New to Grow
I am deeply passionate about helping people create meaningful, lasting change in their lives. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices, while always honoring your unique story and experiences. I strive to create a space where you feel seen, safe, and supported as you work through challenges and reconnect with your strengths. If you’re ready to do the deeper work, I’m here to walk alongside you.
In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know each other and understanding what brings you to therapy. I’ll ask questions to learn more about your history, your current concerns, and what you’re hoping to change, but you can share at your own pace. This time is also for you to ask me questions and get a feel for whether we’re a good fit, if you don't feel comfortable with your therapist, it is hard to open up. My goal is to create a safe, comfortable space where you feel heard and supported from the very beginning.
What stands out about my approach is the depth of connection I build with clients and my focus on creating meaningful, lasting change. Our work together is so much more than symptom management. Clients often come to me feeling stuck, and together we work to shift long-standing patterns at their root, supporting real internal change over time. My work goes beyond coping skills and is focused on helping you understand and rewire the patterns that keep you feeling stuck. Many clients report experiencing genuine emotional shifts and reconnecting with parts of themselves they felt disconnected from for years.
I’m best positioned to support individuals who are truly ready for meaningful change—even if you’ve felt stuck despite years of trying. You may be tired of repeating the same patterns in your relationships, emotions, or decision-making and are now ready to go deeper. My clients are committed to the process and open to exploring themselves with honesty and courage. Together, we focus on creating real, lasting shifts—not just temporary relief.
Internal Family Systems (IFS)
My work is grounded in attachment-based theory, helping you understand how your early relationships shape the way you connect with others and yourself today. I integrate this with Internal Family Systems (IFS) and narrative therapy to gently explore the different parts of you and the stories you carry. Together, we work to make sense of patterns with compassion, not judgment, and move toward more secure, fulfilling relationships, both within yourself and with others.
EMDR
I have advanced training in EMDR and use it to help you process and heal from distressing or traumatic experiences that may feel “stuck.” Together, we gently reprocess these memories so they lose their emotional intensity, allowing you to move forward with greater clarity, calm, and confidence.
Motivational Interviewing
I use motivational interviewing to meet you where you are, especially if you’re feeling unsure or stuck about change. Through a collaborative and nonjudgmental approach, I help you explore your goals, strengthen your motivation, and build confidence in your ability to move forward.
Trauma Informed Care
My trauma-focused work centers on creating a safe, supportive space where your experiences are honored at your pace. I help you understand how trauma has impacted your thoughts, body, and relationships, while building tools to restore a sense of safety, control, and resilience.
Trauma-Focused CBT
With advanced training in CBT, I help you identify and shift unhelpful thought patterns that may be influencing how you feel and respond to challenges. Together, we develop practical strategies that support healthier thinking, emotional balance, and meaningful behavior change in your daily life.
