I am a therapist that is devoted to helping clients work towards becoming their better self. I am a supportive and understanding therapist that allows room for non judgement. I am an honest and transparent therapist that will allow my client to work through and process any cognitive distortions they may have. My goal is to help clients reach their goals while maintaining the growth developed throughout the therapeutic process.

Since coming in contact with Ms. Kay it has been one of the best things that has happened for me. She makes the conversations so easy. I am about to open and honest with her. She provides a safe space to talk and be heard. She has a great way of providing solutions and feedback on things. Thru this difficult time I don't know where I would be if I didn't met her. She is truly the best
