Helping Women Heal from Betrayal, Reclaim Their Identity, and Rebuild Trust in Themselves
I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who is passionate about helping women who feel like they’ve lost themselves find their way back to who they truly are. My background includes working with individuals navigating anxiety, trauma, and complex relationship experiences. I specialize in supporting women who are healing from betrayal, emotional wounds, and identity struggles—especially those who appear “strong” on the outside but feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or uncertain within.
I take a warm, down-to-earth, and compassionate approach to therapy. I believe you shouldn’t have to filter yourself or have it all together to be supported. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe enough to be honest, process what you’ve been carrying, and begin rebuilding your sense of self with clarity and confidence.
As a Christian, I understand the importance of faith in the healing journey and can incorporate spiritual reflection in a way that feels supportive and empowering—if that aligns with your values.
I hold a Master’s in Clinical Mental Counseling, and my work is rooted in evidence-based practices while also honoring the emotional, relational, and (if important to you) spiritual parts of your healing.
Anxiety, relationship stress, burnout, or just feeling lost? Let’s sort it out together. I'm a South Asian License Mental Health Counselor who values honesty, humanity, and connection. Life can get overwhelming, and therapy should feel like a space where you can be honest about what you’re carrying without feeling judged. I aim to offer a warm, down-to-earth environment where sessions feel like real conversations, not pressure or perfection.
I use a person-centered approach along with practical tools like CBT to help you understand your emotions, build coping skills, and work through patterns that keep you feeling stuck. My goal is to meet you where you are and help you make changes that feel realistic and sustainable in everyday life.
I am a licensed clinical therapist working to help people overcome emotional issues, fears, and challenges in their lives. My aim is to help you achieve your goals and transform into the best version of yourself. My work involves assisting people in reducing their anxiety, alleviating depression and finding a higher purpose in one’s life to attain greater states of peace and fulfillment. I have worked in the field of mental health and addictions for over 10 years and am committed to helping people transform their lives for the better.
With over 15 years of experience in the mental health field, I am passionate about supporting adults and couples as they navigate life’s transitions and pursue meaningful growth. Whether you are a college student or recent graduate adjusting to a new season of life, an individual facing anxiety or depression, or a couple preparing for marriage or working to strengthen your relationship, I strive to provide guidance that feels both supportive and practical.
My Christian faith shapes my personal values; however, I work with people from all backgrounds and beliefs. Faith-based perspectives are incorporated into counseling only if a client specifically desires it.
My goal is to create a safe, welcoming space where you feel heard, understood, and supported. Life transitions—whether expected or unexpected—can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to navigate them alone. Together, we can explore the challenges you are facing and work toward the emotional and personal goals that matter most to you.
I specialize in working with adults experiencing life changes, including college and post-college transitions, relationship challenges, marriage and premarital preparation, and parenting. I also support individuals navigating anxiety, depression, and stress that often accompany these seasons of change. My background as a behavioral specialist in community mental health allows me to effectively support adults diagnosed with ADHD or autism spectrum disorder, as well as parents raising children with these diagnoses.
In my work with couples, I draw from my experience as a trained Prepare/Enrich facilitator to help partners strengthen communication, navigate conflict, and build healthier, more connected relationships.
When working with individuals, I primarily use a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) approach to address concerns such as anxiety, depression, and life transitions. My focus is on equipping you with practical tools and strategies so you can move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and resilience.

Starting therapy can be overwhelming, whether for the first time ever or the first time in a while. Many of us have been shamed and dismissed for what we had to do to survive, even in therapy. My goal is to help you understand what your past taught you, and how you may be carrying these lessons in a way that no longer benefits you. This is not meant to "dwell in the darkness" but to reconnect with yourself and learn how you can begin to show up for yourself in ways that did not feel possible in the past.

