Mostly active listening. I will ask a lot of questions (and some of them might makke you feel uncomfortable) but its important that I get to know you and learn about the challenges you are facing that threaten your quality of life.
It is my goal to help you learn ways to better regulate your intense emotions, improve your interpersonal skills, increase your mindfulness, and build your tolerance for dealing with uncomfortable feelings without them derailing your life.

My first impression of Michele is that she was very attentive. She listened intently and told me what she heard me speak to. She was not shy in stating the work I’d be up against to get to the goal. Looking forward to our next session.
