I have over 20 years of experience in mental health and social services. I have a Doctorate in Theology, a certified chaplain, and am well-versed in Faith-Based Counseling.

My initial sessions are introductions, discussing expectations of the therapeutic relationship, and gaining an understanding of what led my clients to want counseling services.

As a Theologian with a Doctorate of Theology, I am able to incorporate Biblical-Based and Faith Practices into therapy no matter the faith or religion. The basis of this approach is based on each individuals Moral Philosophy.
Trauma-Focused CBT
As a Trauma Specialist with over 20 years experience working in trauma and crisis, I have learned how to utilized Trauma-Informed Care with CBT to assist in healing from the past.