I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor doing virtual therapy in Kansas, Missouri, Pennsylvania, and Florida. I offer Christian therapy and am a trauma therapist trained in techniques to work with wonderful people who face challenges that keep them from reaching their maximum potential. If your struggling in your home life, career, school, or in relationships. Oftentimes, feelings of being alone can result in high levels of anxiety; trauma responses, low self-worth, and emotional fatigue. These feelings can lead to many other issues that can take a toll on your mood, career, and relationships in a safe and supportive environment. I can help you to move forward!
I’m a husband and dad to three boys (ages 16, 13 and 8), and family is a huge part of my life. We live on a 20-acre homestead where we raise chickens, goats, pigs, and cows, and we spend a lot of time in the garden. Life on the farm keeps me grounded and reminds me daily of the value of patience, hard work, and slowing down to enjoy what really matters. Faith and community are also central for me. I’m actively involved in my church, and I see my work as an extension of that calling to walk alongside others.
I’ve always had an entrepreneurial streak. Alongside my therapy work, I am starting a tech start-up, I’ve run an online store, and I even dabble in Bitcoin mining. I enjoy the challenge of building things from the ground up and thinking outside the box. I also read a lot, and my libertarian leanings have been shaped by writers like Murray Rothbard. The conservative/libertarian focus on freedom, personal responsibility and low time preference connects deeply with how I approach life and therapy: we’re at our best when we are free to live with responsibility in society, own our choices, and pursue truth apart from coercion.
When it comes to therapy itself, I integrate my faith with practical, proven methods. I use Christian Counseling, CBT, Reality Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and the Gottman Method to help people grow emotionally, spiritually, and relationally. My goal is to give you a space where your values are respected, your faith is honored, and you feel equipped to face life’s challenges with hope and clarity.
If you’re looking for a therapist who understands the importance of faith, family, freedom, and practical tools for change, I’d love to walk with you on your journey.
Hi, I’m Kristen — a licensed mental health therapist. I hold a Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University. I began my work in mental health while living overseas, where connecting with people across different cultures taught me how universal our needs for belonging, purpose, and joy truly are. I walk alongside clients navigating anxiety, addiction, trauma, and relationship challenges, helping them feel more grounded and supported. My background in education and performing arts allows me to attune to emotional expression and bring creativity into the therapeutic process, making our work together both engaging and deeply meaningful.
Welcome!
I am Sarah and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Certified School Counselor in Florida. My 20 years of clinical experience have given me opportunity to work with a diverse population and in various therapeutic settings from Residential treatment, outpatient, to in-home therapy. These experiences have shaped me both personally and professionally.
I have experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families. Although I have had opportunities to help clients work through different needs, I have a wealth of experience particularly working with clients who have experienced trauma, those experiencing anxiety and depression, difficulty with relationships and communication, difficulty managing stress or stressful events. Additionally, I have experience working families helping build healthy, secure attachments between parents and children.
I believe therapists best serve their clients by walking beside them with a strength -based and client- centered approach. Through a strong therapeutic relationship, clients are able to change the way they see themselves, heal from previous or current hurts, and change the way they interact with others.
My goal is to partner and collaborate with my clients to identify what goals the client wishes to work on, identify coping strategies that work most effectively for them, and help the client better understand what has caused the current distress they are experiencing. My intention behind this approach is to support and empower clients to continuing to grow far past their final therapy session.

I also did counseling with the adult through Geriatrics population at a Community Mental Health Center.
I provide neurodivergent-informed evaluations and therapy that are trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, and gender-affirming focused on autism, ADHD, and co-occurring diagnoses. Evaluations are deeply collaborative and tailored to client goals, which may include diagnostic clarification, support for accommodations (as determined during the consultation call), accessing appropriate prescribers, improving resource accessibility, and making sense of past experiences through a neurodiversity-affirming lens. Each evaluation centers the individual’s voice and story—offering a meaningful, strengths-based understanding of their lived experience. As a provider who is neurodivergent and has significant personal and professional experience in therapy and evaluation for individuals with autism and ADHD, my commitment is to deliver compassionate and thorough care. I aim to empower you with the knowledge, skills, and support necessary to navigate your diagnosis and achieve a fulfilling life.

Often, our past wounds show up in the present as constant self-doubt, people-pleasing, or a nervous system that always feels on high alert. Hello! I am an experienced, licensed psychologist who has helped many individuals, couples, and families to navigate various life transitions. I enjoy serving clients who are willing to assess their value systems to determine if their values are still consistent with who they want to be. To some extent, our personal styles are genetically determined. However, I also believe we base our values on early learning, whether that education was positive or not.

