If you’re living with chronic illness, you know it’s more than a diagnosis. It’s the flares, the appointments, the doctors who didn’t believe you, and often older trauma your body is still carrying. I live with Crohn’s, celiac disease, and arthritis, and I help adults with chronic illness and trauma, including childhood, sexual, and medical trauma. A bit about me: I’m South Asian, a chronic illness advocate, a traveler, a foodie, and a dog owner.
I am a clinical social worker, therapist & life coach. I collaborate with clients in facilitating their ability to navigate their journey through change. I provide clients the opportunity to learn, change and grow, and I provide guidance for them to learn healthy adaptive ways to improve their response to encounters with life stressors and challenging life situations. Clients are engaged in various evidence based therapeutic interventions and the exploration and discovery of their untapped potential, so they can harness the necessary skills and strategies to facilitate behavioral change.
In the scope of my practice I aim to empower clients through sessions that are based on a holistic, client driven approach. I view clients through the lens of their personal environment, as their well-being is significantly shaped by their life experiences. In addressing clients presenting issues, I take into consideration the correlation between their presenting issues and their environment; i.e., social, cultural and physical, that contribute to current challenging life circumstances. Focus is given to past experiences and current situations to help them navigate their therapy encounter and future successfully.
I’m Ashley Estimable, LCSW. I provide warm, evidence-based telehealth therapy for clients in Florida and Virginia who are navigating anxiety, burnout, grief, relationship stress, life transitions, and the pressure of seeming “high-functioning” while feeling overwhelmed underneath. My style is collaborative, practical, and grounded. I value culturally responsive care and believe therapy should honor the context you carry, including identity, family expectations, culture, work, relationships, and lived experience.
My name is David Patrick, LCSW. I have 14 years of experience dealing with a wide array of topics that bring people to therapy. I view the therapeutic relationship as a partnership. I see myself and my clients as friends on a journey of discovery about themselves. I do not lead, nor allow myself to be led, I believe we are equals. I listen intently and make suggestions and sometimes assign homework when appropriate. Remember, there are 168 hours in a typical week, and most people only see their therapist for one hour, leaving 167 hours outside the weekly session to practice and explore questions and see if the new results are present. I see us as equals and occasionally I will make suggestions, but ultimately this is a time of discovery for the individual and it is a privilege to walk alongside you on your journey.

You may have heard things like, “Just move on,” “let it go,” or “that’s in the past.” But if the pain is still there, if your heart feels heavy, if it affects your daily life, if you have to pretend everything is fine, or if it takes great effort just to get through your responsibilities, you may be experiencing trauma-related responses.
Therapy offers a safe and supportive space where you can process what you’ve been through, validate your emotions, and develop healthy ways to heal and move forward. A trauma-focused approach allows us to work gently and effectively with your experiences while strengthening your emotional stability and sense of control.

Hi, I'm Ricardo. I'm a Hispanic man who's done my own work in therapy to figure out who I am and who I want to be—which is a big part of why I do this work today.
I went into counseling field because I kept seeing people who felt unheard or misunderstood by the people around them, often carrying more than anyone realized. That's especially true for a lot of men and teenage boys I've worked with—individuals who feel like they're supposed to be strong, keep things to themselves, or handle things alone, but who rarely have a space to actually talk about what's underneath that. I grew up seeing some of those same pressures and unhealthy patterns around what it means to "be a man," and part of my work now is helping men and boys move away from those roles and into a healthier, more grounded version of who they are—as partners, providers, sons, and people.
I especially enjoy working with teenage boys who are figuring out who they are, often at an age when it's hard to talk to the adults around them about what's really going on. I try to meet them where they are—not lecturing, not judging—so they actually want to keep showing up and talking.
For parents: if your son is pulling away, shutting down, or you're just not sure how to reach him right now, that's exactly the kind of thing we can work through together.
Outside of the therapy room, I'm endlessly curious—I love traveling, learning about different cultures, sports, and music (I play a bit of guitar). I think that mix of curiosity, care, and having done some of my own work is a lot of what I bring into the room with clients.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for ten years now. You will always know yourself better than I can or will.
From a philosophical and theoretical standpoint. I am overwhelming more of an attachment theorist, and have been known to use existentialism from time to time to help make sense of something. I guess the question that remains though is; can a butterfly flap it's wings in Brazil and cause a tornado in Kentucky, or are we all simply just products of our childhood and mirrors of our parents traumas?
The duality of life.
Attachment Theory vs. Chaos Theory. Both have value. I digress.
My goal is to provide a petridish in which you can explore your self. Safe. Contained. Yet completely in your control. The paradox being, you likely already have what you need. I'll sit with you while you find it. I can give you my clinical opinion, or diagnosis, and recommendations along the way as well if you'd like that. I can just sit and listen. I can play devils advocate. My job is to listen, empower, observe, and provide feedback when requested.
My roles have included case management, management, and professional counseling. The numerous professional opportunities I have experienced with various populations has allowed me to find a place to dedicate myself to a career of serving exceptional individuals and working with numerous health care providers in the community.
My approach is holistic and refers to the whole-person rather than focusing on specific ailments, although topic specific symptoms will also be addressed and discussed as necessary.
Hi, I'm Carolyn Dower, LCSW, LISW with 36 years experience working with adults, teens, and couples to find inner peace, better health, happier relationships, and more fulfilling work.
Would you like to understand yourself better so that you can feel better and get more of what you want in life? I help with the range of problems that people can have -- depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, grief, spiritual conflicts, and relationship problems -- or whatever is troubling you. I don't see couples with Domestic Violence issues because I don't have experience in that area.
We'll begin by listening deeply to your thoughts, feelings, and needs as you are comfortable sharing them. Together we can find solutions to your problems. We may choose to learn some simple and effective relaxation methods, empowering communication skills, and techniques to heal childhood hurts. All of this works together for good self esteem, good energy, and a good life.
Thank you for taking the time to learn about me and how we might work together. Hoping to meet you soon!

