I’m a LCSW who is deeply committed to helping navigate life’s most difficult and meaningful moments. Much of my career has been spent walking alongside people during times of crisis, trauma, and transition—experiences that have shaped both my clinical skill and my compassionate approach to care.
My background gave me a profound understanding of how trauma impacts not just individuals, but entire families and support systems. I have experience supporting clients and their loved ones through end-of-life decisions and the emotional adjustment to serious or life-changing medical diagnoses. I have experience with veterans and their families, helping them manage anxiety, stress, life transitions, and the emotional impact of complex medical concerns. I am especially well-suited to support clients who are experiencing grief, trauma, identity shifts, or overwhelming life changes. Many of the people I work with feel stuck, emotionally exhausted, or unsure how to move forward—but also have a desire to find meaning, stability, and a renewed sense of purpose.
My approach to therapy is collaborative, grounded, and practical. I integrate evidence-based methods including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, and narrative therapy. This allows me to tailor our work to your unique needs—whether that means developing coping strategies, working through difficult emotions, reconnecting with your values, or reshaping the story you hold about yourself. I believe therapy should be a space where you feel seen, supported, and empowered. Together, we will work at your pace to help you build resilience, gain clarity, and move toward a life that feels more aligned with who you are and what matters most to you. If you’re feeling overwhelmed but ready for something to shift, you don’t have to navigate it alone. Change doesn’t require everything to be perfect—it just requires a place to start.
Trauma, Depression, and anxiety can feel like an unbearable weight on your shoulders. Everyone has the capacity for growth and healing and whether it requires working through the past, being mindful of the present, or prepare for the future, you are capable of creating the life you desire.
I am a client centered therapist who utilizes evidenced based, cognitive- behavioral, and mindfulness approaches in order to engage one's body, mind, and spirit for an integrated approach to wellness. Allow me to walk with you through life's obstacles in order to attain better insight and inner peace.
Hello and Welcome, I’m Thiffany.
Thank you for choosing to connect with me.
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and my mission is to help you.
I am currently only accepting new clients via teletherapy. After attending therapy myself, I realized how convenient teletherapy was in reaching my goals and feeling a sense of ownership over my time with fewer stressors to contemplate my ability to succeed (i.e. accounting for traffic time or taking time off work). Seeking help should come with fewer barriers and I want to provide you with that same peace of mind. I view therapy through a holistic viewpoint, in which I use the mind and body to help you get to the wellness you deserve.
I am trained as a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional and as a Prepare-Enrich facilitator. I am fluent in both English and Spanish. My counseling experience is with youth, adolescence, adults, couples, and families.
I look forward to meeting you and working together.
Hello! My name is Ms. Tammy Carson and I am a board-certified Psychotherapist. I am originally from Boston Massachusetts. In my younger years I traveled and worked in many states in a corporate yet still helping role as a business analyst and functioned as a project manager too in South Africa Johannesburg.
I am licensed in the state of Massachusetts and Florida. I attended a Christian college for my undergraduate degree at Eastern Nazarene a college affiliated through the church of the Nazarene. The social work department at the college mirrored and was taught social work through a Christian perspective and philosophies taken from the stories of the bible. I completed my graduate degree at Simmons School of Social Work in Boston Massachusetts, getting an MSW, and an Urban Leadership certificate.
I have been licensed and doing psychotherapy since 2013. My last job before doing psychotherapy full time was working in an emergency room alongside psychiatric residents doing crisis evaluations, advocating for all populations to get them the proper level of care needed.
I like to think in psychotherapy session’s that, “I meet people where they are at in life”, and take it from there. I am an empath and proud of it. I genuinely like helping people understand, identify and better manage their daily lives and relationships. I enjoy helping people to take control and get the best out of life for themselves.
My name is Antonette Dalberry a licensed Marriage and Family therapist in Florida for the last 25 years. I am of West Indian descent and competent with the many different cultural backgrounds that are represented here in Florida. I have worked with children, families, couples, individuals and of course the LGBTQA community. I am trained with post-post modern techniques and use quite often Cognitive Behavioral techniques, Solution Focus, Narrative Therapy and Existential Therapy with the Jungian approach that the patient is the expert in their lives.
