Are you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or wishing you could reconnect with the joy you once felt in your relationships and life? Balancing a career, marriage, and family can be deeply challenging, especially with today’s pressures. As someone who’s been married to my best friend for 40 years while raising well-adjusted children, I understand how stressful these roles can be. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with nine years of experience providing counseling across community mental health centers, school-based settings, and private practice. Since 2019, I’ve offered telehealth services alongside in-person sessions, ensuring clients receive quality care—wherever they are.
I'm a fully licensed therapist who found my calling in mental health after spending 14 years in education. Hello, I am Shaqueena. Are you tired of being tired? Do you feel that no one understands your situation or that no one can relate? Are you unsure if therapy is right for you?
If you are here, then that means that you are ready and motivated to make some changes in your life. Seeking help can sometimes be tough, which is why I believe that we all experience things in our life that goes beyond our ability to cope and when that happens we need a little more assistance.
As a licensed professional counselor, my ultimate goal is to first normalize seeking assistance by decreasing the stigma on mental health. In doing so, my goal is to assist individuals in their healing process, to empower individuals to become the best version of themselves and to help individuals to see that life is completely what you make it.
My preference for treatment is to utilize a trauma-informed approach in addition to CBT, EMDR and Choice/Reality Therapy.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I understand the struggles of everyday life - from trying to narrow down and specify just one goal to living through a pandemic while also managing anxiety and stress.
Great to meet you!
I’m an LCSW providing virtual therapy throughout Georgia. My goal is to offer a convenient and safe space where you can prioritize your mental and emotional well-being. With extensive experience supporting individuals through life’s challenges, I am dedicated to helping you cultivate balance, emotional clarity, and meaningful change. As a wife, mother, and professional, I understand how difficult it can be to manage all that life throws at us, yet doing so is essential for long-term growth and healing. If you’re feeling overwhelmed by past experiences or future worries, I’m here to support you. I also specialize in addiction treatment and working with clients to learn to find healthy ways to find stability and support.
Hi! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and have earned my Master's Degree in Clinical Social Work and Undergraduate Degree in Psychology with a minor in Religious Studies. I am passionate about helping people whom may be having difficulty navigating different mental health issues such as PTSD/ Trauma, Loss, Depression, and Anxiety. I take a person-centered approach with clients to give them a space to talk freely and openly without fear of judgement while being empathetic and compassionate throughout the therapeutic process. It takes a lot of courage to take the step to enter therapy, and I am happy you have made this first step in your healing journey!

Hello, My name is Kelley Brown and I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC), anger management specialist and life coach. Additionally, I am a mental health first aid instructor/ advocate across the State of Georgia. I have a wonderful practice, Joy in Motion (www.joynmotion.org) that I am proud of because it focuses on healing, hope, and restoration for individuals, families, and couples. I have created therapeutic resources (journals) to aid individuals I work with to develop positive self-talk, reflection and affirmations. My practice is currently remote, and in person. I have been passionate about serving others for decades. I'm a former educator. My educational background and behavioral health experience are my greatest joy because I am and have been afforded the opportunity to play a part in the restoration and freedom in the lives of so many individuals.