Hi, I’m Tiffany and I’m so glad that you are here. I strive to create a warm, friendly, and collaborative environment where you will feel supported and understood. We will work together to better understand your unique circumstances, discover your strengths, and develop the tools to help navigate the stressors that come your way. I also enjoy working with members of the LGBTQIA+ community and helping people to feel empowered and develop resilience. Regardless of what life throws at you, you don’t have to face it alone. My hope is that you leave each session feeling supported, empowered, and a little closer to the life that you want to create for yourself.
I am a compassionate and dedicated professional, guided by a strong sense of humanism and a genuine vocation for helping others. I believe that a good life is not a fixed state, but an ongoing process—a direction rather than a destination.
I see therapy as a meaningful path toward self-awareness and personal growth. It offers an opportunity to better understand yourself, redefine challenges, and transform them into learning experiences. Entering therapy requires courage, commitment, and openness, and through that process, real and lasting change becomes possible.
Hi, I’m Miranda! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Marine Corps veteran. I believe therapy should feel like a real conversation—not like you’re being analyzed from across the room. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life changes, or simply feeling stuck. My approach is warm, honest, and practical. There’s space for the hard conversations, the messy ones, and yes, even some laughter along the way. You don’t have to show up knowing exactly what to say or where to start. We’ll figure that part out together and focus on what moving forward looks like for you.

Hello, friends. Are you emotionally exhausted due to ongoing conflicts in life? Moreover, are you utterly overwhelmed while trying to secure a meaningful connection with family or loved ones? If so, you are not alone. Several children maintain the notion that "parents just don't understand." Conversely, many parents believe their children are mentally and emotionally disconnected from family. If this sounds like your case. . .I am extending my "virtual" hand. Let us work together to overcome issues that have long stopped you and your family from being happy, healthy, and whole.
My name is Dr. Austin, LCSW, and I assist children and families in their efforts to create a communal living environment where families thrive, not merely survive. I believe in establishing a safe, judgment-free therapeutic setting where all are treated with unconditional positive regard.

Whether you are facing a long-standing challenge or a new season of difficulty, I am here to offer a steady hand and clinical expertise to help you build a future you’re excited to live in.
Hello, and welcome!
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Florida, dedicated to helping individuals navigate life's challenges, improve their emotional well-being, and achieve meaningful personal growth.
I earned my Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Capella University in 2022 and have been practicing in the mental health field for the past three years.
I work with teenagers, young adults, adults, and seniors, providing a supportive, compassionate, and nonjudgmental environment where clients can feel comfortable expressing themselves and exploring their concerns.
My approach focuses on helping individuals develop effective coping strategies, strengthen emotional regulation, navigate everyday stressors, and build the confidence needed to overcome personal challenges. I recognize that every individual's experiences, needs, and goals are unique, which is why I emphasize personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's circumstances.
My goal is to empower clients with the tools, resources, and skills necessary to improve their mental health, develop healthier perspectives, strengthen relationships, and work toward both their immediate goals and long-term success.
I believe that personal growth is a journey, and I am committed to supporting my clients as they work toward becoming healthier, more confident, and more fulfilled versions of themselves.
