I have two young kiddos who keep me laughing and on my toes! I love snuggling with my rescue pup, Zeus. When I'm not working with clients or spending time with my family, you can almost always find me with my nose in a book, listening to an audiobook, or listening to a good podcast!
Hi, I’m Ashley—therapist, animal lover, creative soul, and lifelong daydreamer. I bring a warm and down-to-earth approach to my work, and I believe that connection, curiosity, and authenticity are at the heart of healing.
When I’m not in session, you can usually find me lost in a good book—especially fantasy, romantasy, or dark romance (yes, I’m a proud BookTok girly). Some of my favorite reads have come straight from client recommendations, and I always love hearing what’s on your bookshelf.
I’m also a big fan of all things crafty. Paper crafting is my go-to—especially junk journals and mini albums—but I’ve dabbled in wreaths, t-shirts, tumblers, and just about anything that lets me work with my hands. My creativity also spills into my love of music, which spans from Sleep Token to George Strait to Eminem. I’m always up for discovering new bands or catching a local show.
On slower days, I love wandering through antique stores and thrift shops. Most of my home is decorated with pieces that have a story—either found secondhand or passed down through family. I find comfort in giving old things new life.
Animals have always been a grounding force in my world. I’ve been riding horses since I was four, and my heart horse, Kirby, is my trail buddy and snack-sharing best friend (she’s a big fan of applesauce and cupcakes). My two dogs, Oliver and Dottie, are certified therapy dogs who’ve joined me in visits to hospices, hospitals, nursing homes, and children’s reading programs. Together, Kirby, Oliver, and Dottie inspired the name Free to Wander Counseling—a reflection of my belief that healing often begins when we allow ourselves to explore, play, and connect in gentle, open-hearted ways.

I’m a licensed clinical social worker who brings warmth, depth, and clarity to the therapy process. I use evidence-based approaches while remaining flexible and responsive to each client’s unique experience.
I specialize in helping clients navigate complex relationships, chronic stress, anxiety, self-esteem concerns, and life transitions—especially when high-conflict people or emotionally confusing dynamics are involved. I offer a thoughtful, collaborative space where we don’t just cope, but work to understand patterns, strengthen insight, and create meaningful, sustainable change.
Hi everyone, I'm Greg
I understand that emotions can be confusing, relationships can be messy, and past experiences can negatively impact our present lives, however, I believe that with proper coping strategies, we don’t have to remain stuck in dysfunctional patterns. I realize change can be scary and people often remain frozen in place due to the fear of the unknown. While change and acceptance are two concepts that are diametrically opposed, with the right mindset, they can work hand-in-hand to promote growth and healing.
I have been helping clients improve their lives for over two decades. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, obtaining my Masters of Social Work through Indiana University and my Doctorate of Social Work through Capella University. My doctoral capstone project researched the use of Integrated Treatment to effectively treat co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders using a holistic approach to treat these disorders simultaneously, as oftentimes, the root causes of addiction are comingled with other underlying mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, trauma, or grief. I believe that treating both conditions simultaneously brings about the best chance of success for lasting healing and recovery.
Before obtaining my doctoral degree, I spent two decades working at a community mental health center through its emergency services department. This experience provided the opportunity to work with diverse clients struggling with all manner of concerns. Additionally, I spent the past six years working part-time at an addiction recovery center treating clients individually, in groups, and with their family systems to help combat the disease of addiction. As a result of these opportunities, I am experienced in all manners of mental health, as well as addiction counseling, family counseling, and grief counseling.
