Anxiety is a very powerful emotion. If you are struggling with constant worry, episodes of panic, fear in social settings, intrusive thoughts, or traumatic memories, you don’t have to navigate these issues on your own. In my practice, I focus primarily on helping adult clients cope with and overcome anxiety that has become unmanageable.
For many, seeking therapy can be a big step. I offer a warm and welcoming space to help you feel comfortable taking it. I invite you to face your fears, schedule the first session, and start the process of healing that you deserve.
The woman who has it all together on the outside is often the one carrying the most on the inside.
If you're high-achieving, dependable, and exhausted — not from laziness but from carrying too much for too long — this is the space you've been looking for.
I'm Whitley Frazier, LCSW, and I specialize in trauma-informed therapy for women and teens navigating trauma, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, and major life transitions. My work is direct, warm, and grounded in approaches that actually produce change.
EMDR is at the core of what I do. Unlike traditional talk therapy, EMDR works at a neurological level — helping your brain reprocess stored trauma so it no longer controls how you feel, react, and relate. The result isn't just feeling better temporarily. It's actually being different on the other side.
You don't have to keep white-knuckling through life. Healing is possible — and you're worth it.

Hi, I'm Shelley!
Do you feel like you are stuck in a cycle and can't get out? Do you feel unseen and unwanted? Are you struggling with showing yourself grace and mercy?
I help people who are struggling with life issues develop better skills to cope with and redirect their lives in the way that makes them more genuine with themselves and others. Together, we explore how you view the world and if your view or thinking patterns can be adjusted to help you grow. I specialize in helping teens and adults work on symptoms of depression, anxiety, self-harming behaviors, life stressors, and life transitions.
My goal as a therapist is to be open, honest, genuine. I will provide unconditional positive regard. I love mixing talk therapy with things you can use daily to improve your view of yourself and your life. Therapy can be scary, being open to someone you don't know is risky. I want to provide a safe space for you to be yourself. I look forward to meeting you!
Shelley
I have over 35 years of experience working with individuals and families in crisis and providing marriage and couples counseling. Past experiences include working with military families for 10 years with the Department of Defense. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Brief Solution-Focused Therapy. I encourage healthy communication and feedback from each family member using family systems therapy. I believe the healing process starts with the willingness to change, commitment, and consistency. "My journey toward becoming a therapist began while I was working in adult probation. That experience led me to explore what it takes to find strength through life’s most difficult challenges and to avoid involvement in crime. It also showed me the powerful role therapy can play in recovery and strengthened my commitment to supporting others on their healing journeys. Inspired by this work, I returned to school to earn my master’s degree in social work. I remain guided by the belief that everyone has the capacity for growth and change. Seeing my clients build confidence and find peace makes this work deeply rewarding."
Do you feel stuck and need a place to express yourself? Therapy with me is a safe space to do just that. Together we will also identify goals to help you feel less stressed and able to better thrive in your life. Let's work together to make the changes that are most useful for you. I most enjoy helping adults manage stress and anxiety often related to work, relationships, life transitions, and past experiences. If you feel as though you could use support in any of these areas, let's talk more.
Hello, I'm Dr. Ellinor Burke and I'm a psychologist licensed in the state of Georgia. I've been in practice for more than 20 years and I've struggled with some of the same issues many of you do. I have developed effective treatments for Obsessive Compulsive Disorder because I have dealt with this disorder myself. If you're looking for an effective treatment I have one. Many of us are worriers and have anxiety related to this. Anxiety can have a draining effect on your life but it is treatable. .I use cognitive and behavioral therapy combined with supportive therapy to help you get to that positive place in your life. If you're dealing with depression I'm also here to help by looking at how your thoughts feelings and behaviors influence each other and how we can work together to deal with these issues. I see patients with varying issues and from many age groups. All in all a diverse population.
I was a school psychologist for more than ten years and I do educational assessments as well as therapy for adolescents. I find teenagers are some of the most challenging and rewarding to work with.
My work is very emotionally rewarding which is why I've been in practice for so many years. I'm now considering expanding my practice to a hybrid practice which will include seeing clients both remotely and in my office. Therapy begins with me getting to know you and for you to feel comfortable with me. I strive to create a safe and welcoming environment because therapy works when we have a positive connection which I hope we will have.

My name is Amanda Chilleme, and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida, Georgia, and North Carolina, as well as a Master’s Certified Addiction Professional. For over 11 years, I have supported individuals in identifying what truly matters to them, navigating obstacles, and building a foundation for a more fulfilling future.
My primary specialty is working with men and women struggling with substance use disorders as well as process and behavioral addictions, helping them find a pathway to a life that feels less burdened and more aligned. I also have extensive experience treating anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorders, grief and bereavement, trauma, attachment concerns, and personality disorders.
As a clinician, I take a human-focused approach. I am not here to tell you what you need to work on—you already know the what. My role is to help you understand the why, and ultimately the how: how to shift it, heal it, overcome it, or, when appropriate, let it go altogether.
Your first session is best described as a two-way interview. As I listen to your story and your narrative begins to take shape, we collaboratively determine two things:
Whether I am the right therapist for you, and
Whether this therapeutic relationship is the right fit for both of us.
If we decide to move forward together, identifying your goals becomes your first assignment. This process allows me to better understand how you think, how you interpret challenges, and how barriers such as stress, anxiety, depression, or relationship dynamics show up for you. From there, we focus on one goal at a time.
I see myself as your coach, teammate, and cheerleader!
Whether you are just beginning therapy or have been on this journey for some time, I invite you to plant that seed—and see just how beautifully you grow.
I help high-achieving women move from feeling overwhelmed and stuck to feeling calm, confident, and in control of their lives. Many of my clients are navigating divorce, breakups, or major life transitions and are ready to rebuild, not stay in confusion or dysfunction. They’ve already made the decision to leave unhealthy relationships and are now focused on healing, identity, peace, and purpose.
You’re looking for more than just a space to talk. You want practical tools, emotional support, and a results-driven approach. In therapy, we create strategies to help you manage mild anxiety, stress, overwhelm, burnout, and adjustment-related challenges, while building self-trust, boundaries, and emotional independence.
I understand these transitions on a personal level. I’ve walked through divorce, burnout, and seasons of carrying it all alone. Because of that, I offer a grounded, relatable approach where you can be vulnerable and honest while still being challenged to grow. If you’re ready to step into the next chapter of your life with clarity and confidence, I’d be honored to support you.