Hello, my name is Ann and look forward to meeting and to working with you. I moved from Pennsylvania in 2019 as I could not handle winter any more and needed to be somewhere warm! I have two Master of Arts degrees from Kutztown University - one in Counseling Psychology ( obtained in 1995) and the other in School Counseling ( obtained in 2004). I started in mental health therapy in 1995, then moved into substance abuse counseling for several years, then school counseling while I raised my son for 18 yrs, and now back to mental health/substance use counseling as that is my passion. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband doing outdoor activities - especially riding the Harley and going out on the water. I love to walk daily and enjoy knitting in my spare time.
Everyone in life ( including therapists at times) need someone to talk to in order to help resolve problems, manage stress, process trauma or enhance coping skills. I believe in looking at what you want to accomplish as the goal of therapy and then working on skills to achieve that goal. I utilize cognitive-behavioral techniques as well as person-centered techniques and when needed will involve the family if the client is willing and if it will enhance our work together. I believe everyone has the tools inside them to achieve their goals; it is just about unlocking them and utilizing them. I have worked extensively with trauma survivors and have utilized mindfulness exercises. I also have worked extensively with clients who have co-occurring disorders including depression/anxiety along with substance use disorder. I also have work extensively with teenagers and LGTBQ+ community.
I have over 25 years of experience in the mental health and substance abuse world. I recently retired from the Department of Defense and I'm ready to build a caseload. I have a lot of personal and professional experience with coping and overcoming obstacles. I can help you explore the things that are holding you down and help you make changes or accept the things that you can not change.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, constantly overthinking, or emotionally drained—you’re not alone. I help individuals who are struggling with anxiety, burnout, self-doubt, and relationship stress learn how to feel more in control and confident in their daily lives.
Many of my clients are high-functioning but feel stuck in patterns of overthinking, people-pleasing, or emotional exhaustion. They’re used to carrying everything on their own and don’t always have the tools to slow their thoughts or regulate their emotions.
In our work together, we focus on what’s actually keeping you stuck—and more importantly, how to change it. You’ll learn practical skills to manage anxiety, quiet overthinking, set healthy boundaries, and respond differently in situations that usually overwhelm you.
My approach is structured, supportive, and goal-oriented. I use evidence-based methods like CBT, DBT, ACT, and solution-focused therapy to help you create real, lasting change—not just temporary relief. If desired, I also offer a Christian, faith-based perspective.
If you’re ready for therapy that is both supportive and practical, I’m here to help you build clarity, confidence, and a stronger sense of control.
I’m a collaborative therapist who genuinely loves this work and that comes through in every session. I care deeply about the people I work with, and I see myself as part of your team, not just someone you report to. Outside of the office, I stay active, spend time outdoors, and keep investing in my own growth. I use the same tools I teach, because mental health is something we all have to work at.
I believe healing is deeply personal. My job isn’t to hand you a roadmap, it’s to help you find your own strengths, build real confidence, and move toward the life you actually want.
I work with women navigating life transitions, including changes in relationships, family roles, and health. These experiences can bring anxiety, emotional overwhelm, and the effects of trauma into focus, and can influence how thoughts, emotions, and the body interact.
As a yoga therapist and yoga teacher for over 25 years, mindfulness is a natural part of my work and informs how I understand and approach the mind body connection. I integrate mindfulness based stress reduction, mindfulness based cognitive therapy, and somatic therapy into sessions in a way that supports awareness and emotional regulation.
My training as a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania, Florida, South Carolina and Delaware allows me to bring these approaches together in a way that is both clinically grounded and also responsive to your experience.

I'm Juan Carlos Martell, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida and the founder of Psych Life Incorporated. I believe therapy should feel like a real conversation — not a clinical evaluation. When you sit with me, you're not a diagnosis or a case file. You're a person navigating something difficult, and you deserve to be met with warmth, honesty, and genuine understanding.
My approach blends Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Existential Therapy to help you work through what's weighing you down while reconnecting with what actually matters to you. CBT gives you practical, evidence-based tools to shift the thought patterns keeping you stuck. Existential therapy invites us to go deeper, exploring questions about identity, purpose, and the kind of life you truly want to build. Together, they create change that's both practical and meaningful.
I work with adults and teens in navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, self-doubt, and the quiet question so many of us carry: "Is this really the life I want?" Sessions with me are warm, direct, and free of jargon. You'll leave with tools you can actually use — not just insight, but real strategies for your everyday life.
Outside the therapy room, I'm a published author of The Adventures of Kevin and Friends, a children's mental health book series designed to help families talk openly about emotions like anxiety, depression, and bullying. I'm also the creator of PsychLife on Instagram, where I've spent years making psychology accessible to people who never thought therapy was "for them," and the founder of MindfulPractice, an upcoming mental health app rooted in CBT, ACT, and mindfulness. Everything I do comes back to one mission: making mental health real, relatable, and within reach. You don't have to figure it out alone. Be the artist of your own life.
Welcome, I'm Brian, and I am a Florida licensed mental health counselor.

I’m a bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with 12 years of experience supporting young adults and adults navigating anxiety, depression, grief, and life transitions. I provide therapy in both English and Spanish, creating a space where clients can express themselves comfortably and authentically. My approach combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and a strong foundation in compassion and self-compassion. I help clients understand their patterns, build practical coping skills, and learn to navigate both the challenges they can change and the ones they cannot. My goal is to help you feel more in control, more confident, and better equipped to move forward.
