Hi. My name is Candance, but you can call me Candy.
Do you feel as though you are being weighed down by certain thoughts and emotions, like you are out of balance? Is it difficult for you to manage your day to day responsibilities due to these thoughts and emotions? Would you like help in understanding and managing these thoughts and emotions so you can experience balance in your life?
I help individuals get to that place of healthy balance, with a goal of remaining there. Together, we can work to identify your strengths and challenges to find solutions for managing your most challenging thoughts and emotions. We will use a person centered and strength based approach, exploring past and present experiences as they relate to your current state of overall well-being. I also integrate mindfulness techniques to help you develop a stronger more balanced state of being.
Whether you are dealing with circumstances, thoughts or feelings that are overwhelming, I want to help. Reaching out for help can feel uncomfortable or seem scary, but you are making the right choice. During our sessions together, I will meet you with genuine compassion using evidence-based techniques to help you achieve and remain in a healthy, more balanced state of being. Let’s do this.
My counseling services integrate existential theory, CBT/REBT modalities, and DBT skills, with a focus on providing quality care to adults. I primarily work with concerns related to lack of meaning, trauma, anxiety, depression, and substance use disorders. While I emphasize choice and personal responsibility, I also make it a priority to validate each client’s emotional experience. I believe therapy should be about getting better, not just feeling better. To support that growth, I use active, directive, and challenging interventions designed to help clients develop the skills to ultimately help themselves.

Hi, I’m Brittany, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker passionate about helping adults who feel overwhelmed, disconnected from themselves, or weighed down by the demands of daily life. If you’ve ever felt like you’re constantly juggling responsibilities, work, relationships, family, and personal expectations, yet still feel like you’re falling short, you’re not alone. Many people carry the invisible load of pressure, self-doubt, people-pleasing, and perfectionism while quietly struggling beneath the surface.
My work centers on supporting individuals who are tired of feeling like they are just going through the motions. You may find yourself constantly questioning your decisions, experiencing anxiety, or feeling disconnected from who you are outside of your roles and responsibilities. I am a therapist that likes to actively build towards getting clients the changes they are seeking: To feel better emotionally, improve self esteem, see positive changes in their lives and relationships, to gain healing, and increase motivation. We will begin by talking and processing the issues and then figuring out what would be the most helpful approach to get started . I believe in listening to what my clients need and then developing an individualized strategy for each person with his or her input s the foundation. Clients would describe me as warm, open, and guiding ,while still leaving room for them to make the best decision for themselves, as well as affirming of who you are now, not who you can be. I take the approach, "You are not lost, you just need to know where to place your feet to keep walking forward." I ask lots of questions to create further exploration and insight using analogies that are easy to relate to. I also provide time for talking, because sometimes hearing yourself say it is the most valuable thing you can do. I believe that the client is the director of his/ her own life and the therapist is a facilitator to help them get to deeper truths within. I work with clients to uncover root causes and treat the deeper issues, not just the symptoms. We come away from sessions with a plan of action for improvement and more understanding about what is causing the blockage to begin with.

Hi, I’m Kelly Gorham, a Licensed Professional Counselor — and I’m so glad you’re here.
I know that reaching out for help takes courage, especially when life has been heavy. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, anger, grief, trauma, or PTSD, I want you to know that what you’re feeling makes sense given what you’ve been through — and healing is possible.
Over the past nine years, I’ve had the honor of walking alongside Veterans in crisis, as well as adults in both inpatient and outpatient settings through individual and group therapy. My specialization in crisis and trauma has taught me that many of the struggles we face today are rooted in experiences that once felt unsurvivable — and that with the right support, people are incredibly resilient.
My approach is warm, nonjudgmental, and paced around your comfort and safety. You don’t have to have it all figured out before you reach out. You just have to be willing to take one step. If you’re struggling, you don’t have to suffer in silence. I would be honored to help you find your way through.