Interpersonal skills are the foundation of healthy and thriving relationships—both personal and professional. If you are recovering from an emotionally abusive or narcissistic relationship and feel disconnected from yourself, therapy can also help you rebuild your identity, strengthen your relationship with yourself, and develop healthier relationship patterns.

I specialize in helping clients improve their relationship with themselves through personal growth and the development of healthier interpersonal skills, including communication, conflict resolution, anger management, boundary-setting, emotional regulation, and problem-solving skills. How you relate to yourself impacts every relationship in your life. When you learn to communicate effectively, set healthy boundaries, manage emotions, and navigate challenges in healthier ways, your relationships often become stronger, more balanced, and more fulfilling. I am a therapist that likes to actively build towards getting clients the changes they are seeking: To feel better emotionally, improve self esteem, see positive changes in their lives and relationships, to gain healing, and increase motivation. We will begin by talking and processing the issues and then figuring out what would be the most helpful approach to get started . I believe in listening to what my clients need and then developing an individualized strategy for each person with his or her input s the foundation. Clients would describe me as warm, open, and guiding ,while still leaving room for them to make the best decision for themselves, as well as affirming of who you are now, not who you can be. I take the approach, "You are not lost, you just need to know where to place your feet to keep walking forward." I ask lots of questions to create further exploration and insight using analogies that are easy to relate to. I also provide time for talking, because sometimes hearing yourself say it is the most valuable thing you can do. I believe that the client is the director of his/ her own life and the therapist is a facilitator to help them get to deeper truths within. I work with clients to uncover root causes and treat the deeper issues, not just the symptoms. We come away from sessions with a plan of action for improvement and more understanding about what is causing the blockage to begin with.

I am based in Atlanta, GA, and work primarily with clients via telehealth. I received my Masters from Clark-Atlanta University. My specialty focuses on those who suffer with anxiety, anger management, depression, men issues, and self-esteem. Life can feel overwhelming at times, but you don't have to face it alone. I believe therapy should be a place where you feel heard, respected, and supported without judgment. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, stress, or a major life transition, I'm here to help you move forward one step at a time.
As a Licensed Professional Counselor with more than 20 years of experience supporting adolescents and families and several years of clinical counseling experience, I've had the privilege of helping people through many different seasons of life. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs. I believe there is no one-size-fits-all path to healing, so we'll work together to identify your strengths, build practical coping skills, and create meaningful goals that fit your life.
My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where you can be yourself, gain new insight, and build the confidence to create lasting change. Together, we'll work at a pace that feels comfortable while focusing on the goals that matter most to you.
Welcome and thank you for considering me as part of your therapeutic support system. Seeking therapy can feel daunting, or maybe even frustrating, but you're making the right choice. I offer individual therapy and group therapy for those who are recovering from trauma. I utilize Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Brainspotting (BSP), Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), and some somatic experiencing to support clients with deeper processing and longer meaningful change. Individual trauma-informed therapy provides specialized care to work through intense emotions privately. While group therapy offers relatability, experience, evidence, and community. Witnessing the healing and growth of others can help you experience healing and growth of your own. This is NOT traditional talk therapy. I utilize techniques with specific protocols, steps, and processes. If you're looking for someone to talk with and sort out thoughts and feelings as more of a free-style conversation, this would not be the best approach for you.
Hi! I am Tomeka L Howell, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing psychotherapy from the state of Georgia.
My goal is to walk alongside you as you bridge the gap between where you are and where you want to be. Welcome! My name is Tameka and I am a licensed professional counselor in the state of Georgia. I have 17+ years of experience working in the mental health field. I have worked in a variety of settings including inpatient, residential, partial care, outpatient, and in-home.
It is my belief that you have everything you need within you to live your best life and be your best self, however, unhealed wounds can slow that timeline of seeing that manifest. It is my goal to guide, educate, support, and empower my clients on their way to healing.
I find great joy when my clients have that light bulb moment when they realize they in fact can be the captain of their healing/journey. I also understand that not everyone is of the mindset that they need healing and may require someone to help them build their personal road map of goals, I can also assist with that and would say I would serve in more of a coaching role for you.
Lastly, picking the right therapist can be scary, I would like to share that I find the therapeutic alliance as a collaboration of communication, honesty, and mutual respect. If you feel I am a good fit for you, I would love to walk alongside you as you explore your inner challenges and develop long-term solutions to those challenges.

I also enjoy helping them build on the skills they need to tackle future challenges.
