I endeavor to conduct psychotherapy with individuals who are challenged with a crisis, substance abuse/addictions, Porn/sexual addictions, dual diagnosis, and related codependency issues; relationships, depression, grief and loss, PTSD and anxiety-related issues, adjustment/transitional, career/vocational; Additionally, I offer Premarital counseling to establish a firm foundation for marriage; because "after every wedding comes a marriage." I utilize a holistic approach for crisis counseling, as well as evidenced-based cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and motivational interviewing/coaching, which facilitates my clients' ability to cope/function better with negative and self-defeating thoughts and behaviors. I firmly believe in providing a collaborative and supportive environment to maximize the therapeutic experience and identify what strengths and resources clients have to create meaningful change in their lives. For those who desire a Christian, Biblical approach, I also offer a faith-based perspective combined with psychological/systems theory I received my masters degree from Florida International University, and my B.A degree in psychology/pastoral/Biblical counseling from Southeastern College. I am a member of Phi Alpha and Alpha Chi honors societies respectively.

Hi. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the Orlando, Florida area. I have resided in this area for more than 30 years. Prior to moving to Orlando, I served in the U.S. Army and now a Veteran. I attended college in Orlando with both my Bachelors and Masters from University of Central Florida. I have worked for Department of Children and Families Protective Services and Investigation for children for 16 years before. Towards the last five years of my DCF career, I began my Masters program in Social Work. After graduating, I began to work on my licensure in therapy.
