Hi! Beginning therapy can be scary and intimidating at first but so rewarding as you begin to experience positive changes in the way you feel and think. I love connecting with people and helping them achieve the future's they want. I have 7 years of experience helping clients find healing and fresh starts from trauma, relationships, and stress. My therapy style is warm, non-judgmental, and empathetic. I specialize in EMDR therapy. Let's help you find healing and growth no matter what season you find yourself in.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, my number one goal is to connect with you and begin developing a space where you feel heard and safe. We will start with brief introductions then transition to hearing what challenges you want to overcome. This will allow us to create a gameplan to help you achieve your goals.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Being a young professional myself, I understand many of the challenges that come along with this time of life. This provides me with the opportunity to connect quickly with others and allow them to feel safe and understood. Using EMDR and other research-backed therapies, I believe together we can help you achieve the future you want for yourself.

My treatment methods

EMDR

I've been an EMDR practitioner for some time now. I love witnessing the healing and growth clients quickly experience from this type of therapy. EMDR identifies current problems and negative self-beliefs. Then utilizes eye movements and other stimuli to allow your brain to reprocess past experiences.

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

For many clients, dialectical behavior therapy is an effective way to learn practical skills and manage intense emotions. I've used this type of therapy to assist clients in deepening their understanding and acceptance of their different emotional parts.
