I work with people who have depression, anxiety, marriage problems, addiction problems, weight problems, general life problems or adjustment problems to specific life events. I often use CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy) with my clients as I believe how we think about things affects how we feel. I also like to encourage people to eat healthy, exercise and get good sleep as I believe these go a long way in helping not only our physical health, but our mental health too.
