I’m Hispanic, fluent in both English and Spanish, and I care deeply about creating a safe and welcoming space where you can feel heard and supported—just as you are. I work with people from all backgrounds who are going through a wide range of challenges—like anxiety, depression, trauma, life changes, relationship struggles, low self-esteem, anger, and shame. My goal is to help you understand yourself better, let go of what’s not helping, and find new ways to feel more at peace and more connected to what matters most to you. I'm a FL-based LMHC and have a master of science degree in Art Therapy and Counseling from Eastern Virginia Medical School. I've been a practicing therapist for over 11 years. I work with adults via telehealth and specialize in helping people manage and work through chronic mental illness. My treatment areas include trauma, mood disorders, anger management, impulsive behavior, relationships, and BPD.
