Recovery is not just about substances. It is about reclaiming yourself. I believe we are all recovering from something, whether that is trauma, anxiety, burnout, grief, unhealthy relationships, substance use, or years of surviving instead of truly living. Healing is not about becoming someone new. It is about reconnecting with the version of yourself that has been buried beneath life's experiences.
I work with millennials who are ready to better understand themselves, break unhealthy generational patterns, and create lasting change. Together, we will explore what is keeping you stuck while building practical skills that help you move forward with greater confidence, clarity, and intention.
My approach is warm, honest, and collaborative. I create a space where you feel safe enough to be vulnerable while also feeling supported enough to grow. I believe therapy should be compassionate, practical, and empowering. You can expect me to listen with empathy while gently challenging the beliefs and behaviors that may no longer be serving you.
Whether you are navigating life transitions, relationship struggles, trauma, anxiety, substance use, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself, you do not have to face it alone. My goal is to help you not only feel better but also build a life that feels authentic, balanced, and meaningful. Together, we will focus on helping you move beyond survival and toward lasting recovery and healing.
Hi, I'm Shelley!
Do you feel like you are stuck in a cycle and can't get out? Do you feel unseen and unwanted? Are you struggling with showing yourself grace and mercy?
I help people who are struggling with life issues develop better skills to cope with and redirect their lives in the way that makes them more genuine with themselves and others. Together, we explore how you view the world and if your view or thinking patterns can be adjusted to help you grow. I specialize in helping teens and adults work on symptoms of depression, anxiety, self-harming behaviors, life stressors, and life transitions.
My goal as a therapist is to be open, honest, genuine. I will provide unconditional positive regard. I love mixing talk therapy with things you can use daily to improve your view of yourself and your life. Therapy can be scary, being open to someone you don't know is risky. I want to provide a safe space for you to be yourself. I look forward to meeting you!
Shelley

During her clinical experience, she has utilized evidence-based modalities that include Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Reality Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Behavior Therapy, and Psychoanalysis.
I have over 10 years of experience working in mental health, and I have been in private practice for the last 5. I have spent the majority of my counseling career in community mental health, which has given me the skills to meet people where they are at, and to be able to work with a diverse client population. I have extensive training in the treatment of Postpartum Depression and Anxiety, anxiety disorders, phobias, eating disorders, and trauma/PTSD. I'm certified in EMDR, CBT, and integrate a variety of therapeutic modalities when working with clients.
I grew up in the northeast, in a small town in rural Vermont. My family decided to relocate to southeast Georgia in 2023, and since then I have been providing telehealth therapy to clients throughout Georgia and Florida. I enjoy spending free time with my two children, my husband, and close friends and family. I enjoy being active and being outdoors as much as possible.

