Are you feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or uncertain about your next career step?
I specialize in helping professionals navigate the challenges of anxiety, stress, and burnout so they can move forward with clarity and confidence. Whether you're facing major work decisions, struggling with self-doubt, or simply trying to regain your sense of purpose, you don’t have to figure it out alone.
My approach blends practical career guidance with evidence-based emotional support. Together, we explore what’s behind your stress, identify unhelpful patterns, and develop tools to manage anxiety more effectively. Through this process, clients often discover a renewed sense of direction and the confidence to make meaningful changes in their professional lives.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I have been counseling clients dealing with a variety of mental, emotional, and relational issues for over 16 years. I have counseled adolescents, adults, families, couples and groups. I decided to pursue a doctorate in Marriage and Family Therapy because I realized the impact that our families, and society as well, have on our mental and emotional development. The impact is both positive and negative and may manifest as depression, anxiety, grief, low self-esteem, a lack of a sense of self and other mental and emotional disorders.
In counseling, I help clients explore those influences and the impact on their life. My specialties then center around helping clients gain insight into those influences, become more empowered, develop a stronger sense of self, and take steps to become who they really are; thereby addressing mental and emotional health issues.
It's important to note that many times, experiences unfortunately include trauma and loss. It may be childhood or other trauma. Identifying, acknowledging and processing trauma and loss is therefore often a part of the process of becoming more empowered and developing that strong sense of self described above.

Hello! My name is Leticia Graham. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) based in Southeast Georgia. I received my Bachelor of Science in Health with an emphasis on Substance Abuse in 1995 from the University of North Florida in Jacksonville, Florida. I later decided to return to the University of North Florida and received my Master of Science in Health with an emphasis on Health Education/Health Promotion and my Master of Public Health. I worked as a substance abuse counselor for 15 years with both adolescents and adults in Jacksonville, Florida. Many of these clients were dual diagnosed clients (also suffering from mental health issues). In November 2013, I was laid off due to the grant I worked under ending and not being renewed. During this time, I have found that I would like to continue working in the counseling field on a part-time basis while my daughter is in school. It was at this time that I decided to pursue my Master of Professional Counseling from Grand Canyon University. Christ led me to this career.
I seek to establish a mutual understanding of the issue through metaphor and collaboration with my clients. Providing an unbiased view of the problem formation and explore its solution via the client’s own understanding. I wish to establish a warm and caring relationship with you in order to assist in building on your strengths and better cooperate with you towards meeting your goals and living the meaningful life you value and desire.

I also love to use mindfulness and bibliotherapy with clients and have been amazed at the success of using all of these approaches.
You have taken the first step towards your new life already by researching which led you here. Won't you take that next step and connect today so that we can begin your journey? Change is hard, but I will be here to support you every step of the way!

west central Georgia and east central Alabama. I graduated from the University of Georgia's MSW program in 1993 and became an LCSW in 1996. I have worked in home health and hospice for most of my career with a strong emphasis on geriatrics and dementia care. I have experience in inpatient psychiatric settings and residential services as well.
I am looking to fill a niche that I have seen wanting attention for some time. For many years I have seen elders and their families in their homes but had to refer out any counseling other than crisis intervention to outpatient therapists. The problem is that I have been referring homebound people for outpatient therapy. This is not effective for many reasons.
With the help of Grow Therapy, I intend to offer my services of counseling and case management to people in the comfort of their own homes. I will become a mobile mental health provider to serve a population that has gone largely underserved for all too long. My coverage area for in-home therapy will be Lee, Russell, and Chambers counties in Alabama as well as Muscogee, Chattahoochee, and Harris Counties in Georgia.
I am opening up limited appointment times for virtual counseling as of mid May 2024.

Hi, I’m Lauren, and I’m glad you’re here. I know how overwhelming it can be to take the first step towards change.
I work with people navigating anxiety, relationship struggles, emotional regulation challenges, and reproductive trauma—whether that includes fertility issues, loss, birth trauma, or the complex emotions around these experiences. These are deeply personal and often isolating journeys, and you don’t have to go through them alone.
In our work together, we’ll create a space where your story can unfold at your own pace. I’m here to help you reconnect with your voice, explore what’s feeling stuck or heavy, and build the emotional tools you need to move forward with more clarity and self-compassion. You don’t have to have all the answers to begin. You just have to show up—and I’ll meet you there.
Do your own needs always seem to fall to the bottom of your to-do list? Do you catch yourself wondering if life should feel better… happier?
You’re not alone. Many people today feel anxious, overwhelmed, and unsure of how to manage their relationships, careers, and responsibilities. Ignoring your own needs can lead to emotional and physical exhaustion—but change is possible.
I’m a graduate of the University of West Georgia with a Bachelor’s in Psychology and hold a Master’s in Professional Counseling from Argosy University. Since 2009, I’ve worked in private practice, counseling individuals and families. My areas of focus include depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, and substance abuse.

Over the past eight years I have worked in private practice and higher education serving clients of a variety of ages and backgrounds. I hold a Masters of Science in Clinical Psychology as well as undergraduate degrees in Biology, Theater, and Philosophy. I have traveled extensively and learned much about interacting with others from different backgrounds and cultures. My primary life roles are as a father and husband. My self-care includes gardening, reading, and traditional hand tool woodworking.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. For more than twenty years, I’ve worked with adults, teens, and families facing trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship struggles. My main orientation is Internal Family Systems (IFS), which I use to help people understand and heal the protective and wounded parts of themselves. I also integrate attachment-based and emotionally focused approaches to strengthen how clients relate to themselves and to the people who matter most.
I come to this work as both a professional and a person who’s lived through many of the challenges my clients face. I’m a parent who knows the daily strain of trying to be present for your family when you’re already running on empty. I’m a trauma survivor who understands what it’s like to rebuild trust in yourself after being hurt. I’ve dealt with painful medical conditions that have tested my patience, resilience, and faith in the system. I’m a husband in an interracial marriage, which continually deepens my understanding of identity, perspective, and what it means to hold space for difference with love and respect. And I’ve been both a therapist and a client, so I know how vulnerable it can feel to sit in that chair and hope the person across from you really gets it.
Because of those experiences, very little shocks me and nothing makes me see you as “less than.” I don’t view trauma, pain, or mistakes as signs of weakness — they’re evidence of survival. My job is to meet you there with honesty, compassion, and respect, and help you find your way forward at a pace that’s right for you.
