Hi I am Suzie Amacker. I help people who struggle with anxiety and relationships to feel a lot less anxious. Are you always a little bit afraid that an anxiety attack is right around the corner? Have you been hit with surprise anxiety more times than you can count? I know exactly how you feeling, the pounding chest, the shortness of breath, the feeling that the walls are closing in on you. Attacks can be terrifying and I don't want you to suffer from them anymore. You have made a good choice in choosing to get help. My best strengths are that I try to cut through the cutter to get to the root of the issues and work with them to find solutions in as short amount of time as possible.