As the wife of a physician and someone who has worked closely with RNs, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals, I understand firsthand how emotional exhaustion and constant pressure can take a toll. I’m especially passionate about helping healthcare providers heal from compassion fatigue. I am a laid-back therapist, so it’s not unusual for me to wear jeans or sandals at the office. I have lived experience with mental health personally.
I'm an LMHC licensed in Florida, and I've worked with children, adolescents, families, and (over the past three years) adults across homes, schools, outpatient settings, and social service agencies. I have particular experience with military connected families, blended families, and clients navigating ADHD, eating disorders, anxiety, mood and bipolar disorders, grief, and the kinds of life transitions that shake your sense of self. Working with clients to help them learn how to help themselves is my aim in counseling.
Do you find yourself appearing capable and composed on the outside while quietly carrying a constant sense of pressure, responsibility, or emotional exhaustion on the inside? Many high-functioning professionals and women are skilled at managing work, relationships, and expectations, yet still feel overwhelmed by the invisible weight they carry.
I am a licensed therapist dedicated to creating a safe and affirming space where your experiences are heard, respected, and explored without judgment. My counseling approach honors the complexity of your life and the cultural, relational, and personal factors that shape how you show up in the world. Together, we examine the patterns that contribute to stress, over-responsibility, emotional urgency, and difficulty prioritizing your own needs.
In therapy, we work to slow down the cycle of constant doing and shift toward greater clarity, regulation, and self-understanding. This process often includes identifying long-standing patterns, strengthening emotional boundaries, and building healthier ways of responding to stress, relationships, and internal pressure.
My goal is to support you in processing life’s challenges while reconnecting with your strengths and capacity for balance. At the center of my work is the belief that meaningful change begins with awareness, followed by intentional repair and compassionate growth—an approach reflected in the Break. Repair. Heal.™ framework that guides my practice.
I am an LGBT identifying therapist. I have been working in the mental health field for over two years in residential and community mental health settings. Which has provided me with the experience of working with a wide variety of clients.
I work with individuals who are struggling with gender identity, sexual orientation, and open relationships. I assist clients in navigating the life transitions that come up while addressing these concerns. I am kink aware and currently working on sex therapy certification.
Hello, and welcome. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who works with women ages 18 and older through individual therapy. I provide a supportive, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where clients can feel heard, understood, and empowered as they navigate life’s challenges and personal growth.
I work with concerns including anxiety, stress, trauma, grief, life transitions, burnout, self-esteem, and relationship difficulties. My approach is collaborative and grounded in evidence-based therapies such as CBT, ACT, mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, psychoeducation, and EMDR. I believe therapy should feel both supportive and practical, helping clients gain insight, develop coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change.
I also value authenticity and connection in the therapeutic relationship. While therapy often involves deep emotional work, sessions can also include humor, warmth, and moments of lightness along the way.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and I have experience working with diverse clientele from various backgrounds. I have 8 years of experience in the social work field and 3 years in clinical practice. My specialties are helping individuals with anxiety, depression, and trauma. Seeking therapy is not a sign of weakness, it is a strength, and it takes courage to ask for help.

Hello
I am a Licensed Mental Health Clinician (LMHC) who operates a virtual private practice in Florida. While I have been in the helping field since 2003, I transitioned to a clinical role in 2015 after completing my graduate studies at the Lincoln University in PA. In my practice I work with teens and adults who experience conflict or disconnection in their relationships whether it's intimate, peer, or family, those who experience difficulty regulating their emotions. I help my client live the life they desire and have supportive relationships with themselves and others.
I have 30 + years of experience helping a wide variety of individuals and couples to address life challenges and re-orient life goals in a way that increases happiness, hope, and success. I have also learned a lot from the people I have worked with. I know that you are absolutely unique. We will work together to rapidly apply skills to who you are and where you want to go.
HI, I am a therapist with 30 years of experience. I considered myself "seasoned" and not old.