Hello and welcome. I'm Scarlet, a mental health counselor dedicated to empowering high-achievers. If you're successful on the outside but feel overwhelmed, doubtful, or burned out on the inside, I provide a sanctuary. Together, we'll transform stress into strength and achievement into holistic well-being, so you can thrive in all areas of your life. My approach is like a compass: warm yet direct, helping you challenge limiting beliefs, set unshakable boundaries, and rebuild confidence from the inside out. I believe in working collaboratively to not just manage symptoms, but to uncover and heal the root causes of your struggles. Whether you’re navigating a life transition, healing old wounds, or simply longing to feel ‘enough,’ I’ll help you reclaim ownership of your story. We will blend practical strategies with deep, insightful work, ensuring you have both the tools for daily life and the foundational shifts for lasting change. Growth begins when you stop fighting alone.
I’m a mental health professional with a background in counseling, education, human services, and advocacy. I’ve worked with adults, youth, and families navigating relationships, life transitions, identity, stress, and difficult circumstances. My approach is relational, practical, and individualized. I believe therapy is about understanding the whole person, not just the problem that brought you in, and creating meaningful change that carries beyond the therapy room.
Life can feel overwhelming, especially when past experiences, anxiety, or self-doubt make it hard to move forward. As a warm and grounding therapist (who isn’t afraid to add a little humor when it helps), I create a space where you don’t have to have everything figured out. You just need to show up as you are. I help adults, teens, couples, BIPOC clients, LGBTQIA+ individuals, and those navigating spiritual or religious trauma reconnect with themselves, find clarity, and build healthier patterns.
Hi, I'm Lisa and I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor. I have extensive experience in helping clients manage and work through anxiety, depression, breakups/divorce, grief and loss, and a bunch of other things that life throws our way. I view counseling as a partnership between the therapist and the client, and my goal is always to support clients in strengthening their relationship with themselves.
My name is Kevin Crabtree, and I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor in Georgia. I wanted to be a therapist from the time I saw Deanna Troi on Star Trek: The Next Generation, because I knew even then that feeling truly heard and understood could change everything. Since 2008, I've worked with at-risk children and families, federal and state prisoners, and military service members and their families, and that range has given me a deep and practical understanding of how human beings actually navigate hard times.
I am solution-focused and strength-based, and I work to reduce the stigma around mental health by helping clients build support, expand coping skills, and find language for what they're experiencing. I have a particular focus on men's mental health, especially for Southern men who may have grown up with the message that asking for help is a weakness. I believe getting support sooner makes everything else, relationships, career, daily life, more manageable, and I try to make that process feel as straightforward and judgment-free as possible.
In our first session, I'll share a bit about my background, give you a tour of the Grow platform, and then we'll start talking about what brings you in and what you're hoping to get out of our work together.
I takes a special interest in overcoming the barriers to mental health care for Southern men, aged 20-50.
I’m a compassionate, trauma-informed Licensed Professional Counselor with eight years of experience helping individuals navigate life transitions, heal from emotional pain, and build healthier relationships with themselves and others. I began my career as a school counselor, which allows me to connect especially well with adolescents and young adults. I create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe, heard, and empowered to grow and create meaningful change.
I’m a therapist who believes in practical tools and deep understanding working hand in hand. I meet you where you are, without judgment, and help you move toward where you want to be. My approach combines evidence-based techniques like CBT and ACT with a focus on your values, strengths, and real-life goals. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, life transitions, or just feeling stuck, we’ll collaborate to build clarity and resilience. You’ll find a safe, supportive space where we focus on creating meaningful change—together.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Master Addiction Counselor with more than 40 years of experience helping people heal and grow. My work focuses on supporting clients facing mental health challenges, addiction, and trauma, including sexual abuse trauma. I offer individual, couples, family, and group counseling, and I tailor my approach to meet the unique needs of each client.
My counseling style is eclectic, meaning I draw from different evidence-based approaches to find what works best for you. Whether you’re navigating challenges with anxiety, anger management, addiction, or relationships, I strive to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and supported. My goal is to help you gain tools, clarity, and confidence as you move toward a healthier and more fulfilling life.
Hi. I'm Christine. Over-stressed and demoralized these days? Are familiar activities and places that you've found soothing suddenly not offering relief from anxiety and depression? There is no failure or shame in revamping your coping skills, finding inspiration in new narratives, and challenging old beliefs that keep you from embracing the many versions (discovered and undiscovered) of you! Are you caught in the comparison trap? Spiraling in a bad algorithm? I will help you find meaningful connection, improve relationship skills, and teach emotional regulation strategies. Life transitions can be tricky too, and it can be helpful to talk though periods of loss and change. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a background in journalism, gardening, and photography. Welcome! My name is Tameka and I am a licensed professional counselor in the state of Georgia. I have 17+ years of experience working in the mental health field. I have worked in a variety of settings including inpatient, residential, partial care, outpatient, and in-home.
It is my belief that you have everything you need within you to live your best life and be your best self, however, unhealed wounds can slow that timeline of seeing that manifest. It is my goal to guide, educate, support, and empower my clients on their way to healing.
I find great joy when my clients have that light bulb moment when they realize they in fact can be the captain of their healing/journey. I also understand that not everyone is of the mindset that they need healing and may require someone to help them build their personal road map of goals, I can also assist with that and would say I would serve in more of a coaching role for you.
Lastly, picking the right therapist can be scary, I would like to share that I find the therapeutic alliance as a collaboration of communication, honesty, and mutual respect. If you feel I am a good fit for you, I would love to walk alongside you as you explore your inner challenges and develop long-term solutions to those challenges.

I’m Dr. Fese Elonge, Ph.D., LCSW, a licensed clinical social worker with over 13 years of experience supporting adults through anxiety, stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, and emotional overwhelm. My doctoral-level training strengthens my practice through advanced clinical knowledge, research-informed care, and a deeper understanding of how culture, relationships, and life experiences shape emotional well-being. I provide culturally responsive, evidence-based therapy in a supportive and collaborative space where clients can gain insight, develop practical skills, and create meaningful, lasting change.
My philosophy towards Therapy is the following:
"The nice thing about things that are urgent is that if you wait long enough they aren’t urgent anymore.” --Dr. Amos Tversky The demands of modern society have created an environment in which every moment of every day seems to be urgent. This constant sense of urgency leads to stress, which in turn makes you feel overwhelmed and unfulfilled. You may feel like each day is no more than a series of crises and that you can’t keep up with everything. Finding your way out of this loop requires stepping outside of your daily routine and figuring out what really matters to you.
It takes a great deal of courage to seek help for oneself. I commend you for taking the first step towards improving your life and will stand by and encourage you along this journey together.
Anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, and trauma can leave you feeling overwhelmed, uncertain, or stuck. Whether you're navigating stress, divorce, family conflict, or other significant life changes, therapy can help you build the tools and confidence to move forward.

