In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into specific challenges your facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow up sessions.

I have had specialized training in the following areas: Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, Parenting, Marriage, and Family, Teens. I have worked 14 years in counseling thru the school system and 12 years in mental health therapy. I collaborate with local physicians to assist with any med management needs. I also have knowledge of natural alternatives to medications, for those individuals who prefer these natural options.