In my practice, I prioritize creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their concerns, gain insight, and work toward meaningful change.
I offer bilingual sessions in English and Spanish, making my services accessible to a wider range of clients. Whether you are facing challenges in your personal life, experiencing difficulties in your relationships, or navigating a life transition, I’m here to help you understand your emotions, develop healthy coping skills, and build a more fulfilling life. My ultimate goal is to empower you to achieve emotional well-being, strengthen your relationships, and foster resilience in the face of life’s challenges.
Hiiii, my name is JaLisa and I created a private practice called Lotus Light Healing with the intention of helping clients feel empowered, grounded, and able to grow through life’s challenges, just like the lotus flower. The lotus is a symbol of resilience, representing the ability to rise through difficult or “murky” experiences and still bloom into something strong and beautiful. I view myself as a warm, collaborative, and compassionate therapist who creates a safe and nonjudgmental space for growth and self-exploration. My style is both supportive and direct, helping clients feel understood while also gently challenging patterns that may be keeping them stuck. I work with teens, young and older women navigating anxiety, relationship stress, self-esteem concerns, and life transitions, with a focus on building self-trust, emotional awareness, and healthier boundaries.
I love helping people looking to better their lives. My ideal client is someone who is interested in bettering themselves whether individually or as a couple. I specialize in codependency, adult children of alcoholic and dysfunctional families, families of addiction and interpersonal relationships.
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and I have years of experience working with addiction, process addictions, codependency, trauma, mood disorders, personality disorders, and relationship issues. I love to work with individuals and couples.
I am very well aware of how difficult it can to be to reach out for help. So often when we are in the dark it seems overwhelming to leave it. I am here to help guide you and to let you know you do not have do to it alone.

Hi, I am Dr. Rolanda Harris. I hold a Doctorate in Social Work and am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Alabama and Florida, as well as a Qualified Supervisor in Florida. I am the owner of Intentional Counseling and Consulting, LLC. I have 24 years of experience supporting and empowering individuals to navigate and cope with life's challenges. I am an intentional counselor who proactively plans my interactions and interventions based on a clear understanding of your situation and desired outcomes. I aim to understand your needs, strengths, and values to create a personalized plan that aligns with your goals and fosters positive change. Intention is more than wishful thinking; it is willful direction.
As an intentional counselor, I have had the privilege of working with chronically and terminally ill patients and their families, supporting them as they manage the emotional, physical, mental, and spiritual impact of their illness. I have experience working with college students needing support adjusting to college life, building confidence, navigating social situations, and managing stress and anxiety. I have spent years walking with bereaved individuals as they process intense emotions, attempt to understand the grieving process, and find meaning after loss. It has been an honor to support elderly individuals managing grief, the fear of mortality and aging, adapting to retirement, addressing social isolation, and experiencing a range of mental health challenges. I have also had the pleasure of supporting single mothers as they navigate the emotional impact of motherhood, mental health issues, financial stress, and building a support system.
In my practice, I do not rely solely on one specific theory, but rather draw upon different theoretical perspectives. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Mindfulness-Based Therapies, Reminiscence Therapy, and Grief Therapy.
My name is Natalya and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of clinical experience.

I am a clinical social worker with experience supporting children, adolescents, and adults across the lifespan. I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, family conflict, grief and loss, peer relationships, school issues, and self-esteem. Hi, I’m Kelly Tamburro, LPC. I’m a trauma-informed therapist who helps high achievers, caregivers, and young adults break out of anxiety, perfectionism, and burnout. I rely heavily on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you understand your patterns, challenge unhelpful thoughts, and build practical skills that actually make life feel lighter.
Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from themselves. On the outside, you might be the responsible one, the strong one, or the one people rely on, but inside you may feel exhausted, anxious, or unsure of how to slow down. You don’t have to keep holding everything by yourself.
My style is warm, calm, and collaborative. I provide a nonjudgmental space to process trauma, gain insight, and learn tools that support long-term healing. While my Grow practice is fully virtual, I bring a nature-informed perspective to therapy, using grounding, mindfulness, and nature-based reflection to help you feel more centered and connected wherever you are.