You don’t have to go through it alone. I’m here to walk beside you—one conversation at a time.
My work is:
Direct but compassionate
Strategic, not surface-level
Collaborative — you stay in control
Focused on symptom reduction and sustainable growth
Therapy should not feel vague. You should leave sessions with insight and tools.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with more than 24 years of clinical experience, specializing in addiction recovery, trauma treatment, stages of change, and couples therapy. Welcome! I’m Jaylin, a Licensed Professional Counselor who believes therapy is a space to slow down, make sense of what you’re carrying, and reconnect with yourself.
I work with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, burnout, emotional overwhelm, and neurodivergence—especially those who are accustomed to being strong, capable, or dependable for everyone else. When you spend so much time meeting others’ needs and managing life’s demands, it can become difficult to recognize your own needs, trust your emotions, or care for yourself without guilt.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that greater self-understanding creates room for meaningful change. Together, we’ll explore the patterns, experiences, and expectations shaping how you respond to yourself and others. We’ll work toward strengthening emotional awareness, establishing healthier boundaries, and developing ways to care for yourself without self-abandonment.
My hope is that therapy becomes a place where you feel understood, gain clarity, and build a life that feels more peaceful, authentic, and sustainable.

Hi, I’m Akemi. Welcome!
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who loves helping people over 30 navigate the messy middle of life- those seasons of transition, anxiety, and self-doubt that can leave you feeling stuck or unsure of your next steps. My passion is helping you sort through those feelings, rebuild confidence, and move forward with clarity and hope.
For clients who want to bring faith into the process, I also provide Christian counseling, blending biblical truth with practical, evidence-based therapy. Whether your faith is the foundation of your life or just one piece of your journey, we’ll incorporate it in a way that feels authentic to you.
I’ll admit, I’m a bit of a brain nerd. I enjoy teaching clients what’s happening in their mind and body, why it can feel so hard to break old habits, how subconscious thoughts drive behavior, and practical ways to retrain the nervous system. (Geeky? Yes. Helpful? Absolutely.)
My style is warm, encouraging, and goal-focused. I’ll meet you right where you are with compassion, honesty, and this is the "judgement free zone", like Planet Fitness!
Outside of the therapy room, I’ve authored two books, 15 Minute Journal Prompts for the Postpartum Mom and Mindful Mandalas for Moms and I’m currently working on my third book.
While I don’t specialize in treating bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, schizophrenia, eating disorders, or substance use disorders, I’m always happy to refer clients to trusted colleagues who do.
At the heart of my work is a simple belief: therapy should feel like a safe, uplifting space where you can be yourself, work through what’s weighing on you, and take meaningful steps toward the life you want. It would be an honor to walk alongside you on that journey.
Akemi McGoogan, MSW, LCSW

Areas of Focus Include:
Anxiety, panic, and depression

Burnout, work-related difficulties, and family dynamics

In 2012 I began my grad school application essay by saying that it had taken me 62 years to discover what I wanted to be when I grew up. I have now been practicing for about 10 years and I bring to my practice a love for learning and exploring, combined with a steadfast belief in not only the ability, but the right of people to grow and heal. I use techniques from a number of therapeutic modalities, and even pull from my own life experience and my training as a coach. I prefer whenever possible to be client-led because I believe that we each have the answers we need within ourselves, and that you are the expert on you. That means my job is to develop a trusting relationship between us, to listen deeply, and reflect with you, encouraging and guiding you to reach your goals. I find this to be the most exciting and rewarding work I have ever done, and look forward to a collaboration based on who you are and what you need.

My approach is integrative, trauma-informed, and relationship-centered, drawing from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), the Gottman Method, CBT, ACT, and somatic and mindfulness-based interventions.
My style is laid back, grounded, and compassionate, with a good sense of humor. I strive to create a space that feels safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental, where you can slow down, be honest, and explore what’s really going on beneath the surface. Therapy with me is collaborative and thoughtful, focused not only on reducing distress but also on helping you grow into a more authentic, secure, and connected version of yourself.
Hello,
Do you ever feel like anxiety is preventing you from living up to your full potential? I empower high-functioning clients such as yourself to reduce the sometimes debilitating effects of anxiety to help you live a more fulfilling life.
I am Lakeesha, a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Georgia. Not only do I have a wealth of experience working with clients challenged with depression, anxiety, ADHD, and family and relationship issues; but I also have a great deal of experience in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy which I use to help clients through emotional trauma.
I am known as a good listener, compassionate and caring. I develop a therapeutic rapport by engaging with my clients and being empathetic. I provide a positive, respectful and non-judgmental safe space where you can express your feelings and realize your potential.
Life is challenging but my goal is to equip you with the skills needed to help you navigate the difficult times and empower you to improve your quality of life.
