📅 Offering Virtual Therapy for Teens and Women Across Florida
I specialize in helping teens and women navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, eating disorders, and borderline personality disorder (BPD). Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck in self-destructive patterns, or struggling to manage your emotions, my approach is designed to provide real, evidence-based skills that make a difference.
Why Work With Me? 🌿
✔ Specialized Training – I’m certified in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), an Evergreen Certified C-DBT provider, and EMDRIA-approved to provide EMDR therapy. I have completed EMDR basic training and am actively pursuing advanced consultation toward full EMDR certification. I am also currently training in Radically Open DBT (RO-DBT) to expand my work with clients who struggle with overcontrol and perfectionism.
✔ Extensive Experience – Before private practice, I worked in intensive outpatient (IOP) and partial hospitalization (PHP) settings, helping individuals face some of the most difficult struggles of their lives. This experience shaped my direct yet compassionate therapy approach.
✔ Therapy That Feels Natural – Our sessions won’t feel like a script—they’ll feel like a conversation where you feel seen, heard, and supported while gaining the skills to regain control of your emotions and life.