If you’re ready to understand yourself more deeply, find relief from stress and trauma symptoms, and rebuild your sense of balance and confidence, I’d love to support you.
I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with more than a decade in mental health, working with high-functioning adults who look fine from the outside but feel like they're quietly running on empty. Many of my clients are navigating anxiety, burnout, life transitions, relationship patterns, and questions of identity and purpose often while carrying a lot and holding it all together.
I bring particular depth for healthcare professionals and for Hispanic/Latina clients balancing family expectations with their own path, and I work in both English and Spanish. Born in Colombia and raised in Florida, I understand what it's like to live across cultures.
My approach is collaborative, integrative, and evidence-based, drawing on CBT, ACT, DBT-informed work, and Emotionally/Solution Focused Therapy. I care about depth and lasting change, not just managing symptoms. If meaning and purpose matter to you, they're welcome here and if they don't, that's fine too.

I do not believe in a "one size fits all" approach. While uncomfortable feelings might be a commonality (especially in today's world), I believe we are all individuals who learn, experience, and react to situations differently. One thing I know for sure, if everything was going "great" chances are you would not be reading this bio right now. BRAVO to you for taking this monumental step and investing in yourself!!!
Hi, I'm Masha Andreoni, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Florida with 14+ years of professional/educational experience and 49+ years of lived experience. A majority of my work experience has been spent working with Veterans and Active Duty Reservists focusing on post deployment issues, substance use/abuse, and military sexual trauma. Today, I work with individuals/groups/families within a multitude of populations.
Most importantly, I do not believe that individuals fit snuggly into a particular mental health "box." For example, if diagnosed with PTSD... there is a good chance that anxiety, depression, insomnia, relationship difficulties, work-related issues (etc.) may be present. If struggling with addictions...anxiety, depression insomnia, relationship difficulties, work-related issues (etc.) may be present (you get it). My focus/goal is to understand where you are coming from, what you hope to achieve, avoid making any particular judgements/labels, and work together as we embrace this journey of solution focused change and betterment.
While I can take the time to tell you how my approach is warm, motivating, understanding, open....in the end, this is for you to decide. I can however assure you that regardless of diplomas achieved, I never stop pursuing education in this ever-changing field/world. I am here to be of service. With me comes my personality, knowledge, humor (when appropriate), and respect! Truly looking forward to working with you.

My approach is compassionate, client-centered, and tailored to each individual’s needs, helping clients build resilience, hope, and a greater sense of well-being.
Jennifer Valera, LCSW
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker committed to providing thoughtful, high-quality therapy in a professional, supportive, and non-judgmental environment. I understand that reaching out for therapy can feel overwhelming, and my goal is to offer a space where you feel safe, respected, and taken seriously from the start.
I take a collaborative, strengths-based approach, working closely with clients to understand their concerns and develop clear, meaningful goals for treatment. Therapy with me is intentional and tailored—I draw from evidence-based approaches to meet your unique needs while honoring your values, culture, and lived experience.
I work with adults and couples navigating anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, relationship challenges, stress, low self-esteem, life transitions, grief and loss, ADHD, anger management, and family conflict. I also have experience providing substance use counseling for adults. I earned both my undergraduate and Master’s degrees in Clinical Social Work from the University of Central Florida.
Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy spending time with my family, especially my niece and nephew. I enjoy yoga, documentaries, true crime, movies, and a good cup of coffee. When life allows, I also enjoy a good nap.
If you’re here, chances are life feels heavy right now, and maybe you’re tired of pretending you’re okay when you’re not. I get it. Being a teen or young adult can feel like too much sometimes; emotions are big, people don’t always understand, and everything seems to be changing all at once.
Hi, I’m Shimyne Homidas, LCSW, and I’m glad you’re here. Reaching out for support is a powerful first step, and you don’t have to do this alone. I am the heart behind In Your Space, a place for real conversations, real emotions, and real growth.
I’m a compassionate and client-centered therapist dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges with clarity, confidence, and emotional resilience.
