Hi there. I am a licensed professional clinical counselor in Kentucky, New Hampshire and Florida. For over 16 years, I have been helping people who are living with anxiety, depression, trauma, and life changes and living with ADHD. I enjoy helping people learn how to use their own strengths to start feeling better. I have worked in a number of settings including inpatient treatment and outpatient. I enjoy meeting people from diverse backgrounds and helping people start feeling better whatever stage of life they are in.
In our first session, we will spend time getting to know each other. I want to hear what has led you to therapy so that we can begin a plan to take on the challenges together. Although I want to know all about you, you don't have to tell me everything all at once- only what you feel comfortable sharing.
Having worked with a lot of people from a lot of backgrounds, I know that everyone has strengths that they can use to start helping themselves heal. I am pretty good at spotting these and helping you to see them. I also enjoy sharing my tool bag with you so that you can take what works for you!

By learning how to recognize our thoughts, we can start to change them to better serve us. Through this, we change how we feel!
Acceptance and commitment (ACT)
Learning how to navigate life's challenges starts with learning to accept yourself. Sound impossible? well, you are not alone. But believe it or not we can learn to accept ourselves and still work for excellence! Beating yourself up is rarely a good motivator for improvement! My job is to help you learn how to do this. One of my favorite parts of my job is seeing people start to see themselves more accurately.

She is the best! She always makes me feel heard and brings a genuine warmth to every session. I feel comfortable talking to her about anything and I know she is in my corner. I honestly could write a book about how great Christine is. I’m so grateful that she is able to make time for me each week. She has helped me so much and I appreciate her endlessly!

I definitely needed someone who was stern to get me to see things as they are to move forward and out of a toxic relationship. She is down to earth and has a lot of experience. Also funny which helps lighten the load I’m carrying and letting go of!

Christine is exceptionally easy to talk to. She gives you space to hear yourself with reflective feedback and encouragement. She has been so helpful to me during a tough life transition.
